Jamie Foxx is downplaying his role in rescuing a man from a burning vehicle, but we think the actor should take credit for saving the man's life! The Ray star cut 32-year-old Brett Kyle out of his seatbelt and pulled him from his car just moments before it was engulfed in flames.

"I don't think of it as heroic. I climbed in and I try to hit his seat belt but he's huddled over it so I grab the scissors and cut the seatbelt. We cut if off from his neck and then, as the flames do come into the cabin, I lean back. I think what (the seatbelt) did, it hit his legs which made him extend and when he extends, he extends out of the cabin. We pull him out and as we pull him out, within five seconds later, the truck goes up," he told ABC 7.

Brett Kyle's father couldn't be more appreciative of the A-lister saving his son's life, either! "It doesn't matter to me who it was or what they do for a living. Just the idea that someone would do that is so much more than I could fathom," Brad Kyle told reporters.

Foxx shared a photo of himself and Brad Kyle on Instagram, and his caption shows he's a real class act. "Met the father of the young man from last night today. This is all that matters. That a man, a son, a brother's life was spared last night. God had his arms wrapped around all of us... No heroes... Just happy fathers," he wrote.

Kim Kardashian just revealed she gained a whopping 60 lbs while pregnant with baby Saint. But of course one woman's pregnancy pounds is Kimmy K's cash cow, the 35-year-old announced yesterday that she would be trying to shed the pounds with the Atkins diet (aka huge endorsement deal).

The mother of two wrote, "This is going to be soooo f***ing hard but I can do it and I can't wait to share it all with you #BeastMode #WhosWithMe?!?!?!"

Kim also wrote, "I'm so excited! I'm 30lbs down today but 40 to go! I'm so focused. I will show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plan too!"

The reality star says she's on an eating regime with Atkins Insider, talking about how much she loves the brand's harvest bars on her Twitter feed.

After she gave birth to daughter North, Kim followed the Atkins diet to lose weight. The diet follows a low carbohydrate program and limits the intake of sugar and carbs.

Zac Efron didn't hold back for a game of Heads Up during his appearance on Ellen, and by that we mean he twerked in tight leather pants and then gave the talk show host a lap dance! The actor was there to promote his new movie Dirty Grandpa but nobody seemed to care about that!

The Hollywood hunk is probably pretty happy that this stunt will help people forget about him completely putting his foot in his mouth on Martin Luther King day. The Neighbors star thought it would be a good idea to pay homage to the civil rights activist while congratulating himself on his social media following! "I’m grateful for a couple things today: Martin Luther King Jr & 10 million followers on [Instagram]," he wrote.

After some pretty serious backlash, the B-lister took to Instagram to issue an apology. "I have nothing but the greatest admiration and respect for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I realize that last night’s post was completely insensitive and I apologize to anyone who I may have offended. So sorry," he posted.

Despite reports that Spike Lee would be boycotting the Academy Awards due to a lack of diversity, the famed director says he isn't boycotting the awards show, he is simply going to a Knicks basketball game instead.

Spike said on Good Morning America"I have never used the word boycott." The director, who received an honorary Oscar at the Governor's Ball in November, also said, "I am not going. My wife is not going. Everyone can do what they want."

When George Stephanopoulos asked Spike if he thinks Chris Brown should step down as host, the Do The Right Thing director said that he supports whatever decision Chris decides to make.

But not everyone is being so supportive. Tyrese Gibson, you know the model who acted in the Fast and Furious movies, spoke to People and says he's calling for Chris to step down from his hosting duties. We will see what the funnyman decides to do in this precarious situation!

In addition, George Clooney has come forward to weigh in on the matter, "I think African Americans have a point that the industry isn't representing them well enough."

His selfies are a lot different than sister Kimmy K's!

Rob Kardashian returned to social media by posting this "selfie" of just his eyes last night, and while it's not much, it's the only glimpse we've gotten of him since he was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this month. The reclusive sock designer also appears to have unfollowed literally everyone... what's up with that? The reality star hasn't been seen in public in over a year and has been privately struggling with depression and massive weight gain.

Sister Khloe recently explained why she thinks her brother is having such a hard time, noting that she believes his loneliness as a student at USC was where it all began. "He kind of had no direction and I feel like he felt lost there. I think that's when he started dealing with my father's passing. And then breakups and all this stuff happened, which I think added to other things in his life, but it's issues he had to deal with from the start that he just didn't," she told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.

And about her new confidence and her new look:

"I've never felt as confident in my skin as I do today. A year ago, on tour, almost every inch of my body was covered by clothing ... Once I started feeling better about myself, I felt better about showing more skin. It's also a statement, like, 'Hey, watch out. You're no longer getting the insecure Demi that you've been getting for the past couple of years. I mean business now."

Golden Globe winner Leonardo DiCaprio proved he's not just another pretty Hollywood actor Tuesday in Davos, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum, when he took to the podium to accept a Crystal Award from the group AND to announce that his foundation is donating another $15 million to environmental projects. Forget his work in The Revenant, THAT's the real deal!

DiCaprio didn't stop there; he made a desperate plea to big business to stop Big Oil from ruining our planet, saying:

"We simply cannot allow the corporate greed of the coal, oil and gas industries to determine the future of humanity. Those entities with a financial interest in preserving this destructive system have denied and even covered up the evidence of our changing climate. Enough is enough. You know better. The world knows better. History will place the blame for this devastation squarely at their feet."
