Kim Kardashian is being sued by Rafael Linares, a driver who is claiming that the 35-year-old "negligently" hit his car. But check this -- the accident happened back in 2014.

In Linares' personal injury lawsuit, he is claiming that he, "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability."

The plaintiff claims that he's been "deprived of earnings" because of the accident and is suing for past and future medical expenses, loss of income and property damage.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive In Beverly Hills, Calif.

We're a little surprised they even lasted this long!

Julia Roberts is ready to pull the plug on her marriage to husband Danny Moder if things don't improve, and has been quietly shopping around for a divorce lawyer, The Enquirer reports.

French Montana posted a video with his ex Khloe Kardashian's brother, Rob Kardashian. The two are getting along like a house on fire!
The video basically makes no sense -- we aren't sure which one seems dumber -- but at least the bros are having fun!

Meanwhile, Rob, who has lost another 10 pounds, and his girlfriend Blac Chyne are looking to sink their own reality show, according to Us Weekly.

However, a production source thinks inking the deal will be tricky since Rob has refused to be on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.“E! would be hesitant about a spinoff. They’d need to see him film on ‘Keeping Up’ first," said the source.

Of course we know that Kris would looooove to finally get Rob back on the hit show. The insider continued, “Kris Jenner would totally get behind this.If it takes Blac Chyna to help Rob rejoin life, Kris will be on board.”

While Mama J might be down -- we can't imagine Kylie (who's boyfriend used to be married to/has a child with Blac Chyna) would want to spend much time with the former stripper. The insider added, "There will have to be an awkward talk with her beforehand."

Despite disapproving of his one-month relationship with the fame-obsessed personality, Rob's family may be supportive due to the fact that Blac Chyna is helping the former shut-in finally get back out into the world. Another insider commented, “They think this might get him out of his funk."

Caitlyn Jenner has strongly hinted that she sees herself dating men now that she's a woman, and the transgender reality star elaborated on her romantic plans while promoting the new season of I Am Cait on the Today show this morning.

"I know people are always interested in that. I get that. For me, it is probably less of an issue than it is for everybody else. Right now, I am just so busy kind of doing what I'm doing, but it would be nice to kind of share your life with somebody. I honestly don't know where that's going. But hey, I'm open, you know. I'm open," she explained of the interest surrounding her sexual preferences.

The Olympian also dared to discuss her political stance, which has come under fire in recent months. "I sit on the Republican side, and when we do get a candidate, I certainly will talk to them. I admit that the Democrats, as far as trans issues, are better than the Republicans," she confessed. For someone that didn't used to believe in gay marriage, she's come a long way!

The 66-year-old has been hitting the town a lot lately, and we're starting to think it's because she's on the prowl! Earlier this week, the Vanity Fair cover girl hit the mag's Oscars after party, and last night we caught her at Jessica Biel's Au Fudge restaurant opening. We wonder how the Kardashians feel about competiting for the spotlight with Cait?

The Wildcats are back!

Disney announced its bringing back High School Musical for a fourth film, High School Musical 4, 10 years after the original Disney Channel musical's debut!

According to Disney's press release, “High School Musical 4 … will continue the story of the global sensation High School Musical -- and introduce new East High Wildcats and their crosstown school rivals, the West High Knights.”

Jeffrey Hornaday, who directed the Disney Channel's Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2, is slated to both direct and choreograph the newest High School Musical.

No word on whether or not Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and the rest of the gang will reprise their career-making roles. High School Musical 3: Senior Year hit theaters in 2008, and became the highest debut ever for a musical G-rated film.

Disney Channel President Gary Marsh said, "High School Musical is part of Disney Channel's DNA. It embodies all that we stand for. As a way of continuing to embrace that heritage, we're excited to announce 'the start of something new' as we launch a search for a new class of East High Wildcats to star in a fourth installment of the High School Musical franchise."

Tomlinson is apparently close to reaching a temporary settlement with Jungwirth, but TMZ reports that a major condition of the agreement is preventing Louis' new girlfriend, Danielle Campbell, from seeing the baby boy. Jungwirth is concerned about any interaction Campbell might have during the "critical bonding period" between mother and son, and she only wants the pop star to visit Freddie at her house, alone. Translation: She's lime green jello.

TMZ also claims the former couple squabbled over money, with relations "going sour" when Jungwirth asked for "way more" than Tomlinson wanted to give her.

However, after his recent GQ interview, in which he essentially says he doesn't want anything serious with Hailey at the moment, we can see why she'd want to do everything in her power to make him jealous.
