While making an appearance on the Today show to promote her intense new film Touched with Fire, Katie Holmes talked about mental illness and medication. In the sit down Matt Lauer asked her about playing such a challenging role and it's clear that the morning show host has not forgotten his infamous interview with Katie's ex Tom Cruise. Don't worry, Matty, neither have we!

Katie dodges the reference that Matt makes to his awkward and uncomfortable interview with the Mission:Impossible actor on June 23, 2005. The former Dawson's Creek star switched the focus back on her upcoming film. In the new movie, Katie plays Carla, a poet struggling with being bi-polar who falls in love with fellow mental patient Marco (played by Luke Kirby).

When asked about new role, Katie explained, "This was a huge challenge and one that I felt pressured to create an authentic character because so many people do suffer and I wanted to bring a realistic portrayal to the role."

Yeah yeah yeah ... okay ... what we really want to talk about the fact that she's DEFINITELY wearing an engagement ring on that ring finger of hers! Are she and Jamie Foxx really engaged?! We hope so!

Justin Bieber hit up his fave spot The Nice Guy in Hollywood for dinner last night, and he was joined by his mother Pattie Mallette. Normally that wouldn't be a very interesting detail, except for the fact they have been estranged for almost two years! The Canadian crooner has previously talked about the rift with his mama, but it seems like they're finally ready to get back to having a close relationship now that The Biebs isn't f*cking up left and right!

"I was distant because I was ashamed. I never wanted my mom to be disappointed in me and I knew she was. We spent some time not talking, so it takes time to rebuild that trust. She's living in Hawaii now, so it's hard, but getting better. She's an amazing woman and I love her," he told Billboard magazine back in November.

Now that Khloe Kardashian has split from James Harden, she's gone back to hanging out with her ex French Montana at a strip club!

The two were spotted looking like they were on a date but trying not to be seen together while leaving the Ace of Spades strip club in West Hollywood on Monday night. Earlier in the night, the former duo dined out at trendy eatery the Nice Guy. That definitely sounds like a date to us!

According to Us Weekly, Khlole dumped the Houston Rockets player several weeks ago and she's going back to familiar pastures. The two had been dating since July 2015 but things got strained in October when her estranged husband Lamar Odom overdosed in a Nevada brothel. James was standing by Khloe, despite her taking care of her ex -- but clearly all their problems did not get resolved and Khloe kicked James to the curb.

And now it seems Khloe is out on the prowl for another new man. In addition to her strip club date with French, Khloe just made an OKCupid profile and posted it on her app and website.

Khloe wrote on the site, "I've never done online dating before, but just for s--ts and giggles, Malika [Haqq] and I decided to fill one out. It was actually really fun to do, LOL!" We don't know if Khloe will actually get any dates from OKC but we have a feeling she got a lot of money for the plug!

That's great she's getting back into the dating pool but we are still holding out with a Khloe/Lamar reunion!

Miranda Kerr went driving around her Venice neighborhood yesterday and made no effort to hide the suspicious ring on her wedding finger. Did her billionaire beau Evan Spiegel propose? We wouldn't be surprised, given how smitten she sounds with the Snapchat founder! It's interesting timing, too, because her ex Orlando Bloom just went public with his new relationship with Katy Perry.

The Aussie stunner recently gushed about having "the best of both worlds" with her young but mature man, and it sounded as if she was thinking long term with this romance.

"He's 25, but he acts like he's 50. He's not out partying. He goes to work in Venice [Beach In L.A.]. He comes home. We don't go out. We'd rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early," she revealed to The Edit.

The brunette beauty has even introduced her son Flynn to her love, which is something she claimed she and ex Orlando Bloom agreed on not doing until things were serious with a partner. "[Orlando and I decided] that we had to know the person for six months and feel good about them [before introducing them to Flynn]. Evan met Flynn, so, yeah, things are going well. Orlando thinks he's great. We're just a modern family now!" she explained. She's probably none too thrilled that her former spouse has already introduced the "Fireworks" songstress to her tot!

If this is true, little ol' Evan just scored himself the hottest girl on the planet!

Ben Affleck shot scenes for Live By Night on Monday in Los Angeles, and not only is he starring in the prohibition-era film, but he's also directing it. Wonder if he's giving orders on set in this old-timey outfit? We'd have a pretty hard time concentrating, because it's so odd to see him wearing makeup on a clean-shaven face!

Live By Night follows the story of Joe Coughlin, the son of a Boston police captain who becomes a bootlegger and eventually a gangster. Last month Ben was spotted on set with co-star Zoe Saldana, and the film also stars Sienna Miller, Elle Fanning, Scott Eastwood, Brendan Gleeson and Anthony Michael Hall.

While Ben is busy filming, at least he's not toooo far away from estranged wife Jennifer Garner and the couple's three kids. After all, just a few days ago the family went out to dinner in Brentwood near their shared home, so it seems like Ben's trying to give the whole reconciliation thing a shot, right?

Kanye West‘s Yeezy Season 3 fashion show happens in just three days, but lucky for us the rapper gave a sneak peek at some of the items that we'll be seeing at the event at Madison Square Garden on February 11.

In addition to socks and sandals, we saw an all-white Yeezy 350 Boost, an outfit that Kim might be wearing, along with some snazzy Gore Tex boots.



No word on whether Kylie Jenner will be modeling in this show again, but celebs expected to attend include Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather and LeoDicaprio -- this according to Kanye's Twitter.

The BFFS have been making headlines recently.
