Charlize Theron Makes Her Way Through The Airport With Her Kids

Posted on Wed Feb 17th, 2016 6:30am PDT       By X17 Staff

She's got her hands full! And she doesn't have a nanny around to help, either...

On Tuesday Charlize Theron made her way through Los Angeles International Airport, and the Oscar winner carried daughter August, who was wrapped in a blanket and held on tight to son Jackson's hand. Charlize adopted August in July, and son Jackson was adopted in 2012.

On Monday Charlize walked the red carpet at the Cinema For Peace 2016 gala in Berlin, which was a fundraiser for Syrian refugees. The 40-year-old actress has been in Germany filming spy thriller The Coldest City, a big-screen adaptation of Antony Johnston's novel of the same name. We're guessing she's happy to be back home, but is there any chance she'll reunite with ex Sean Penn? Never say never...

Kanye West Goes On A Rant About The High Cost Of Education

Posted on Wed Feb 17th, 2016 6:00am PDT       By X17 Staff

Kanye West? More like Kanye Worst. Make the rants stop, please! Even though one is sort of on point...

West took to his Twitter account with yet another tirade about things he dislikes, and this time it was the high cost of education:

"I have a friend who works really hard and makes $370 dollars a day … Her son just got in a really good school and his textbooks are like $400 dollars each," West tweeted. "I mean, his mom has to work 2 days just to afford 1 book for her son she’s giving everything she has to make sure her son has a better future. Education puts Americans into debt before they even get a chance to get started … We have to lower the price of textbooks. I'd rather teachers got paid more and books cost less … #2020."

After Taylor Swift slammed Kanye in her Grammy's acceptance speech, you'd think he would have stopped, but he didn't. Yeezy previously tweeted that he's $53 million in debt and that "white publications" shouldn't write about black music. While wife Kim Kardashian hasn't commented on her hubby's crazy tweets, Kanye's co-writer Rhymefest quit last month and tweeted that the rapper needed counseling.

EXCLUSIVE - Kanye Covers Up Saint To Protect Multi-Million-Dollar Payday For First Baby Pix

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 12:35pm PDT       By X17 Staff

Despite his social media meltdown, Kanye West is a still a high flying family man.

Traveling via private jet on Tuesday, the rapper and his family landed back in Los Angeles after a stint in the Big Apple to attend the Yeezy season three show during New York Fashion Week on Thursday.

While disembarking the private jet, the 38-year-old did his hardest to try to cover up his son due to his reported exclusive deal with People magazine for the first photos of baby Yeezus. No specific dollar amount has been reported, but we believe that Kimye may receive up to $2 million. Clearly Kanye doesn't want to blow his big pay day by ruining Saint's reveal!

A source tells X17online, exclusively, “Kanye is intent on getting that paycheck. Of course he and Kim negotiated a deal for the first pix of baby Saint — they had a ton of offers. It ended up going to People magazine but in order to hold up their end of the bargain, they’ve gotta keep the baby’s face protected and un-photographed until the magazine spread is published, which is supposed to be soon.”

Aww! He's the world's littlest cash cow!

And it seems as though the rapper, who just released his controversial "Life of Pablo" album, needs all the cash he can get. The over-the-top entertainer just took to Twitter to tell the world that he's in debt $53 million and has asked Mark Zuckerberg for help. Here's an idea: maybe don't take so many private jets!

Over the weekend, Kanye tweeted, "Mark Zuckerberg I know it’s your bday but can you please call me by 2mrw...You love hip hop, you love my art... I am your favorite artist but you watch me barely breathe and still play my album in your house..."

The "Heartless" rapper tweeted, "World, please tweet, FaceTime, Facebook, instagram, whatever you gotta do to get Mark to support me.. I’m this generation's Disney... I want to bring dope s**t to the world... I don’t have enough resources to create what I really can," he added.

According to TMZ, $40 million of the $53 million debt is from his work on Yeezy fashion lines, as well as money he put into his music. Despite this drama -- it's believed that the rapper will turn a profit on these business ventures and he doesn't actually need anyone to bail him out.

What?! None of this makes any sense -- and the performer is receiving some major blowback for his tweets -- and allegedly some of it is coming from his wife.

A source tells People that, while "Kim is a very supportive wife," who "rarely complains," but she's not into these Twitter tirades.

Apparently the non-stop tweeting is causing some tension in the marriage. The source added, "What causes friction in the marriage, however, is Kanye's compulsive tweeting. Kim can't stand it. She is all for self-promotion, but doesn't approve of Twitter drama."

Too bad Kanye looooves him some Twitter drama!

Paul McCartney Is Denied Entry To Tyga's Grammys Afterparty

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 12:00pm PDT       By X17 Staff

We wonder how the Beatle feels about being rebuffed by a little punk with buck teeth!

Paul McCartney showed up at the Argyle in Hollywood on Monday to get his Grammys after party on, except he was turned away by bouncers at the door... twice! The bash, hosted by Tyga, was clearly so D-list the door guys couldn't even recognize a music legend!

PR peeps for the Republic Records party at Hyde must have been thrilled at the mistake, because the British singer and his entourage opted to take part in their soiree instead and tore up the dance floor all night long.

Someone is getting fired today!

Kanye West Continues To Rant About His Debt After Taylor Swift Puts Him In His Place With Grammys Acceptance Speech

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 11:50am PDT       By X17 Staff

Is Ye bipolar? This behavior seems like a classic manic episode!

