Charlie Sheen paid an unidentified porn star a whopping $10 million in hush money after she discovered that he had HIV, this according to the woman's lover, Jason Quinlan, pictured above.

After the porn star had a 12-hour drug and alcohol-fueled threesome with Sheen at his Beverly Hills mansion in 2011, Sheen then asked her to grab his HIV pills from the bathroom. She thought he was joking -- until she went into the bathroom and saw the prescriptions with Sheen's name on them. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Quinlan, who also used to hook up with the porn star said:

"She felt sick, she told me she had been having unprotected sex with Charlie and was convinced she had contracted HIV from him. She told me, 'I'd been having unprotected sex with him for almost a year along with 50 other girls at minimum.' Charlie told her not to worry about it, he said his viral count is zero. But that means nothing, it certainly doesn't mean he can't spread the virus."

Quinlan says the porn starlet went off the grid for a while and on a bender, but she reached out to him earlier this year.

"When we met, she looked really strung-out, she hadn't been taking care of herself. She always had a problem with meth, but I could clearly see she'd been going harder than normal. I don't like to judge but she wasn't in a good place. We went out, got hammered and then back to her apartment where we took meth together. During the night I asked if she was still going to Charlie's. She responded, 'Not for months' and went on to say they weren't 'talking.' I asked what happened and she went in to the whole story. She said she didn't know how to cope and was too scared to get tested. I was revolted and a bit scared too because I'd been having sex with her as well."

Quinlan said the pair then contacted a lawyer -- and got tested. They're both reportedly clean, and the Daily Mail "believes the porn actress is now living comfortably in Las Vegas with her boyfriend and has left the porn industry." Apparently the ten million dollars was spread out in installments over 5 years. Still...it sounds like no amount of money is worth the hell this girl went through!

Well, it's not really *new* -- this is actually Rob Kardashian's old apartment!

On Tuesday Kris Jenner was snapped pulling through the security gate at her son's pad, and a source tells X17online the reality star, who has been in hiding for the last year and a half, recently moved back in to his old digs. Seeing as he was living at sister Khloe's house and seldom venturing out, it seems like this is a big improvement!

Rob hasn't been seen out much lately, but based on social media and various online reports, he has been hitting the gym and going on hikes with his family. Maybe Rob is getting ready to make his debut back on Keeping Up With The Kardashians?

In September, Us Weekly reported that Rob had filmed scenes for the latest season of the show, but he wasn't in the premiere this weekend. Maybe he's popping up in a later episode? “[Rob]’s not getting paid if he doesn’t film," a source told the mag. "He has a $2 million-a-year contract. He realized he couldn’t give up this huge opportunity.”

And let's be honest -- why else would PMK reaaaally be visiting her son if it wasn't business related?

On the heels of his Today show admission that he is HIV-positive, Charlie Sheen could now be facing criminal investigation if he indeed hid his status from sex partners and put them at risk of exposure to the virus.

"If an alleged victim comes forward claiming Charlie Sheen had unprotected sex with them, without notifying that person about his HIV status, it will be completely and fully investigated," the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told Radar. Even if an accuser didn't end up contracting HIV, he could still be facing legal problems. "The victim doesn't need to contract HIV for prosecution to take place. These cases are taken very, very seriously and any alleged victims identity will be protected," the source added.

TMZ is now reporting that at least six women have obtained legal counsel in the past 24 hours since it was revealed the actor was suffering from the virus and had been for years. These women allegedly plan to sue the Anger Management star for a multitude of offenses, including intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, sexual battery. All the women claim he failed to disclose his status before having both protected and unprotected sex with them.

Both of Sheen's former "goddesses" that he dated in 2011, the year he was diagnosed, have come forward to confirm that the A-lister never disclosed to them that he was HIV-positive. Bree Olsen went on Howard Stern to slam the "illegal" behavior of her ex, while the other woman Natalie Henly spoke out in support of Charlie but admitted she was never made aware of his condition.

"He never said anything to me. I was his girlfriend, I lived with him. We were together. We had sex almost every day for a year with lambskin condoms, which do not protect...There were times we didn't even use condoms, because it was only to prevent pregnancy. We were sleeping together every single night. He never said anything ever. 'I'm clean,' He said," Olsen dished to the shock jock.

So how is Sheen processing his now-public battle?

"The personal disbelief, karmic confusion, shame and anger lead to a temporary yet abysmal descent into profound substance abuse and fathomless drinking. It was a suicide run. Problem was, I'd forgotten that I'm too tough for such a cowardly departure. Yet, despite this loathsome and horrific odyssey, I was vigilant with my anti-viral program . . . My medical team could only shake their heads as each and every blood test returned levels revealing a state of remission. Even though I might have been trying to kill myself, one thing was radically evident; the disease was not," he wrote in an open letter on the Today website.

"In conclusion, I accept this condition not as a curse or scourge, but rather as an opportunity and a challenge. An opportunity to help others. A challenge to better myself. My partying days are behind me. My philanthropic days are ahead of me . . . I've served my time under pressure; I now embrace the courage, and the grace. Love and peace, Charlie Sheen," he added.

It sounds to us like he's committed to turning his life around, let's just hope he's not too late!

Last night, Liam Hemsworth suited up for the Los Angeles premiere of his highly anticipated new film, Hunger Games: Mockingay Part 2, and hot damn was that Aussie looking good!

Liam put on his best duds and joined castmates Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Jena Malone and Elizabeth Banks for the red-carpet premiere. The cast opted out of the usual interviews after Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris, but the cast honored the fallen by wearing ribbons in the colors of the French flag affixed to them with a Mockingjay pin, which is the symbol of anti-oppression in the films.

The Hunger Games cast has one more last premiere scheduled in New York City before they say goodbye to their final film. The movie lands in theaters on Nov. 20.

Meanwhile, Liam also got a new four-legged friend over the weekend with the help of his ex girlfriend, Miley Cyrus. It looks like all exes aren't feuding!

Newlyweds Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston cuddled up in the Big Apple at last night's Celebrity Charades Goes Medieval Gala 2015 at NYC's Capitale.

Instead of glamming up for the event, the duo, who wed in a super secret ceremony in August, dressed down. Justin wore a on-trend army green bomber jacket, ripped jeans and biker boots. He accessorized the look with a scarf and oversized hat. Jennifer bundled up in a classic black coat, black pants and black boots.

Justin was at the event to compete in the annual Celebrity Charades roundup, which is produced by the Labyrinth Theater. Other celebs, including Bobby Cannavale, Billy Crudup, Justin Long, and Natasha Lyonne also competed.

"I am here to admit that I am, in fact, HIV-positive. I have to put a stop to this mirage of attacks of sub-truths and very harmful and mercurial stories that are about me that are threatening the health of so many others," Charlie Sheen told Matt Lauer this morning on the Today Show.

Various reports confirmed on Monday that Sheen, 50, had been diagnosed as HIV-positive four years ago; late in the day, it was confirmed the actor would appear on the Today Show this morning to make a "personal announcement."

"It started with what I thought was this series of crushing headaches and migraines and sweating the bed. I thought I had a brain tumor. After a spinal test, they said, this is what's going on . . . It's a turning point in one's life," Sheen said.

According to the actor, he has been extorted by some of those with whom he's had sex. "I've paid those people," he laughed; "Not that many but enough that it's depleted the [bank]. . . Enough to bring into the millions . . . For some reason, I trusted them. They were deep in my inner circle, and I thought that they could be helpful. Instead, my trust turned to their treason. We're talking about shakedowns ... One of the prostitutes threatened to sell the [medication] to the tabloids . . . It was after she had spent the day after she had helped me with herbal medications," he told Lauer. "I was so depressed by the condition that I was in . . . I was making bad decisions."

Sheen admitted he had unprotected sex with two people after his learning of his HIV-positive status, but says they are now under the care of his doctor. "Yes, but the two people that I did that with were under the care of my doctor, and they were completely warned ahead of time," the actor said.

Sheen says he'll no longer be a slave to those extorting him: "Not after today, I'm not. That's my goal, that's not my only goal. I think I release myself from this prison today."

Sheen claims that the HIV is now undetectable in his body and his doctor supports him: "Charlie does not have AIDS . . . He is healthy; he does not have AIDS."

The news broke yesterday that Charlie Sheen is HIV positive, but it's something that he's reportedly known about for years -- along with a number of those close to him, including ex-wife Denise Richards and industry execs.

Sheen has been taking antiretrovirals and according to a source for People, "He is saying there is virtually no trace of HIV in his blood. He is telling people the virus is now undetectable."

Sheen will appear on Today this morning to chat with Matt Lauer about the news. "He's still HIV-positive. But he isn't about to slow down," the source added.

While there have been reports that Sheen has slept with women since learning he has HIV without telling them, Sheen's former girlfriend Natalie Kenly said she does NOT believe he'd be recklessly promiscuous. "He has regard for human beings and cares about people. I do not see him knowingly putting women at risk," she told the mag.

Denise Richards shopped at CVS in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon with her daughter Sam, and the duo appeared as though nothing was off when X17 photographers snapped their photo.

Perhaps it's because Denise has known for years that ex-husband Charlie Sheen is HIV positive -- and that she's in the clear? A source confirmed to Us Weekly that neither Denise nor the former couple's daughters have the virus and that Sheen "got infected after they were together, four years ago or so." No one's really sure what's going on with Brooke Mueller, as she has yet to comment on the news.

Sheen will be chatting with the Today show this morning to officially reveal the news, and interestingly enough, last week Denise chatted about their relationship -- and the kind of guy Charlie was when they first got married. “Charlie, when I married him, he wasn’t a bad boy," she said on the Allegedly With Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss podcast. "He was sober for almost four years. He was a very different person. His lifestyle was very, very different. He was a former bad boy, I guess."

“[It’s] up and down,” she said of their current relationship. “I’m always here [for him,] but he’s an addict. I believe we move past your sh*t. Don’t sweat the small stuff. For better or worse, he’s going to be in my life for the rest of my life so I personally like to keep the peace.”

“I have a lot of empathy for anyone that struggles with addiction,” she continued. “I’m not going to judge the choices they made under the influence. I can only judge the person I’m meeting and I think sometimes past experiences make who you are so I just went off the person I had met and gotten to know and fell in love with. He was very different.”
