What a mess!

Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancee Brett Rossi is suing the actor for a multitude of reasons, one of which is that the actor forced her to get an abortion because he was worried his HIV status would impact the unborn child, TMZ reports. The porn star lists assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional neglect, false imprisonment and negligence as the charges in the lawsuit, and goes in to detail about the nature of her accusations.

The porn star claims she met the Anger Management star when he offered her $10K to have sex with him, and then they had unprotected sex at least five more times before she discovered his HIV medication and he came clean about his status. Rossi claims she had already fallen in love Sheen by the time she made the discovery, so she chose to continue having unprotected sex with him.

In March 2014, Rossi became pregnant and the A-lister allegedly bullied her into having an abortion because he didn't want her to "give birth to a retarded child" given his HIV status. While HIV obviously doesn't cause retardation, we can totally picture him saying that!

She also maintains that he was physically and mentally abusive throughout their relationship. The craziest part of this whole story? Rossi swears that the Hollywood bad boy was so jealous of her ex that he put a hit out on the unidentified man!

The pair ended up breaking up for good in October 2014. She is now asking for unspecified damages.

Chris Martin and his band Coldplay have signed on to headline the 2016 Super Bowl halftime show, Us Weekly reports. In addition to the British rock group, Bruno Mars will also be involved in some capacity, as well as "friends of the group." We know that Mr. Martin is close pals with Jay Z because his former wife Gwyneth and Beyonce are besties, so we wouldn't be the least surprised if Hova joined in for football's biggest night!

Past headlining acts have included Katy Perry, Bruno, Madonna, and Beyonce.

Super Bowl 50 is set to take place on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, so that gives these talented blokes ample time to practice!

Playboy is going out with a bang!

The publication is bringing back its 13-time cover star Pamela Anderson for the racy mag's final one to show nudity.

Hugh Hefner's rag just unveiled its January/February cover, a week before the must-buy issue will be hitting news stands.

Anderson's photo shoot, which was shot by Ellen von Unwerth, shows the former Baywatch babe topless. Under the grinning gal, reads the headline, "Pamela: A Revealing Return to the Mansion."

Anderson first graced the cover in October 1989. This 14th cover marks a Playboy record.

"I got a call from [Hugh Hefner's] attorney who said, 'We don't want anybody else. There's nobody else, could you do the last cover of Playboy?'" the bubbly blonde told Entertainment Tonight

Understandably the 48-year-old mother to two teen boys was reluctant to do it because of her sons, but it turns out they were all for it.

"I said, 'Hef just called, he wants me to do the last cover of Playboy,' and he [Brandon, 19] goes, 'Mom you've got to do it,'" Anderson explained. "[Brandon said] 'We're older, we're not embarrassed anymore of you. You know, we think you're great.'"

The blonde bombshell said that her 17-year-old son said, "Mom, you know you've done it all."

Well they are the sons of Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson -- what else would you expect?!

Playboy's chief executive Scott Flanders announced back in October that the magazine would go "non-nude" beginning with its March 2016 issue. Flanders told the New York Times, "You're now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free. And so it's just passe at this juncture."

During a recent trip to Aspen, Evan shared some photos of his wife, her son Bronx Mowgli and their baby daughter Jagger Snow on Instagram on Wednesday.

Wearing a fuzzy hat, Ashlee looked gorgeous as she donned a dark red lip, which highlighted her porcelain complexion. The whole clan was bundled up in their wintery best for the cold vacay.

The brunette beauty was cruelly body shamed earlier this year after gaining a couple pounds, and she admits the insults hurt despite her refusal to show the pain. "If he [Zayn] had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding," she cheekily added.

Britney Spears turned 34-years-old yesterday and her pal Miley Cyrus made sure she felt the love by sending mylar balloons that spelled out the pop princess' name. Brit Brit took to social media to thank her pal for the sweet surprise, and we have to admit we kinda love their friendship.

"Had the CUTEST surprise party today!!! A special thank you to Miss @MileyCyrus for sending these awesome balloons! 🎈," the mother-of-two wrote.

The "Toxic" songstress celebrated turning another year older with her sons Sean and Jayden, as well as her father Jamie. We wonder if any special men in the singer's life wished her happy b-day, or if she is still single and ready to mingle?

The first full-length trailer for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is here and damn to Batman and Superman look like major hotties!

In this high-octane trailer, which premiered last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! we see Clark Kenm who is played by Henry Cavill, meet Gotham's Bruce Wayne -- and the interaction is more than frosty.

The trailer also shows the two going head to head, eventually leading to Superman unmasking the Big Black Bat.

Fans also got a first look at Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman, who is being played by Gal Gadot. She looks like one ass-kicking lady!

We haven't been so sure about Affleck as the Caped Crusader -- but this trailer has us convinced. Color us excited for the film!

And we aren't the only ones who are excited to see the Oscar winner play Bruce Wayne. We caught up with best bud Matt Damon yesterday after the actor hit the gym.

Damon told us, "I think he'll make a great Batman!" And then he proceeded to mention to our camera guy that there was a trailer premiering.

Umm we know, Matty! We just love that the Affleck/Damon bromance is alive and kicking!
