"[Gamble] hit up his girlfriend for a huge pay raise and threatened to leave if he didn’t get his money. He has been babysitting Kris’ kids and even runs errands for her and acts as her official masseur. He figures what he is being paid is nowhere near enough," the source added.

She's probably just happy being with someone that she's confident won't turn into a woman!

The afternoon affair was intended to celebrate working moms and creativity. Some of the attendees at the ladies-only soiree included Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie and more.

The 43-year-old and her dazzling guests posed in pretty rose headpieces, ate alfresco, enjoyed the spring day.

Rachel Zoe Instagramed a snap from the event with the caption, "So much love today with my @nicolerichie honoring the unstoppable @gwynethpaltrow for her latest achievement."

Reese Witherspoon, who has her own lifestyle brand Draper James, also posted a photo with the caption, "What a fun lunch with some of my favorite people @gwynethpaltrow! Good, clean beauty products made with so much love & care."

It appears as though Gwyneth and Goop are venturing into creating some beauty products and her celeb friends are all for it!

The Oscar winner seems to be going full-force with her brand. On March 4, Gwyneth announced on the Today show that she'd be taking a break from acting to focus on Goop. She told Matt Lauer, "We took some investment last year, so as soon as we had other people's money, I realized I really better focus on this completely. I'll return to acting probably, but probably not right now.”
