ashtonpic200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Katalyst Media, founded by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, has signed a two-year deal with Warner Horizon Television to produce unscripted formats.

Katalyst, which was created 10 years ago, has already released alternative programming shows such as True Beauty, Punk'd and Beauty and the Geek.

Ashton's partner, Jason Goldberg, said the following about the deal, "Their organization is really strong. What they're trying to put together internationally is really impressive. We're seeing less and less contrived programming. You've got to get viewers to relate to something. We don't do the obvious ideas."

Katalyst has 15 shows in various stages of development, including a stunt-based show called "Numbnuts."
