She's anti gay marriage but pro the offensive "Caitlyn Jenner" Halloween costume?! We're so confused!

During an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show, Caitlyn Jenner said she's all for the "Caitlyn Jenner" Halloween costume that's been causing a stir.

When asked about the plethora of purveyors peddling a busty bustier-wearing, Caitlyn, who went by Bruce Jenner for the first 65 years of her life before transitioning into a woman, told Matt that she's all for the costume and feels that she's "in on the joke."

The 65-year-old did mention that the LGBTQ community isn't so thrilled about the ensemble. Caitlyn said, "I know the community does and they've gotten a lot of criticism for doing it. I think it's great." She then joked, "They could have a better looking outfit for him, you know?"

That's nice that Caitlyn isn't getting her panties into a bunch over the the hot-topic issue -- but we think the costume is tasteless.

In addition to commenting on the getup, Cait, who was doing the interview while golfing, broke her silence on the fatal car wreck that she was involved in earlier this year. The reality star was candid on the pile up on PCH that caused the death of Kim Howe.

Amid swings, Caitlyn said, "A tragedy like this, you'll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can."

According to TMZ Caitlyn may be brought up on manslaughter charges and is being sued for $18.5 by members of Howe's family as well as another driver who was involved in the crash. The star confessed that her biggest fear is that she will have to go to a men's jail if convicted. "That is the worst case scenario. I don't know. We'll see. The Men's County Jail. It is an enormous problem that they would put trans-women in Men's County Jail," said Caitlyn.

They probably don't have a lot of bustiers in Men's County Jail ...

We don't blame her!

Kim Kardashian trotted North West out for another day on the town in NYC today, and the toddler really doesn't seem to be feelin' it! Considering it's 85 degrees in the Big Apple, it's no wonder little Nori is fussy in leather leggings and Doc Martens. Maybe Kimmy K could give her little girl a fashion break and let her wear some cotton shorts and a tank top? Just a thought!

The pregnant reality star is already dressing for fall in a clingy burnt orange dress and burgundy heels, and we like this ensemble better than the recent ones we've seen her rocking. With only a couple months left before her December due date, the brunette bombshell must be thrilled that it's not summer any longer and she can finally wear clothes that really cover her growing baby bump.

We never thought we'd say this, but maybe it would be better if Yeezy dressed the kids!

Oscar-winning actress and human rights activist Angelina Jolie is her celeb status to help bring attention to the Syrian refugee crisis. The brunette beauty, who is an ambassador for United Nations' refugee agency, penned an emotional op-ed piece for U.K.'s The Times.

Earlier this year Brad Pitt's lady love visited a Syrian refugee camp during a humanitarian trip and has written about the cause in a piece for the New York Times. In Monday's Times piece, Angelina, along with journalist Arminka Helic, wrote:

"At no time in recent history has there been a greater need for leadership to deal with the consequences and causes of the global refugee crisis. Syrians are fleeing barrel bombs, chemical weapons, rape and massacres. Their country has become a killing field. It should come as no surprise that people who have endured years of war, or who have been living in refugee camps on dwindling rations, are taking matters into their own hands."

Jolie also made sure to praise the "growing numbers of political leaders" who have welcomed groups of refugees into numerous European countries. However she made sure to point out that the conflict in Syria isn't isolated the country, that it's an international problem.

"We need to build on this and make it a turning point in people's understanding not just of the Syria conflict but of the global refugee crisis," she wrote.

Jolie also made it clear that we have a duty to help these refugees, saying, "The first is that the responsibility to help is not determined by the accident of geography but by adherence to universal human rights and values. It transcends religion, culture and ethnicity. We should not be reaching for the lowest common denominator in our response to the refugee crisis, but striving to live up to our highest ideals. Every country in the world, not just in Europe, must be a part of the solution."

The 40-year-old also called for something other than a short-term remedy to this conflict. "We cannot donate our way out of the crisis, we cannot solve it simply by taking in refugees, we have to find a diplomatic route to end the conflict," she said, asking the U.N. Security Council to visit the region and pleading for "long-term solutions" to resolving conflicts.

