LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Tobey Maguire's publicist, Kelly Bush confirmed to X17 today that reports of Tobey Maguire's wife Jennifer Meyer being pregnant are "not true."

In Touch Weekly reported yesterday (April 15, 2008) that the couple were expecting their second child and the news was picked up by numerous news outlets including X17. X17 has now learned that the report was false.

Maguire and Meyer have a 17 month old daughter named Ruby.
