Kesha may still be embroiled in a nasty legal battle with producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, but X17online can report exclusively that the singer, who turned 29 in March, will perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this month. Surprise!

A source close to Kesha tells X17online exclusively, "Kesha is beginning to realize that she needs to take her career into her own hands, and this is her way of doing just that." No word on who organized the gig, but it certainly sounds like a better deal than having to work with Gottwald.

In her suit, which was filed in 2014, Kesha alleges that Gottwald sexually and emotionally abused her, and she asked to be released from her contract with both Gottwald and Sony Music, which is set to run through 2017. In February a judge ruled that Kesha would NOT be freed from her contract, and though it was reported that Gottwald was going to be let go from Sony, that has yet to happen.

Rob Kardashian and fiancee Blac Chyna swung through the In-n-Out drive thru this afternoon after popping by Khloe Kardashian's house for a two hour visit, and we're so confused by entire outing. First of all, since when did Khloe become cool with her brother and the family nemesis? Last time we checked, the reality star was posting cryptic messages about loyalty and family on Instagram, and hadn't even commented on their engagement.

Also, what happened to the sock designer's five week diet and fitness routine? We're pretty sure cheeseburgers don't count as a health food, but if he's getting his protein-style than that technically adheres to a low-carb regime.

Later on, the controversial couple stopped by the bank, which is what they're doing practically every time we catch them out in public. First they hit Chase and then Bank of America... Is the former stripper forcing her man to open joint accounts with her? Or is she cashing checks for an upcoming TV wedding special? Either way, it's bizarre!

You've seen her shopping, wearing a bikini and now she's doing the ultimate womanly thing -- faking an orgasm!

Khloe Kardashian seems like she's throwing in the towel on trying to save Lamar Odom based on a new cryptic Instagram post, and although it's a sad situation, we don't blame her. The reality star has been selfless in helping her estranged husband recover from an overdose this past October, but after he was spotted ordering drinks at a bar over Easter weekend, it appears she's coming to the realization there's not much else she can do.

Along with a photo of the phrase "It doesn't matter how loyal you are to someone. You can't change someone's heart and bad habits unless they want to themselves," she wrote:

"Letting go doesn't mean that you don't care about someone anymore. It's just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself. Letting go with love takes great strength. We have to learn to stop taking on peoples problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back. Iggy Azalea may still be engaged to fiance Nick Young -- but she's certainly not letting him off the hook easily!

Last month a taped conversation emerged of Young admitting to cheating during a conversation with his Los Angeles Lakers teammate, D’Angelo Russell, and sh*t really hit the fan. Amazingly enough Iggy is staying with him, but over the weekend the rapper appeared on the "Orlando & The Freakshow" radio show on Wild 94.1 and said that if anything else happens -- she's gonna cut off his penis. Yep. That's what she said!

When the radio hosts brought up the cheating scandal, Iggy quickly said she was not at all happy with what had gone down and wasn't about it let it happen again. The 25-year-old said, "I’m not cool with it. Like, you will have half a penis. I already said, I was like, ‘One more video, just one more thing, and you will lose a quarter of your meat."

Well it looks like if Nick messes around again he's gonna get the axe -- in one or another!

Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble caught a flight out of LAX over the weekend, and the look on the momager's face said it all when we asked her about Rob Kardashian's recent engagement to Blac Chyna. This whole thing is pretty much the family matriarch's worst nightmare, and it doesn't help that her only son is jeopardizing her relationship with E! by shopping around a wedding docuseries to other networks!

The controversial couple could bank $150-$200K each per episode, as well as $500K each for the wedding day episode, TMZ reports. This is worse than when Kim decided to tie the knot with Kris Humphries! The fact that Chyna wants to take the family name has got to be sending Kris into an actual panic.

The powerful 60-year-old might want to double her efforts on getting in the way of the "I Do's," because they have already started planning the nuptials! "Chyna will have at least two dresses on her wedding, both statement pieces. [She] has an idea on who she may want to design her dresses. Her makeup will be flawless and she will be using all her products," a source dished to E!. "Chyna loves the warm weather, so the ceremony will be outside and somewhere in a warm climate. [She] wants a big wedding with all her friends and family, and then a fun party after the ceremony," the source added.

Rob's getting his revenge after years of being bullied by his sisters and mom!

Caitlyn Jenner cruised around in her Porsche on Sunday, but this wasn't a solo joy ride, as she was tagging along with daughter Kylie Jenner, who was rolling in her white Ferrari. These ladies have a need for speed!

After catching up at Cait's Malibu home, the two were snapped going into the Hidden Hills estates, which is where Kris Jenner lives. With Cait's reality show airing last night (plus KUWTK), we have a feeling the whole fam might have been getting together to watch it -- and discuss some of the things that went down in New Orleans.

In last night's episode, Kris denies knowing about Cait's gender issues early on in their relationship. "There was no, 'I am transgender,'" Kris said. "It was, 'I took some stuff in the 80s, and my sperm isn't good.'" Cait, however, begged to differ. "I said I had a condition that I've been dealing with forever," she replied. "I said that I was on hormones, and that's the reason it might be tough to get pregnant. I certainly told her what was going on. I certainly said I had gender issues, and I was on hormones, and I had boobs and the whole thing." Hmm...

Anyway, earlier in the day Kylie and Cait played around with cosmetics, and of course Kylie tried out Cait's new MAC shade, Finally Free, which was shamelessly plugged by the transgender starlet. On a positive note, Cait isn't making money from this -- she states that 100% of the profits will go to transgender groups. Kylie seemed all too happy to slick it on her oversize lips, so it looks like the cosmetically enhanced father/daughter duo had a great time together:
