Poor thing seems stressed, and we don't blame her!

Kyle Richards grabbed a bite solo at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills yesterday, and the reality star was glued to her cell the entire time. We bet the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has a lot on her plate with troubled sister Kim.

Her sibling has openly struggled addiction in the past, and these past few months things have come to a head as she was arrested for drunken disorderly conduct at The Beverly Hills hotel, and then apprehended for shoplifting at Target weeks later.

The child star was absent for her day in court on August 31, but her attorney rejected the plea deal offered. That means that she faces a new court date on September 14 and subsequent trial, and if found guilty, she faces jail time!

Kyle seems more worried than Kim does! The fired Bravo star just returned to Twitter and declared she's sober and doing well, but we have a feeling her sister might tell us a different story!

How was he not melting?

Johnny Depp arrived to give a rooftop performance with his band Hollywood Vampires on Jimmy Kimmel Live! yesterday, and the actor was clad in wool pants, a vest, and a fedora even though temperatures in L.A. were over 100 degrees! In fact, it was allegedly the hottest day of the whole year!

The actor formed his musical group with legends Joe Perry, Alice Cooper, Matt Sorum, and Duff McKagan, and it sounds like the Pirates star can hang with the big boys even though he's relatively new to the music industry. Alice Cooper revealed how they all came together to Rolling Stone Australia.

"He comes in and he plays with us, and he knows everything...No matter what people yelled out, he knew it. 'Brown Sugar?' 'Yeah, yeah.' We realized this guy could play," he explained. "We started saying, 'Let's do an album.' I'd never done a covers record so I said, 'I'd like to do one in honor of all our dead drunk friends, the guys that we used to drink with that are now gone," he added.

Last night Justin Timberlake stopped by the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and shared some sweet snaps of his darling five-month-old son, Silas. And that's one cute baby boy!

While on the late night show, the "SexyBack" singer talked about being a first time father, saying, "It is the most insanely amazing, wonderful, unbelievable thing to ever happen to you."

The 34-year-old superstar then shared a few photos of the new fam, one of him holding his blue-eyed babe up to the camera, another of wife Jessica Biel kissing Silas, who was wrapped in an elephant towel after his bath. Justin gushed, "That's post-bathtime right there."

In addition to the adorbs snaps, JT also kicked off the show by showing off their rap skills in a "History of Hip Hop 6" segment. The boys took the audience through six minutes of hip hop hits and killed it!

Jessica Simpson attended the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Jessica Simpson Collection in New York City on Wednesday, and not only was she joined by super supportive hubby Eric Johnson, but her parents Joe and Tina were also there to show their support. Seeing as the two divorced a few years ago, this is a shock! Then again, Jess is the one who pays the bills, so it sorta makes sense.

Earlier in the day J. Simp appeared on The Today Show to promote her company, which has blown her net worth up to an astonishing $150 million. "I mean, I still think that people don't really take me completely seriously," she said. "I have some doubters out there, but hopefully it will continue to be around 10 years from now on and then they can be wrong. It's truly a blessing. I mean right now, I've got Times Square billboards. We're just in a very celebratory moment."

Screw the haters! Not only is she laughing all the way to the bank, but she looks amazing!

Every time Justin Timberlake and pal Jimmy Fallon get together we're on the floor laughing, and yesterday they kicked things up a notch when they shook their moneymakers to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" at the U.S. Open. LOL!

The duo were sitting in the Emirates Suite watching Roger Federer play Richard Gasquet, and as soon as they saw themselves on the jumbotron, they started busting moves to Bey's hit song. JT seemed a little bit more into it than Jimmy, but we certainly appreciate the effort.

Timberlake and Fallon reunited on The Tonight Show later in the evening, and they teamed up for another hilarious installment of History of Rap. Loves it!

She's anti gay marriage but pro the offensive "Caitlyn Jenner" Halloween costume?! We're so confused!

