Is Paris Mentoring Jessica Biel?

It seems like every time we've seen Jessica Biel lately, she's been chatting away on her cell phone. Yesterday, for instance, she was deep in conversation with someone while she walked her dog. We're starting to think she's borrowing an idea from Paris Hilton and using her phone as a tool to help her ignore us - but at the same time, we're not done wondering if Justin's on the other end of that phone!
