Olivier Martinez is being sued by an LAX employee who claims the French actor unnecessarily shoved him to the ground with a car seat back in January, TMZ reports.

Ronaldo Owens maintains he wasn't in the way of the Hollywood star and his wife Halle Berry when he was attacked, and he now wants $5 million in damages. He filed a police report after the incident, but in April it was reported that the LA city attorney declined to prosecute Martinez. In the civil suit, Owens is blaming the Monster's Ball actress for masterminding the whole ordeal and giving her husband free reign to do as he deemed necessary.

It's truly a miracle that he went from death's doorstep to walking and talking - and flying! - in under a week!

Lamar Odom flew back to L.A. with Khloe Kardashian by his side to continue receiving treatment today, and we caught him arriving via helicopter at Cedars Sinai medical center this evening. The reality star has vowed to be by her estranged husband's side for the entirety of his rehab, which could take months, so they ditched Vegas to be closer to her home base.

TMZ is reporting that although the NBA star is expected to survive, he is by no means out of the woods yet. The troubled athlete will be receiving ongoing care and quite possibly could have permanent bodily damage from this health scare.

We couldn't be more relieved he's OK!

We caught reclusive Rob Kardashian driving around in Los Angeles today, and we might have missed him if he hadn't been driving sister Khloe's very recognizable velvet Range Rover. The reluctant reality star kept the tinted windows rolled up, but we still consider this to be progress. After all, it doesn't seem like he's left the house in months, so the fact that he's at least going somewhere is a good sign.

The current situation with Lamar Odom is undoubtedly hard on the youngest of the K clan, who shared an extremely close relationship with the NBA star when he was still married to Khlo. He's been tweeting his support for his former brother-in-law, but he's the only one of the family (other than Caitlyn!) that hasn't made the journey out to Las Vegas to see the troubled athlete. We can't expect him to love the limelight overnight I guess!

Leaving Las Vegas!

Lamar Odom will be moved to an LA rehabilitation center later this week to continue treatment, Us Weekly reports. "Khloe [Kardashian] and Kris [Jenner] decided to move Lamar to a rehab center in L.A. so they can all be closer to him," a source dished to the mag.

The basketball star's condition has continued to improve since he overdosed at a brothel on October 13, although he still has a long road of recovery ahead. "He's still getting better little by little. The doctors are starting to talk about plans for what happens when he gets out and that's how rehab came up, but he still has a ways to go," the source added.

Khloe doesn't plan on abandoning him anytime soon, either! "Khloe is committed to staying with him. Everyone is so happy he's alive but taking it very carefully (as you know anything can turn towards the worst again). It's a slow process but Khloe is there every step of the way, and her family is supporting her and Lamar's family is there too. It's all been so draining and emotional," the insider revealed.

One person who isn't loving the Kardashian clan's smothering support of the NBA star? His former teammate Metta World Peace!

"The only Kardashian that needs to be there is Khloe. Not every Kardashian needs to be around. They need to keep it simple, so Lamar’s children can see him whenever they want to see him. They’re waiting in line to see their own father," he sniped to the Los Angeles Daily News.

At least if Lam Lam comes back to LA, poor Khloe doesn't have to be stuck in Sin City for months on end!

Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian obviously think Lamar Odom is going to pull through his near death experience, because they are back to documenting every move they make on social media. Kourt showed off a snap of herself at the gym, while Kyls and her friend Stassi kicked back in onesies at her house. Fascinating!

The whole family vowed to take a break from Instagram, Twitter, their apps and basically any online media presence after news broke that Lamar overdosed in a Las Vegas brothel, but now that everyone can see the light at the end of the tunnel, it seems they've had a change of heart.

The mother-of-three explained that workouts help with her anxiety, and we don't blame her for having some jitters. After all, baby daddy Scott Disick is currently getting treatment at a rehab in Malibu for his out of control partying, so she's doing all the parenting solo.

It's so hard incredibly easy to keep up with the Kardashians!

Supermodel Heidi Klum took two of her four children, Henry, 10, and Lou, 6, out shopping at the Grove on Sunday. We love that even Grandma was there for the family outing!

The Project Runway host and fashionista looked super trendy in an oversized sweater coat, ripped jeans and suede booties. The German beauty's kids followed suit of course! The offspring looked super cool in their stylish retro ensembles. is it just us, or is Lou dressed like a tiny Michael Jackson?!

Besides doing a bit of shopping, the fam all went to see a movie together at the trendy Los Angeles mall. We don't blame them for wanting to get in the air conditioning -- this Los Angeles heat has been brutal!

On Saturday, the hands-on mom enjoyed a Saturday morning soccer game with her four kids at the park in Brentwood. Leni, Lou, Johan and Henry all enjoyed some park life with their mama and grandmother!

We're glad everyone is OK!

Glory Johnson gave birth to twins 15 weeks prematurely last Monday, the WNBA star announced on social media. Her infant daughters weighed in at just 1 pound 7 ounces, but the hoopster isn't too worried about their ability to grow and thrive. They were originally due in February.

"Babies Ava Simone & Solei Diem arrived on Monday! Born a little earlier than expected, I have no worries because these babies are fighters just like I am. We all know God makes NO mistakes and by his grace, everything will work out for the greater good. We will continue to trust God as they are in his hands. Continue to keep us lifted because there is sooo much power in PRAYER!!!” she captioned a pic of their tiny feet.

Johnson married Brittney Griner in May, and became impregnated via in vitro fertilization with her own egg and a donor's sperm shortly after. Griner filed for an annulment after Johnson announced she was pregnant, claiming that Johnson was texting and sleeping with an unidentified man throughout their relationship.

Looks like Tyga is finally being a hands-on dad!

On Friday, the 25-year-old dad celebrated his son's third birthday on Friday. And on Sunday, the father/son duo enjoyed some quality time together, taking him to church and then lunch at Yang Chow restaurant in Los Angeles.

The young dad, who has is dating Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kylie Jenner, carried his wee one into the church. They duo then went to the Chinese restaurant to grab a bit of lunch.

On Friday, Tyga treated King Cairo to a birthday bash with his celebrity pals.. Kanye West brought daughter Nori and Kourtney brought her trio - Mason, Penelope and even baby Reign, to Racer's Edge indoor go-kart warehouse in Burbank.

The car theme was carried through to the fire truck inflatable slide outside in the parking lot, where even Chris Brown took a turn plunging down the steep slope ... with a drink in hand! Later, the singer tooled around on a bike while smoking a cigarette (how appropriate for a kids' party!), while daughter Royalty played with her friends.

Proud papa Tyga brought in loads of presents for his son, while girlfriend Kylie enjoyed some snacks from a food truck. The youngest Jenner and Kourtney were the only members of the Kardashian clan to make an appearance, as the rest of the family is holding vigil as Lamar Odom fights for his life in a Las Vegas hospital.