During an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show, Caitlyn Jenner said she's all for the "Caitlyn Jenner" Halloween costume that's been causing a stir.

When asked about the plethora of purveyors peddling a busty bustier-wearing, Caitlyn, who went by Bruce Jenner for the first 65 years of her life before transitioning into a woman, told Matt that she's all for the costume and feels that she's "in on the joke."

The 65-year-old did mention that the LGBTQ community isn't so thrilled about the ensemble. Caitlyn said, "I know the community does and they've gotten a lot of criticism for doing it. I think it's great." She then joked, "They could have a better looking outfit for him, you know?"

That's nice that Caitlyn isn't getting her panties into a bunch over the the hot-topic issue -- but we think the costume is tasteless.

In addition to commenting on the getup, Cait, who was doing the interview while golfing, broke her silence on the fatal car wreck that she was involved in earlier this year. The reality star was candid on the pile up on PCH that caused the death of Kim Howe.

Amid swings, Caitlyn said, "A tragedy like this, you'll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can."

According to TMZ Caitlyn may be brought up on manslaughter charges and is being sued for $18.5 by members of Howe's family as well as another driver who was involved in the crash. The star confessed that her biggest fear is that she will have to go to a men's jail if convicted. "That is the worst case scenario. I don't know. We'll see. The Men's County Jail. It is an enormous problem that they would put trans-women in Men's County Jail," said Caitlyn.

They probably don't have a lot of bustiers in Men's County Jail ...

Kim Kardashian trotted North West out for another day on the town in NYC today, and the toddler really doesn't seem to be feelin' it! Considering it's 85 degrees in the Big Apple, it's no wonder little Nori is fussy in leather leggings and Doc Martens. Maybe Kimmy K could give her little girl a fashion break and let her wear some cotton shorts and a tank top? Just a thought!

The pregnant reality star is already dressing for fall in a clingy burnt orange dress and burgundy heels, and we like this ensemble better than the recent ones we've seen her rocking. With only a couple months left before her December due date, the brunette bombshell must be thrilled that it's not summer any longer and she can finally wear clothes that really cover her growing baby bump.

We never thought we'd say this, but maybe it would be better if Yeezy dressed the kids!

Oscar-winning actress and human rights activist Angelina Jolie is her celeb status to help bring attention to the Syrian refugee crisis. The brunette beauty, who is an ambassador for United Nations' refugee agency, penned an emotional op-ed piece for U.K.'s The Times.

Earlier this year Brad Pitt's lady love visited a Syrian refugee camp during a humanitarian trip and has written about the cause in a piece for the New York Times. In Monday's Times piece, Angelina, along with journalist Arminka Helic, wrote:

"At no time in recent history has there been a greater need for leadership to deal with the consequences and causes of the global refugee crisis. Syrians are fleeing barrel bombs, chemical weapons, rape and massacres. Their country has become a killing field. It should come as no surprise that people who have endured years of war, or who have been living in refugee camps on dwindling rations, are taking matters into their own hands."

Jolie also made sure to praise the "growing numbers of political leaders" who have welcomed groups of refugees into numerous European countries. However she made sure to point out that the conflict in Syria isn't isolated the country, that it's an international problem.

"We need to build on this and make it a turning point in people's understanding not just of the Syria conflict but of the global refugee crisis," she wrote.

Jolie also made it clear that we have a duty to help these refugees, saying, "The first is that the responsibility to help is not determined by the accident of geography but by adherence to universal human rights and values. It transcends religion, culture and ethnicity. We should not be reaching for the lowest common denominator in our response to the refugee crisis, but striving to live up to our highest ideals. Every country in the world, not just in Europe, must be a part of the solution."

The 40-year-old also called for something other than a short-term remedy to this conflict. "We cannot donate our way out of the crisis, we cannot solve it simply by taking in refugees, we have to find a diplomatic route to end the conflict," she said, asking the U.N. Security Council to visit the region and pleading for "long-term solutions" to resolving conflicts.
