Rihanna Rihannywilltestify200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Despite the apparent cozy relationship between Rihanna's attorney and Chris Brown, Rihanna will take the stand to testify against her boyfriend if she is required to do so.

"She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do," her attorney Donald Etra tells Us Magazine.

He says that Rihanna just wants this to be taken care of "as quickly as possible" but wouldn't say if she wants Brown convicted of the crimes he is accused of.

"The fact is, Rhianna desires that it be quick and expeditious," he told the mag. "She wants to get back to her life and her career."

However, Etra wouldn't comment on the status of the pair's relationship or if Rihanna might be pregnant with Brown's child.

"We are not going to discuss that. Rumors are gossip. There is no point. Idle rumors are gossip, for which there is no basis," Etra said.

But Etra did say Rihanna is "doing fine" and she "really appreciates the love and support of her fans."
