Bobbi Kristina Brown's official cause of death has been released — and it’s not pretty.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner revealed Bobbi Kristina died due to "Immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication." Marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance called benzoylecgonine, benzodiazepines and morphine were found in her system. The autopsy could not determine whether or not there were signs of foul play.

The medical examiner was also unable to determine if the morphine was related to the heroin found in her system. The report also explains that the full cause of death was pneumonia and encephalopathy — basically her lungs filled with water and her brain got injured as a result.

The autopsy results had been sealed due ongoing criminal investigation into boyfriend Nick Gordon’s potential involvement in her death. The report was unsealed after Atlanta station WXIA argued its First Amendment rights.

The cause of death is similar to what killed her own mother, who drowned in a bath tub at the Beverly Hilton on Feb. 9, 2012. The drowning was complicated by cocaine and heart disease.

Thursday’s GOP Debate on FOX News took a turn for the uncomfortable when Donald Trump bragged that his manhood was something to behold.

While debating presidential candidate Marco Rubio, Trump recalled a time when the junior Senator from Florida criticized the size of his hands

Trump asked, “Look at these hands. Are these small hands? If they’re small, something else must be small,” he said, referring to his penis size. “I guarantee you there’s no problem, I guarantee you.”

Umm great -- we don't care -- how does that have to do with the presidential race? It doesn't!

Is it just us or does watching Donald Trump run for president seem like we are watching a really scary movie?

We've known for quite some time that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna were pretty smitten with one another, but this is taking it to a whole new level! Not only is he professing his love for his lady, but he's totally slamming the haters -- a.k.a. his family!

This of course comes a little more than a week after his February 23 Instagram post which took a MAJOR swipe at the Kardashian family. “When the p***y good but your family don’t like her so you drop your family and become an orphan," he wrote. While Rob and Blac are rumored to be getting their own reality show, Rob is apparently still going to return to the family’s hit reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“E! would be hesitant about a spinoff,” a production source told Us Weekly. “They’d need to see him film on ‘Keeping Up’ first.” Setting aside business matters, apparently Kris Jenner and company don't approve of the romance, and we kinda get it. After all, Blac's ex, Tyga, is on and off with Kylie Jenner, so it is a little awkward. But what's gonna happen next?

Seriously, where is her publicist?! They should be fired!

Caitlyn Jenner has been outspoken about being a conservative Republican, which is a tad controversial considering she changed genders, but now she's basically endorsing a super Christian anti-LGBT man for President! The transgender reality star admitted during a recent interview with The Advocate that she likes Ted Cruz!

"I think he's very conservative, and a great constitutionalist, and a very articulate man. I haven't endorsed him or anything like that. But I also think, he's an evangelical Christian, and probably one of the worst ones when it comes to trans issues," she explained.

Cait is so out of touch with reality it's insane!

"I get it. The Democrats are better when it comes to these types of social issues. I understand that... Number one, if we don't have a country, we don't have trans issues. We need jobs. We need a vibrant economy. I want every trans person to have a job. With $19 trillion in debt and it keeps going up, we're spending money we don't have. Eventually, it's going to end. And I don't want to see that. Socialism did not build this country. Capitalism did. Free enterprise. The people built it. And they need to be given the opportunity to build it back up," she added.

The best part? She thinks she could be Cruz's trans ambassador if he makes it to the White House!

Despite dealing with some major baby mama drama, Louis Tomlinson and his 17-year-old sister had a night on the town, hitting up The Troubadour in West Hollywood on Wednesday night.

The 24-year-old One Direction singer donned black pants, Vans and a motorcycle jacket for the music show. His teenaged sister looked casual in black pants, a sweatshirt and a leather jacket. Aww they match!

It seems as though the singer's sister has been in town to give the popstar some support during this trying time.

Last week, reports surfaced that Louis and his baby mama Briana Jungwirth had finally reached a "temporary custody settlement" in their battle over newborn son, Freddie Reign.

However, TMZ is reporting that one of Briana's major conditions of the custody agreement is stopping Louis's new girlfriend Danielle Campbell to spend time with Freddie. According to the site, Briana is concerned about another woman spending time with her son during the "critical bonding period" between mother and baby.

Apparently Louis can only spend time with his son at Briana's house currently -- but it looking to be able to have visits with his son at his own home with his girlfriend present.

Louis and The Originals actress have been dating since last year -- but things got more serious since the 1D member made Los Angeles his home.

TMZ also claims Louis and Briana have been at odds over money, since she asked for "way more" financial support than the singer was willing to give.

Val Kilmer touched down at LAX yesterday evening, and the actor was doing his best to hide his face behind a silk scarf. We hope he's ok! Back in December, rumors began to swirl that the actor was battling throat cancer after he was photographed with a tracheostomy tube. The Batman star was forced to issue a denial when the speculation got out of hand, but we're not sure we buy what he's selling!

"Thank you all for your love and support. There's a rumor I'm unwell again and in hospital which is totally untrue. I was in to verify I have no tumor or infection of any kind which was verified by the very caring experts at UCLA," he wrote on his Facebook page.

The models swapped their hair colors today for Balmain's Paris Fashion Week show -- and the Internet went crazy! Everything is topsy turvy!

The normally brunette Kendall made head turns with her blonde locks with dark roots, while Gigi was all over the chocolate brown tresses.

In the image tweeted by Olivier Rousteing's fashion house, the pair don sky-blue ensembles, before they walked the catwalk in the not-to-be missed show. Along with the image, the Balmain account tweeted, "A blonde @KendallJenner and a brunette @GiGiHadid backstage #BALMAINFW16."

In addition to the hair switch -- Kendall's nips also got some attention to! Hello ladies!
