Britney Spears' former boy toy, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib was sentenced to 45 days in county jail today after pleading no contest to hit-and-run charges. In case you've forgotten, Adnan reportedly ran over a process server with his car last February and then fled the scene of the accident. Oops!

Adnan was initially charged with three felonies, but the assault with a deadly weapon and battery charges were dropped as a part of his plea deal. Adnan will also be put on probation for 36 months and he has to complete 52 weeks of anger management classes along with 45 days of hard labor. Sounds like fun!

Peaches Geldof and her main gay, Jonny Makeup, took in a late-night showing of New Moon at the Arclight last night, where they gave the Twilight sequel glowing reviews!

"We're Team Edward," Jonny told us, showing off his Edward lunch box. "He's the sexiest but Taylor Lautner was really turning it."

My new favorite couple also said they were planning a gay wedding (to each other) and a reality show together before telling X17 photogs that we were their number one!

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva left their newborn daughter Lucia Anne at home for what should have been a relaxing, romantic dinner at Giorgio Baldi, which turned ugly when Mel became incensed and threatened a photog!

While waiting for his car, a waiter from the restaurant came outside to get his signature on the bill, but Mel became agitated having to wait for his car and stepped up into a photog's face!

"Don't you dare touch me," Mel said with a weird smile on his face, getting as close to the guy as he could. It's almost as if he was looking for a fight!

Luckily, his car came at just the right time, and Mel backed off to jump in with Oksana.

I guess Octo-Mel's getting cranky from spending too many nights up with a one-month old!

Jennifer Lopez is prepping her appearance at the AMAs this Sunday, in a spectacle that will involve a boxing ring, fireworks and an on-stage costume change, reports The AP.

But while she's planning on revealing her new single at the Nokia Theatre, her attorneys are trying to keep a decade-old sex tape from surfacing in the trial against her ex-husband, Ojani Noa.

Lopez got a temporary restraining order that prevent Noa from going ahead with his planned "mockumentary," How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, which uses footage taken during the couples' honeymoon.

Lopez successfully blocked Noa from writing a tell-all book five years ago, because it violated the terms of their divorce settlement. Now, she's suing him for 10 million for "shame" and "humiliation" over his latest attempt to make money off their one-year marriage, but that court case, which was scheduled for this morning, may cause Lopez more grief than good!

Noa's manager, Ed Meyer, issued the following statement:

For the third time, Jay Lavely, Esq. of Lavely & Singer, has postponed the Ex-Parte hearings on behalf of his client Jennifer Lopez. The Ex-Parte hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, November 20, 2009, has been withdrawn by Mr. Lavely. The issue at hand is that Mr. Lavely realizes that I have the right to introduce the Jennifer Lopez "Sex Tape" as evidence into full public record, so Jennifer Lopez and her attorneys are stalling for time. Especially, with her upcoming performance at the American Music Awards on ABC on Sunday night. I will advise all when the next hearing is scheduled.

Seems like Ojani's not going down without a fight!

Even though Amy Winehouse seemed over the moon when she showed off her brand new boobies last month, they've landed her back in the hospital!

One of Wino's pals told The Daily Mirror, “She saw something oozing out of her top. To see stuff seeping out was horrible.”

Amy's father Mitch Winehouse also confirmed the news, and while it doesn't sound like she's in any grave danger, this is yet another huge setback for the troubled Grammy winner.

Moral of the story? Don't get fake tatas!

After another night out at the clubs, Lindsay Lohan stopped at a drive-thru to pick up some fast food before returning home at 2:30am.

Lilo spent the night at Voyeur, where she joined Orlando Bloom at the club until closing. Lindsay left in a different car than the one she arrived in, but made the driver stop at a fast food place before heading home.

Robert's upcoming films may involve young love, but in the new film, Bel Ami, he'll get to bed not one, but two hot cougars.

THR reports that Uma Thurman has signed on to play Rob's love interest in the film, which is about a poor young man (Pattinson) who sleeps his way to the top of Parisian society.

Thurman, in a role that was originally offered to Nicole Kidman, will play the wife of his best friend who falls in love with Rob and eventually marries him. Lucky woman!

The film also stars Kristin Scott Thomas as another of Rob's conquest.

Sounds like plenty of sexy scenes where Rob will be forced to do another striptease for the audience. Sign me up!

Ashlee, Brad, and now Rihanna? All we need is for Britney Spears to come back from Australia and we've got a full house!

Last night we photographed Rihanna arriving at LAX, and she looked thrilled to be setting foot on west coast soil. Hey, if I had a sweet Hollywood Hills bachelorette pad to call home, I'd be pretty happy about it too! Though she was followed by dozens of photographers, Rihanna kept her cool as she walked through the terminal.
