Michael Eisner And AOL Team Up For Web Series

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Michael Eisner's web studio, Vuguru, will be working with AOL to produce half a dozen web video series.

AOL's Chief Executive, Tim Armstrong, said the following about the deal, "We feel like we are building the future of great high-quality video content."

So far, AOL has already begun airing the series, The One. Next, AOL Daybreak will be produced by Ben Silverman's studio, Electus.

Armstrong adds, “These are shows that, in another form, could be on cable." The various web series will be cut into segments that will last from 5 to 20 minutes.

The project will be up and running on AOL by 2011.
