They're back! Jill and Jessa Duggar's new show, Counting On, debuted last night to controversial reviews.

You'd think TLC would want to keep the family who hid their son's molesting their daughters off of television, but not that network! TLC has brought the Duggars back, namely victims Jessa and Jill, to talk about the clan's devastation in the wake of brother Josh's molestation and subsequent cheating scandals.

Like many, we think the book on the Duggars should be closed for good, but alas another chapter is here for public consumption.

On last night's first episode of the new show chronicles the sisters' lives after the media fall out, Jill says, "When the police report was released to the world, that wasn't right. We really had to work through it because, as a victim, you've already worked through it. You've already dealt with it and moved on, and you don't want it rubbed in your face."

Younger sisters Jinger, Jana and Joy were also featured, distraught and crying during their interviews. The show aims to be about Jill and Jessa but it appears to actually a reboot of 19 Kids and Counting with different name. Hopefully the public will pick up on the network's cheap ploy to re-brand a show that show that should have been put to pasture for good.

The show was cancelled in July after news broke that Josh had molested several of his sisters when he was a teenager. Duggar patriarch and matriarch Jim Bob and Michelle hid their son's dark past, but the truth came to light when an old police report was published.

Justin Bieber basically broke the Internet yesterday when he posted an Instagram of himself and an unidentified girl straddling him on his Audi, but now we can reveal that the mystery lady is model Jasmine Villanueva. Most of the Beliebers assumed the chick on the hood of his whip was rumored new flame Kourtney Kardashian, but X17online was the first to dispel that rumor with our EXCLUSIVE pix.

The leggy blonde beauty is a model who has appeared in GQ and an Adidas campaign. We wonder if they met on a photoshoot? It's possible, but it's more likely that The Biebs simply saw her pic on social media and sent out his handlers to fetch her for his company.

According to our photographers who were on the scene last night, JB couldn't get enough of his new lady. The two crusied around on a yacht with some pals, but were quick to escape for some private time!

"Justin and Jasmine were all over each other most of the night. It was raining while they were on the boat, so after a little partying, they docked and went back to Justin's hotel room. Justin was super-flirtatious, like he always is with hot girls. He was really into Jasmine and the feeling was definitely mutual. He was treating her like a princess and really paying attention to her all night."

Jasmine better enjoy his attention while it lasts, because nobody ever gets him entirely to themselves!

Little Nori and cousin Penelope partied it up on Sunday at a little kids' party in Beverly Hills, escorted by Kourtney Kardashian and these two tykes' party attire was on fleek!

Nori had a jewel-collared turtleneck with cuffed jeans, black high-top Vans and her hair in adorable princess French braids. Penelope had on a tulle tutu, silver Mary-Janes and a cotton biker jacket. Kourtney was casual with a denim jacket draped over her shoulders, topped off with a black leather cap.

The trio joined friends at a home where Kourtney and Kim have taken their kids many times for mommy-and-me classes. Nori held a daisy in her hand -- it was unclear whether it was a fashion accessory or, perhaps, a hostess gift. Either way, it's darn cute!

Kourtney's been kicking in lots of free babysitting hours while sis Kim rests and home with new baby boy Saint. We can't wait to see him!

Kendall Jenner shared a laugh with family friend Harry Hudson, on Saturday, after the two finished a shopping trip to Barnes & Noble in Calabasas. We've seen this dude a few times before -- most recently, comforting Kylie after she temporarily split from long-time boyfriend Tyga, back on November 16. Seems like a cool dude -- and the Jenner girls' loyalty to the up-and-coming pop star runs deep. Harry was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2013 and Kendall and Kylie have stuck by him through months of chemotherapy and beyond.
