Coco Austin's post-baby body is insane!

The 36-year-old gave birth to her first daughter on Nov. 28th -- and just one week later the curvy star is showing off her basically flat abs. Wow!

The new mom posted an Instagram snap of her enviable form and detailed how she kept her figure during her pregnancy, noting that she only gained a paltry 13 pounds. Double wow!

1 week post baby ..the left was me at 36 weeks ( I had Chanel at 37 weeks) I was basically in shape before I got pregnant but during pregnancy I stopped my workout regimen at 4 months preggers and pretty much became a fruitarian after that lol..No not really, I ate other foods of course but craved fruit. I lost 10 pounds before I even started to gain baby weight probably because 1- I stopped drinking alcohol. 2 - I stopped weight lifting and lost a lot of muscle and 3- I ate really healthy and took my vitamins everyday.(I'm gonna post my whole routine soon on my baby blog www.thecocoblog.com) I gained 13 pounds my whole pregnancy and now I way almost back to norm at 137 pounds. All this is strange to me too, how my body took so well with pregnancy because I was mentally prepared to blow up like a whale and I was totally cool with it I really could have cared less how my body looked it didn't matter to me..I couldn't wait to get a bump and rock it! ..I would've gone through anything to make a healthy baby ..I had the heavens really watching over me and know everyday how blessed I am.. I believe anybody could too go through a wonderful experience and thats why I made a baby blog so people could know the steps I took..I hope to bring inspiration.[sic]

Scott Weiland's ex-wife Mary Fosberg-Weiland penned an emotional letter for Rolling Stone's website, in which she urges the singer's legions of fans not to glorify her former husband's death.

In the heartbreaking letter, Mary, who was married the STP front man from 2000-2007, revealed that her two children with Scott, Noah, 15, and Lucy, 13, had lost their father long before his actual death. revealing her children lost their father long before he died. 

Mary wore, "The truth is, like so many other kids, they lost their father years ago. What they truly lost on December 3rd was hope."

She continued, "This is the final step in our long goodbye to Scott. Even though I felt we had no other choice, maybe we never should have let him go. Or maybe these last few years of separation were his parting gift to us – the only way he could think to soften what he knew would one day crush us deep into our souls."

His ex added, "I won't say he can rest now, or that he's in a better place. He belongs with his children barbecuing in the backyard and waiting for a Notre Dame game to come on. We are angry and sad about this loss, but we are most devastated that he chose to give up."

She also encouraged fans not to glorify the dead rocker's death.

"Let's choose to make this the first time we don't glorify this tragedy with talk of rock and roll and the demons that, by the way, don't have to come with it," she went on. "Skip the depressing T-shirt with 1967-2015 on it – use the money to take a kid to a ballgame or out for ice cream."

Justin Bieber posted a photo of a random beautiful girl he found online to his Instagram account yesterday, and pleaded with fans to identify her and help him track her down. "OMG who is this!" he wrote as the caption.

Who knows how The Beliebers are so good at stalking, but they turned up an answer within the hour!

The brunette beauty in JB's pic is a girl named Cindy Kimberly, who runs an Instagram account with the handle "wolfiecindyreal" and has 250K followers. The young stunner was undoubtedly flattered, but also overwhelmed with the attention. "I so do not know how to deal with this but I only have Instagram and Tumblr so whatever other stuff people are finding is fake (I did use to have a Twitter account but I deactivated)," she wrote.

We wonder if The Biebs is trying to get back at Selena for hooking up with Niall Horan by making her jealous?

Fall Out Boy, 5 Seconds of Summer and One Direction are just a few of the musical acts slated to play Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2016, airing Dec. 31 on ABC.

The event is filmed in Los Angeles and New York. 5 Seconds of Summer, Fall Out Boy, Andy Grammer, Ellie Goulding, Elle King, Tove Lo, Rachel Platten, and Walk the Moon will be performing at Billboard Hollywood Party, which is hosted by Fergie. The headliner for that event, will be boy band One Direction. The Times Square portion will be headlined by Carrie Underwood, who will be joined by Luke Bryan, Demi Lovato, Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth.

Ryan Seacrest will be hosting the New Year's event from the Big Apple and Jenny McCarthy will be doing some live reporting around Times Square.

New Year's Rockin' Eve begins Thursday, Dec. 31, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

Khloe Kardashian was one of the first people to meet sister Kim's newborn baby boy Saint West, and the proud reality star can't help but gush about the newest addition to the K clan.

"My little nephew was born. He is so cute and so perfect. I love him and mommy and daddy are doing fantastic," she said during a live stream with her fans.

The little guy's name was announced yesterday, but apparently Kimmy K and Yeezy have been calling him Saint for months now, because they believe he was a miracle baby due to the brunette bombshell's fertility and pregnancy struggles.

Khlo seems like the most maternal of all the sisters, so we can't wait for her to have a brood of her own!

Bieber is not gonna like this news …

On Friday night, Selena Gomez and One Direction's Niall Horan were caught kissing at a birthday party and it turns out that on Saturday night the duo had a romantic date at Santa Monica Pier.

Needless to say, these two wanted to get spotted out and about otherwise they wouldn't have had such a public date.

Camera-ready fans snapped the twosome riding roller coasters and playing boardwalk games together over the weekend and posted pics and video on social media. The twosome were hanging with some pals -- but they were all about each other.

For the outing, the One Direction bandmate went incognito in a pair of thick-rimmed glasses, while Gomez opted for a black top and pants.

We think the choice of the Santa Monica Pier is especially interesting since that's where cameras caught Gomez and Bieber on their first public outing way back in 2011.

Kim Kardashian gave birth to her second child Saint West on Saturday, and though "mother and son are doing well," apparently the delivery was hell!

Kim had placenta accreta, a serious pregnancy condition where the placenta grows too far into the uterine lining. The condition can cause severe blood loss after delivery, and TMZ reports that the reality star has been describing her labor as the "most painful experience ever."

Kim suffered from the same condition while delivering daughter North, and though a C-section is generally advised with the condition, Kim reportedly did it all naturally. She's a real trooper! But is she done having babies? We'll see!

Kim is still holed up in the hospital in a $4,000-a-night birthing suite, and big sis Kourtney was reportedly by her side during delivery. She's since been visited by Yeezy and most of the rest of her fam.

Kourtney Kardashian stopped by a friend's house in West Hollywood on Monday, and the reality starlet looked amazing in a leather jacket, black leggings and a cropped top. We love that she's flaunting her abs in the middle of December!

In other news, Kourt finally relaunched her blog this week -- and debuted her new app, which is simply called Kourt. Sisters Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie's apps were released in September, but it sounds like Kourtney's will be very different from everyone else's. "I cannot wait to share my life with you," she said in a video message to fans, adding that she'll be sharing "original posts on topics including personal recipes, influencer Q&A's, healthy living tips, home design ideas, shopping and beauty guides and kid-centric obsessions." Is she trying to be the new Gwyneth?

"I am so happy to finally have a space where I can share my obsessions and the things that I am most passionate about," she said in a press release. We're curious to see whose app is the most successful ... you know the ladies are totally competing with one another!
