This time, it’s luxury fashion make Louis Vuitton that has beef with the 2011 comedy. In a lawsuit filed in a New York federal court on Thursday, the company points to a scene during which Zach Galifianakis’ character, Alan, uses Louis Vuitton knock-off luggage and warns another character, “Careful, that is…that is a Louis Vuitton.”

Louis Vuitton charges Warner Bros. with refusing to modify the scene before the film’s DVD release and seeks damages for consumer confusion over the authenticity of their products.

A number of lawsuits against the makers of The Hangover Part II remain pending: in October, a man filed a lawsuit in which he claimed that the film's storyline was stolen from his own screenplay, and in August, a stuntman sued for brain injuries sustained during filming.