Kanye West took to his Twitter account yet again in the wee hours of Monday to continue to rant about his $35 million debt, and we're slightly surprised that he didn't take the opportunity to attack Taylor Swift for dissing him in her Grammys acceptance speech.

"I want to say to all the young women out there—there are going to be people along the way who are going to try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame. But if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going, you'll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there. And that will be greatest feeling in the world," T-Swizz told the crowd in reference to Kanye bragging in his new song that he made her famous.

Apparently Yeezus is too distracted with his money troubles to care about a pop princess trashing him on a national stage, though!

Here's our favorite part of his rant on finances:
"For the past 3 years people who knew about the debt tried to use it against me in negotiations …You can’t control me or use the debt against me no more.. Money doesn’t make me who I am... I wanted the world to know my struggle... You can point fingers and laugh, but for all entrepreneurs with families ..this country was built off of dreamers … never give up on your dreams, bro...my dreams brought me into debt and I’m close to seeing the light of day...Perhaps Adidas will do some big Lebron style deal or... I don’t have to be cool...I’m an artist… the definition of art - or at least my definition - is to be able to see the truth and then express it... I can see the clouds separating... When Charlemagne was calling me "donkey of the day" I was in debt... but if you don’t have your paper right, there's a chance that your family can be broken up... so people laughed when I said I wanted to be able to take care of my family …"

Kimmy K needs to put a muzzle on this idiot!

Bella Hadid, The Weeknd, Zendaya And More Party At UMG Grammy After Party

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 10:50am PDT       By X17 Staff

Music's biggest names came out in droves for Universal Music Group's Post-Grammy bash at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

Two-time Grammy winner The Weeknd and his lady love got cozy when they walked into the party. Zendaya and her terrible hairstyle also attended the soiree in DTLA. We were also happy to see she switched up her suit to a sexy black number. We know she's a "fashionista" but she really missed the mark at the awards show!

Other notable guests include James Bay, Aerosmith's Joe Perry, the members of DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, Alice Cooper, Kacey Musgraves and more all dashed over to the hot spot after the Grammy Awards at the Staples Center.

It looks like a fun time was had!

Justin Bieber Does Post-Grammys Carpool Karaoke With James Corden

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 9:45am PDT       By X17 Staff

What we wouldn't give to be in the back seat!

Justin Bieber absolutely killed it with his performance at the Grammys on Sunday, but we think his carpool karaoke session with James Corden after the award show was even better! The singer and the late night host donned matching white tuxedos as they drove back to the Late Late Show studio, and they just couldn't resist getting down to Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk."

The funniest part? When they open their swag bags from music's biggest night, only to discover that The Biebs has tons of pricey loot while the British funny man got nothing but trinkets.

In case you missed it, JB brought the house down with Skrillex to their song "Where Are U Now." Watch it below!

What Happened With Adele's Performance and Why Rihanna Didn't Show Up?

Posted on Tue Feb 16th, 2016 8:53am PDT       By X17 Staff

The Grammys have some 'splaning to do!

After a series of major musical snafus, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) president Neil Portnow explained what happened backstage at the Staples Center last night. Portnow explained what sunk Adele's performance of "All I Ask" during the live broadcast of the Grammys last night -- and it sounds like epic was fail was the fault of technical difficulties.

Portnow explained, "[The show has] over 20 performances, each performance is a complete set change," said Portnow of Adele's marred "All I Ask" performance. "We change over the microphones, wires. If you’ve been backstage, I can't tell you how we get it done, but we do. So, my understanding of what happened in that performance was, that’s a piano that gets loaded up on that center round stage. In the piano, are microphones, or a microphone, which is how that all gets taken care of. My understanding is that, just like this kind of microphone, something like that happened, the microphone dropped into the strings. You’ve seen the inside of a piano. You could actually hear it in the control room."

Yeah -- it was all sorts of not good. The big-voiced singer seemed to oversing the song as a result of the problems and the whole thing was just bad bad bad.

Portnow praised Adele for carrying on, saying, "All credit to her for the professional that she is. The show must go on. She did a great job. We certainly don’t like when those things happen, but those things happen sometimes."

Those things happened a few more times than we would have liked last night!

The crestfallen singer also tweeted about her disappointing Grammy performance, "The piano mics fell on the piano strings, that's what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune. S--t happens. I'm treating myself to an in n out. So maybe it was worth it."

We gotta give it to Adele to make a joke about the night's most dissatisfying song -- she's got a great attitude. We'd be PISSED!

Meanwhile, Portnow also revealed why Rihanna dropped out of the Grammys at the last minute.

Portnow revealed, "I guess it was about 4:15 or so, we got word from her folks which basically said she had been under the care of a doctor. I guess she had been taking some antibiotics, some of you guys have had that stuff that’s going around, right? And she made the rehearsal, which was OK. She wasn’t feeling that great."

Portnow elaborated, "Doctor came in, examined her and said look, you have to be on at least 48 hours rest. You’re at risk here if you’re going to sing. Now, we all know we’ve seen this with other artists. How many other, whether it’s John Mayer who had this problem, Adele had the problem. This happens with singers. So, if you’re a singer and you have a problem like that, and the doctor says, don’t, if you’re smart, you don’t. So, we regret that. Of course we were all looking forward to that performance. She regrets it. She’d rather be singing than home in bed taking some medication. That’s what happens with live events. So we miss having her there. Hopefully next time around."

Hopefully next time they won't mess up so bad!
