Two people were shot and killed and several more were injured after a shooting at Drake's OVO Fest after party in Toronto, Canada.

The shooting happened after 3 AM Tuesday inside the Muzik nightclub. Drake was hosting the official after-party for the OVO Fest at Muzik. One person was killed inside the club, the other was shot outside of the club.

We don't know if Drake was still in the club when the shooting happened. One man and one woman were killed. Three more have been hospitalized, reports TMZ.

Perhaps Drake should rethink having an after party for the music fest? At his OVO Fest after party last year, someone else was shot at Muzik as well. Umm not so safe!

Meanwhile in New Jersey, another shooting occurred at a concert last night. Two people were shot outside J.Cole and Big Sean concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, around 11 pm on Monday.

Police are still in pursuit of the suspect who shot into a crowded parking lot filled with people outside the show, reports the Asbury Park Press.

The victims were airlifted to the Jersey Shore University Medical Center and are in critical but stable condition.

Disgraced reality star Kim Richards is in trouble with Johnny Law yet again. This time for shoplifting at a Target in Van Nuys, Calif.! Oh how embarrassing ...

The Van Nuys Police Department has confirmed that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards was placed under citizen’s arrest for allegedly walking out of the store on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. with around $600 worth of unpaid items, reports Entertainment Tonight. The site added that the blonde was booked at 7:29 p.m. Sunday at the Valley Jail in Van Nuys, where she spent the night in jail until being released on Monday afternoon. Richards was let out on a $5,000 bail.

Her ailing ex-husband, Monty Brinson, told ET that he was shocked, "I couldn't imagine Kim stealing or shoplifting anything. She is a giver," he told the site. "I am in complete shock. Guaranteed this must be some kind of mistake, and the facts will come out soon. She was arrested for shoplifting toys in a cart, but this was a clear misunderstanding. This was not alcohol or drug related."

Whatever you say Monty ...

Maybe being arrested back in April for charges of public intoxication, battery, and resisting arrest wasn't enough to make the 50-year-old change her wicked ways? But perhaps this arrest will knock some sense in her? We hope so!

Gwen Stefani has filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage.

Gwen, who is represented by attorney Scott Weston, cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce petition and asked for joint custody of the couple's three kids, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 1. Interestingly enough, Gwen is also denying Gavin spousal support. Gavin filed his response at the same time, and he's also asking for joint custody. The singer is being repped by Laura Wasser.

The couple had no prenup, according to sources for TMZ, which means they will likely have to divide their assets down the middle unless they reach a different agreement. Gwen is worth an estimated $80 million while Gavin's net worth is somewhere around $35 million.

The reality star, who is five months pregnant and known for wearing figure-hugging ensembles even when she has a bun in the oven, is really showing these days!

Yesterday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shocked us all when she wore a supertight ensemble with pair of ... flats! On Sunday, the pregnant star slipped her feet into a pair of Alaia pom pom flats in nude, which she paired with a sleeveless cotton, beige midi dress and Haider Ackermann trench and her black Hermes "Birkin" bag.

We were surprised to see the brunette in the sandals since we rarely see here in anything other than a heel. In June, Kimmy K told Elle, "I happen to hate the way I look in flats." We guess when you have swollen pregnancy feet -- ya gotta do what ya gotta do, even if you are Kim Kardashian!

Gwyneth Paltrow is trying to consciously uncouple from the term "Conscious Uncoupling" -- and we ain't buying it!

So what does Gwyneth Paltrow think of the much mocked term, which she coined last year? In an interview with Fast Company, the often skewered star says she thinks the hubbub around the phrase (that she used to announce her split from Chris Martin in a blog post on her lifestyle site GOOP) is pretty great because, despite being endless mocked, it "touched a nerve." What a Gwyneth Paltrow thing to say!

That's like saying -- I like being made fun of because at least people are talking about me!

But here's our favorite part of the interview: Paltrow is also saying she isn't the one who came up with the now notorious term!

The Oscar winner claims that the the blog title was the work of her editorial director, Elise Loehnen, whom she says took the "conscious uncoupling" term from a psychologist. Paltrow said in the interview, "When I announced that I was separating on the website, [Loehnen] titled the piece 'Conscious Uncoupling' and I had no idea." Oh really?!

Immediately following the carefully worded announcement -- a huge backlash occurred but Paltrow says she appreciated it. The Iron Man 3 star said, "When something like that happens, I think everybody is like, 'Oh, s--t,'" she shared. "I just tell them that I think we are creating interesting discussions."

Interestingly enough we decided to look back at the original Goop post. And looky here: on March 25, 2014 Gwyneth posted the separation news with the following blog post.

"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separate, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. Uhh maybe Gwyneth should reread her own posts or not sign her name to things she didn't write or not pretend she didn't come up with a ridiculous term because judging from that blog post? She definitely did use the dreaded "consciously uncouple" term in her post that definitely has her name attached to it!
