A week after losing her children in an ongoing custody battle, Kelly Rutherford appears to be spending the holidays by herself, bopping about Italy. We gotta say -- this seems like a lonely way to spend the holidays.

The former Gossip Girl actress was photographed walking by herself in Milan, Italy on Tuesday. The 47-year-old has been posting Instagram snaps from her lonely looking time abroad. The mother of two posted a snap with some pals on Tuesday night, so it appears she's found a few people to hang out with on her solo trip.

Earlier in the week, the blonde traveled around Florence and posted some photos of things she spied when she was out and about. The actress, who is clearly struggling with losing custody of her children, has also been posting several quotes on her Instagram which have to do with pain and being grateful.

The mother of two received a monthly 3,000-euro stipend for her visits to Europe to see her children since she can't take them back to the States. Rutherford is likely spending Christmas day with her son Hermes, 9, and daughter Helena, 6, who have been living in Monaco and France with their father and Rutherford's ex-husband Daniel Giersch since 2012.

Monaco court's custody agreement says that Rutherford is only allowed to see her kids in Europe and must do so during the second-half of their winter break. After defying the court's orders keeping her children in New York earlier this year, the actress is currently banned from bringing her children back to the U.S.

Sexy ladies Kate Hudson, 36, and Dakota Johnson, 26, appeared to be having a ball on Tuesday night as they swapped their famous mothers for a cute photo op in Aspen, CO.

Hudson dressed casually in a black tank and had her hair up in a ponytail as she sat with Johnson's mom, Melanie Griffith. The 50 Shades of Grey star, who was dressed in a long sleeve tee by Proenza Schouler, wrapped her arms around comedy legend Goldie Hawn.

All four women looked like they were having a ball together, giggling and smiling in the cute snap. The foursome look as if they are hanging out in Griffith's $9 million home that she put on the market last month, following her divorce from Antonio Banderas.

"Goldie, Dakota, Kate and me having some giggles in Aspen! Mother-Daughter times are the best!!!" 58-year-old Griffith wrote when she posted the pic on Instagram on Tuesday.

Johnson looks like has been having a blast on her holiday with her mom, brother Jesse Johnson, half-sister Stella Banderas and some famous friends.

One person who seems to be absent from the pics is Vito Schnabel. Two weeks ago photogs caught Schnabel cozying up to Johnson in a New York bar. It's been rumored that the 29-year-old art dealer left girlfriend Heidi Klum for Johnson.

We know we've been hard on her lately, but this just won her some points in our book!

Caitlyn Jenner fit in some last minute gift shopping in Malibu yesterday, and the transgender reality star was a good sport about posing for a photo with a fan before driving off in her SUV. The Kardashians are notorious for obliging a snap when approached, so it appears Cait is taking pointers from Kimmy K!

We wonder who the I Am Cait star will be spending the holiday with? If you believe the rumors, not Saint West! Allegedly, Kris Jenner will stop at nothing to make sure her ex doesn't get to spend any time with the newborn.

"Kris is the gatekeeper on Kim’s behalf when it comes to appointment times with the baby. She’s in charge of who comes and goes. As far as Kris is concerned Caitlyn has no business being at Kim’s bedside," a source dished to Radar. "Ultimately, Kim’s mom will always come first and Kris has really put her foot down. She does not want Caitlyn cooing over Saint, especially if there are cameras in tow," the source added.

She seems a little lonely and we're actually starting to feel sorry for her!

She’s home for the holidays!

Earlier this morning, Teresa Giudice was released from federal prison after serving nearly a year in Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. Arriving by a convoy of SUVs, she was greeted by her husband Joe, who begins his own 41-month sentence in March, as well as a reality TV show camera crew and a brand new Lexus, complete with a big red bow.

This morning, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was met at the prison by her lawyer, James Leonard Jr., who confirmed to People that she was released at 5:01 AM. Teresa is set to serve the remainder of her 15-month term in home confinement. 

The mom of four arrived at home around 7:30 in the morning and was welcomed home with signs that read, “We missed you.”

“She is thrilled that she is finally going home,” a source told People. 'Teresa was smiling when she emerged. She was wearing all black and looked happy.”

If her new fling with Niall Horan hasn't already send Bieber through the roof, Selena Gomez's steamy new "Hands to Myself" music video, which features the scantily clad singer writhing around a bed, most certainly will.

In the music morsel, the 23-year-old plays an obsessed fan who breaks into the object of her affection's home and then walks around in her undies, while fantasizing about some amorous entanglement with the hottie, played by Christopher Mason.

Meanwhile, Selena apparently is out for blood upon hearing the news that the mom of three Kourtney Kardashian has been hooking up with her on-again/off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber. In Touch is reporting that Selena even called up the reality star and tore into her. A source tells the site, “Selena was calling Kourtney a w**re and a s**t." The source added, “When Selena called her, Kourtney asked how she got her number, but all Selena had to say was, ‘I hope you used protection.'”

David Foster is breaking his silence over the rumors estranged wife Yolanda is faking her Lyme disease, and the legendary record producer sounds like he has the utmost respect and admiration for the Dutch beauty despite their split at the beginning of this month.

"Over the past few weeks, a great deal of inaccurate or baseless information has been reported claiming to represent my thoughts and feelings. It is painful to watch this happen repeatedly – especially while trying to cope with the personal nature of the challenges surrounding the breakup of our loving marriage," he told People in a statement. "I have always had and continue to have the utmost respect and love for Yolanda, which is why it is so frustrating to see headlines questioning her chronic debilitating illness," he added.

He also wants to make sure the public knows he did not pull the plug on their marriage solely because of her deteriorating condition.

"I have been by Yolanda's side over the past four years to the best of my ability as she battled with the complexities of her Lyme diagnosis. I am incredibly proud of Yolanda's determination and mission to find a cure, and how brave and open she has been by sharing her story in the hopes of changing the future for others," he concluded.

It was the flub heard around the world!

Many people all over the planet may be mad at Steve Harvey for accidentally announcing the wrong name at the Miss Universe pageant -- but there's one person who isn't -- his wife Marjorie. His wife of eight years is standing by her man!

Marjorie posted a photo of her Instagram which said, "You are a Stand Up Man and A True Class Act the way you went back out on the stage on live TV and took full responsibility alone. I am so proud to be your wife! I love you 😍😘🙏 "

On Sunday, the funny man announced the new Miss Universe was Miss Colombia, who quickly put on her crown, however moments later Steve cut in to announce that he'd made a mistake and that the real winner was Miss Philippines. The clip has gone viral since and the whole thing is causing quite a stir!

Moments later Steve blamed the teleprompter, however we think it was just an honest mistake, that was possibly bound to happen since he ditched rehearsals. A source told Entertainment Tonight that, “Steve went to the beginning of rehearsals, but missed the last hour, at least." The sourced added, "The name of the winner is not in the prompter [because] they don’t want the girls to see it."

We think it's an honest mistake -- but don't blame the cue cards, Steve! Take responsibility -- and then let's move on to more important stuff!

Chelsea Clinton is expecting her second child with husband Marc Mezvinsky, she announced Monday on Twitter. "Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season," she tweeted along with a photo of her 15-month-daughter.

Shortly after the big news broke, grandparents Bill and Hillary sent their well wishes to the little family. "Your dad and I could not be happier for you, Marc and Charlotte. We’re so excited to meet our second grandchild!” the Democratic hopeful tweeted, while the former President added, "Christmas comes early! Hillary and I are thrilled for Chelsea, Marc and Charlotte’s growing family in 2016!”

Clinton and Mezvinsky married in July 2010.
