James notes that she would play Spears' hit "Toxic" as the main characters, Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele "drive to chase the dawn," and other tracks on the wish list include Bruce Springsteen's "I'm On Fire" (which Anastasia plays on her drive back to Washington State University) and Kings of Leon's "Sex on Fire," and tunes by Frank Sinatra and Snow Patrol.

The Fifty Shades of Grey book trilogy follows young Steele's sexual relationship with billionaire businessman Grey, who has a fetish for BSDM. Universal Pictures and Focus Features will produce the film.