The torch has finally been passed!

Last night marked Stephen Colbert's inaugural ride as the host of CBS's late-night flagship The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. George Clooney and Jeb Bush stopped by for the first show -- and George was a hoot!

Stephen and the Oscar winner joked around about how they had nothing to talk about and eventually played fake clips from a fake movie, Decision Strike, that Clooney was pretending to star in.

During the late night stop, George also gushed about his wife of almost one year, British lawyer Amal Alamuddin.

Colbert spoke to the 54-year-old about his distinguished wife and asked the actor what it was like to be "the arm candy" in the relationship.

The Late Show host said, "Because she's a very serious person. She must say, 'We're going to meet some extremely intelligent people tonight. George cleverly retorted, "[I feel] shiny and pretty. That's mostly what I do now."

Last week, the AP came under fire after referring to Amal in a tweet as simply "actor's wife" -- despite her being a leading human rights lawyer.

George and his 37-year-old lady love were married in a lavish, star-studded ceremony at the Aman Canal Grande Hotel in Venice, Italy last September. The Cloones seems completely smitten with his distinguished wife -- and we couldn't be happier for them!

Are we sensing a feud coming on?

Ellen Degeneres appeared on Howard Stern's radio show yesterday and got candid about the interview she did with Caitlyn Jenner last week, where the transgender reality star basically admitted she doesn't support gay marriage. The talk show host does her best not to slam the I Am Cait star, but it's pretty obvious she's not her favorite person.

"She still has a judgment about gay marriage. I said, 'You're wanting people to understand and accept you – this is like, really confusing to people – and you still have a judgment about gay people and marriage'. She goes, 'Well, if the word marriage is that important…' And I was like, 'It is. Because that's the word.' We want the same thing, everybody," she explained.

When the shock jock asked if Cait danced with her like the rest of her guests, Portia DeRossi's lady love quipped that she "didn't want to dance with me because I'm a lesbian." Ouch!

Just one day after Labor Day, Kylie Jenner broke the "don't wear white after Labor Day" fashion rule by rocking an all-white ensemble to leave the studio in Los Angeles. Have you no respect for the rules of elite society?!

For the afternoon out in the hot, hot sun, Ky donned a white turtle-neck sweater and a white kilt-style miniskirt. That's a lot of white for the day after Labor Day!

Supposedly, the no-white-after-Labor-Day rule came about in the late 1880s and was a way for society women to distinguish themselves from the poor and vulgar "nouveau riche" aka "new money." By the 1950s, ladies' fashion magazines made it a point to let middle class women know that white clothing was only to come out after Memorial Day and was to go back into the closet on Labor Day.

Clearly, the 18-year-old reality star doesn't care about these customs -- but we find it interesting that fancy ladies of yesteryear created them to weed out the vulgar ladies -- and Kylie's one of the first celebs to break it. Kylie Jenner do something vulgar?! Never! And by never -- we mean always.

The music exec popped the question to Rupert Sanders' ex after a year and a half of dating, and it seems like the model is genuinely over her cheating ex. In case you have been living under a rock for the past several years, her British director then-husband was caught having an affair with Kristen Stewart, and it led the breakup of both his marriage and her relationship with Robert Pattinson.

Adorable couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis had a double date with another pair of pals last night at Sushi Park in West Hollywood. The restaurant is in a strip mall! We love how low-key this duo is!

For the double date, the Two and a Half Men star wore a Polo shirt, khaki pants and some Birkenstocks. His blushing bride wore a black tank and ripped jeans. How totally casual of them!

The couple, who wed quietly on July 4th, appeared to be without their 11-month-old daughter Wyatt. Looks like it was an adults-only night!

The former That '70s Show stars are certainly enjoying their honeymoon phase. Last week the duo took some sweet snaps at a Dodger game. It's great to see an A-list Hollywood couple be so easy and breezy together!
