JacksonDetectives200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Several detectives from the LAPD as well as an officer from the Los Angeles Coroner's Department spent the day at Michael Jackson's rented mansion in Holmby Hills.

An X17online reporter at the scene said it was difficult to tell just what the investigators were looking for.

"The detectives arrived at around 11a.m.," a witness tells X17online. "They spent a lot of time inside the house, but all they brought out was a plain manilla envelope."

Online reports say they may have been collecting additional medications taken by Jackson in the days leading up to his death on Thursday.

While the Jackson family remains at their home in Encino, a large group of media and a steady stream of fans continued to file past the large Mediterranean house Jackson was leasing for a reported $100,000 a month.
