A lawyer representing a landlord who is suing Meek Mill for damages to a house the rapper rented to throw a Grammy party used a cute puppy as bait to trick JB into grabbing the documents. So why is the Canadian crooner involved in this whole mess, you ask? Apparently he was in attendance at the party, which makes him a "trespasser" according to the suit.

We're surprised he didn't zoom off on his board to try and get away!

If you didn't think Kelly Rutherford's bitter custody battle with her ex couldn't get uglier -- you'd be wrong.

After stating that she would not return her two children to Monaco, Rutherford's ex-husband Daniel Giersch is accusing the former Gossip Girl actress of child abduction and extortion after she refused to return their two young children to him in Monaco.

Giersch's attorney Fahi Takesh Hallin said in a statement to E!, "Daniel will continue to protect the children from any harm and any media exposure. Unfortunately Kelly has now added child abduction to extortion and false statements on her list of actions. Daniel will make sure that the children's safety and well being will be restored as soon as possible.'

"He is very concerned about the traumatic impact that Kelly's behavior will have on the children. Kelly was to have delivered the children in France to their father on August 7, 2015," Hallin added. "Child abduction is a crime, and everyone involved in kidnapping or abducting the children will face the appropriate legal consequences. Anyone associating themselves with Kelly and her abduction is violating the law."

The former couples' 8-year-old son Hermes, and 6-year-old daughter Helena were allowed to spend the summer with their mother but were supposed to return to Monaco to continue living with their father however Rutherford has refused to bring the children back. On Friday, the 46-year-old released a statement saying she has no plans to let her children leave United States, arguing that both California and New York courts both said they don't have jurisdiction over the matter so there's no US state who can force her to return the children.

She has a good point!

UPDATE: This morning, Rutherford went on Good Morning America and addressed the situation at hand. “My first priority is to protect my children. Their safety is my priority. I’m a mother first, and from the beginning, I said I would fight for my children. I think most parents would," said the actress.

She added, “It put me, as a parent, in an odd place because if nobody’s taking jurisdiction, how do you put your children on a plane to a foreign country not knowing what’s going to happen?”

Caitlyn Jenner faced her biggest fear since transitioning by donning a bathing suit and taking a plunge in the pool on the newest episode of I Am Cait, and we must say she looks stunning! The reality star wore a flattering white one piece that showed off her incredible physique while on a retreat with her girlfriends in Napa Valley, and that had to have taken a lot of courage!

"It felt very freeing. I did see my reflection in the glass and I looked pretty good," she says on camera. "Putting on a bathing suit represents a lot to me. It is kind of scary because, you know, you are really exposing yourself," she continued.

The singer is making a bunch of good calls lately, including publicly stating he wants to get in the studio with Zayn Malik! "Now he's doing his solo thing. I know he has a huge fanbase and the fans are waiting to hear his stuff, so it would be cool to get down and collab. I'm not a hard guy to get in the studio with -- I'm on everybody's songs -- so any time," he said in a Capital FM radio interview this past weekend.

Miley tells Marie Claire she's not sure why people criticize her for running around topless, when the perfect pop princess Taylor Swift is a gun-toting revenge-seeker in her "Bad Blood" video: "I don’t get the violence revenge thing. That’s supposed to be a good example? And I’m a bad role model because I’m running around with my titties out? I’m not sure how titties are worse than guns."

In the clip, Swift seeks revenge on a former friend, played by Selena Gomez. The star-studded video has Swift street fighting stalking her enemies which Cyrus thinks sets a bad example.

But it's not just TayTay's video that's bothering her, it's the public's double standards. She tells MC: "There is so much sexism, ageism, you name it. Kendrick Lamar [Swift's collaborator on "Bad Blood"] sings about LSD and he’s cool. I do it and I’m a druggie whore."
