Khloe Kardashian is keeping up with this ridiculous waist training fad by flaunting her ridiculously small corseted waist in a colorful selfie. Umm that looks painful!
On Thursday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians posted the selfie which highlights her insane curves in a neon workout ensemble and hot pink waist trainer.
Along with the snap, Khloe wrote, "Who doesn't love a good waist trainer/bathroom selfie 😠make sure you follow my girl @premadonna87 @waistgangsociety for the best trainers in the game. Head over to www.whatsawaist.com to get hooked up!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ lets snatch that waist 💋💋💋."
This isn't the first waist-cinching selfie the celeb has shared -- three weeks ago, Khloe posted a pic of her in an all-black ensemble, rocking another corset.
In that photo, she wrote, "I'm obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody… once you try it, you will become obsessed!!!"
The controversial beauty practice has us all at the X17 offices baffled -- but those Kardashian gals seem to swear by it.

If it wasn't for The Biebs, she would have nothing to talk about!
Selena Gomez couldn't help but praise her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber when chatting with the New York Times about his recent comeback, and while we think it's sweet, we can't help but wonder if part of her motivation for the sweet sentiment is to get press for her new single.
"While people were writing that I was stupid for being in [the relationship], this is what I always saw in him. I’m like, duh!" she gushed.
The "Come & Get It" songstress went on to explain how her romance with JB inspired her new album Revival. “It’s all part of my story. I’m growing and changing. I was in a relationship, and I was being managed by my parents, and I was still under Hollywood and Disney, and I was being held to this expectation of being the good girl," she lamented.
The singer managed to come out on the other side, though, and credits that strength to her ability to be uncomfortable while much needed change occurred.
"I knew deep down that this wasn’t what I wanted to do — being exhausted of forcing something that wasn’t right, even in my personal life. I had to have moments where I was crying and I was like, ‘Why am I not in love with what I do?’ I was forced to get very uncomfortable for a while in order to make the decisions I made. I definitely remind myself that I’m in control. I feel like ultimately if I sit down and I think about a decision I need to make, it’s really within myself. I make the decision. Everything goes through me," she concluded.
This sounds good, but you know deep down she's still got a terminal case of Bieber fever!

Kendall Jenner accidentally hit the curb in her Range Rover while driving in Beverly Hills yesterday, and after she inspected the damage done to her pricey ride's rims, she headed to the juice bar with a pal to get a healthy drink and blow off some steam. The cat walker showed off her incredible bod in a grey spandex outfit, and it's not hard to see what rumored new beau Orlando Bloom sees in her!
The leggy brunette is the most private of the Kardashian clan, but in a sneak peek of the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she admits she's struggling with coming to terms with her father Caitlyn's transition.
"I'm alright. I feel like it's a process. It's something to get used to, for sure. But the only thing is, I haven't met her…It's also a letting-go thing. It's like when you officially meet her it's like, he's gone. I think that's what I'm holding on to. That's why I've taken so long to meet her," she confesses to sister Khloe during one scene. Rihanna arrived at LAX to catch a flight out of town today, and the singer dressed a little too casually for her travel day in sweatpants, a tank top with no bra, and Puma slides. Her lack of undergarments put her nipple piercing on full display, and clearly a bar through your nip is the new hot trend. How Kendall Jenner of her!
RiRi's new man Travis Scott didn't accompany her, but the two are reportedly still going strong. In fact, he's been cast as the co-model for her Puma collection, of which she serves as the creative director. Something tells us the Bajan beauty had a hand in getting him that gig!
The "BBHMM" songstress isn't stopping with just one role in the industry, though. She established The Fenty Corp to make her own clothing line, and she recently announced they are ready to start hiring by posting a hilarious glimpse at the employee handbook! Among the rules? "Normal size people get 15 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal to maintain their figure. Fat people get 5 minutes for lunch, because that's all the time needed to drink a Slim Fast."

Gwynnie must have been on-the-go!
Gwyneth Paltrow arrived at the studio in Culver City today with wet hair and no makeup, but the actress clearly had time to put together a fashionable outfit, because she was rocking 70s high waisted jeans and a white blouse. The Iron Man star previously admitted to "rocking a 70s vibe" in regards to her pubic hair during a sit-down on Ellen, so it looks like her preference for the decade also applies to her style.
The mother-of-two went public with new boyfriend Brad Falchuck the other day, and life appears to be going swimmingly in the wake of her split from Chris Martin. Speaking of her "conscious uncoupling" with the Coldplay rocker, the relationship therapist that coined that term has just come up with a new catchy word for a former husband - a "was"band! We wonder if the Goop queen will throw that into her vocabulary?
In all seriousness, only Miss Paltrow can put in this little effort and still look drop dead gorgeous!

Wow, we just got dumber!
Kanye West granted Vanity Fair an interview after his second Yeezy collection showing at New York Fashion Week, and we're just now getting treated to some of the gems from his sit-down. Among other things, the rapper muses about his love of sweatshirts, his political aspirations, and his desire to live up to his parents' accomplishments.
Here are our favorite tidbits from Yeezus:
On sweatshirts:
"I was so happy to just show so many sweatshirts. It’s as simple as that. I think sweatshirts are the way of the future. Sweatshirts are f**king important."
On reportedly arranging his runway models according to race:
"It was only colours of human beings and the way these palettes of people work together and really just stressing the importance of colour, the importance of that to our sanity, these Zen, monochrome palettes. I want it to become more of a moving painting than a political statement or a fashion statement. This is strictly … not strictly, you can take it how you want; obviously I’m a very socially charged human being. But at the end of the day, I’m just simply an artist trying to express myself, trying to finish my sentences just like my daughter can."
On people embracing him running for President in 2020:

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross each shared the first glimpse at their adorable daughter, Jagger Snow Ross. For the family photo, the adorable duo dressed in all white and outfitted their wee one in a precious white tutu. Our hearts are melting!
The couple shared the same stunning snap on their separate Instagram accounts.

She may have been three months pregnant at the time of the shoot, but that doesn't mean Kim Kardashian was feeling modest when she dared to squeeze her body in fur and latex ensembles.
The reality star has been posting some racy snaps from the shoot on her Instagram account. These pics were taking months ago -- we think Kim just wanted to get some validation because she's feeling fat from all the pregnancy weight!
In one image, Kimbo reclines on a chaise lounge while draped in fur as her boobs peek out. Another snap shows the pregnant star in a hot pink plunging rubber dress by Atsuko Kudo that perfectly highlights her killer curves.
The provocative shoot, which was photographed Steven Gomillion, was done especially for her new website and app, which she debuted last week. "Love this shoot I did with @stevengomillion for my app & website," wrote the 34-year-old.
We kind of think this new website is just Kimmy K.'s excuse to have a weekly photo shoot!
