UPDATE - Looks like it's almost official! Multiple outlets are reporting that Jen and Justin did, in fact, tie the knot yesterday in a backyard ceremony. The couple have yet to confirm, but all signs point to marriage!

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux reportedly had a backyard "birthday" bash for Justin's 44th at their home in Bel Air on Wednesday afternoon. But judging from the cake we spotted in pics (which looked like it had a Muppet bride and groom fixed atop it) and a seeing a Bible-carrying minster entering the home -- the "birthday party" looks awfully like it was really a wedding and wedding reception for the longtime couple, reports TMZ.

Also Justin's birthday isn't until the 10th -- it seems a few days too early and way too extravagant for a 44th birthday party

Celeb friends like Lisa Kudrow, Howard Stern, Sia, Chelsea Handler, Jennifer Meyer, Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, Ellen DeGeneres, Lake Bell, Scott Campbell, and Terry Richardson were also on hand for the summer soiree.

What with new rumored ladyfriend Kendall Jenner jetting out of Los Angeles yesterday afternoon, Nick only had his sexy guns to keep him company when he took himself to Pinches Tacos in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Yesterday we reported that Kendall and Nick began dating recently. Apparently the two met over text and hit it off immediately. Nick recently broke up with his girlfriend of two years, Olivia Culpo -- and we haven't seen Kendall with a steady beau in a while.

For his solo night on the town, Nick wore a Polo-style shirt, snug grey pants and a pair of bright white sneaks.

But seriously can we talk about those arms?! Those biceps are the only thing we feel like snacking on right now! Yum!

This is amazing! A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has ordered Bill Cosby to give a sworn deposition on October 9, as part of alleged sexual assault victim Judy Huth's ongoing lawsuit.

The ruling was made after the California Supreme Court denied Cosby's request to review the assault case two weeks ago, which helped Huth proceed with the litigation against Cosby. Previously in 2006, Cosby gave a deposition in 2006 about other alleged sexual assaults, but this is the first time in nine years that he will be forced to discuss sexual assault claims in a court of law. The shocking 2006 deposition was recently released and detailed the Cosby Show admitting to drugging, having sex with women and then paying them off.

Gloria Allred, Huth's lawyer, will question the 78-year-old television icon. Allred told NBC News on Wednesday, "We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth's case."

Huth alleges that when she was only 15 years old Cosby forced her to perform a "sex act on [him] without her consent" in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion over 40 years ago. Huth's suit alleged that she and a friend met Cosby for drinks at a tennis club before the comedian then invited her to Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion and allegedly sexually assaulted her there.

The statue of limitations has passed, however Huth claims that she's been suffering from extreme emotional distress" since then. Cosby's lawyer Marty Singer maintains that this suit is an an attempt to extort money from the famed TV and as such filed a counter suit.

Last week, New York magazine featured an explosive issue and cover, featuring 35 of his accusers, who spoke out and told their own story of how the comedian sexually assaulted them.

We hope that justice is finally served upon Cosby.

Busta Rhymes used some muscle against a New York gym employee Wednesday and was busted for it!

And by muscle, we mean Muscle Milk protein drink -- even though Busta was working on his guns, it wasn't brute force he used against at Steel Gym employee who asked the rapper to have his camera crew leave ... Busta (nee Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr.), 43, was arguing with a gym employee about having his workout recorded, when the exchange got physical and Smith threw a cardboard container of strawberry Lean Body Protein and hit the dude in the face.

"Things got heated. Busta splashed water on him and the employee threw water back. Busta’s security got between them. The cops came and (the employee) kept changing his story." eyewitness Sean Aird tells the New York Daily News. Rhymes commented, upon his release early Thursday morning, "It's stupid." His attorney says, "It's ridiculous; it was literally a bottle of Muscle Milk."

Busta later Instagramed a message to his fans: "Thanks to everyone who helped expedite this evening for me," he wrote on Instagram. I'm good and we're back to the grind. Heading 2 the studio 2 turn the bulls--- into GREATNESS. I'm super good."

There must be a few million people out there who care about the Duggars because TLC's 19 Kids and Counting had a viewership of about a gazillion people ... but not one of those gazillion was anyone at X17 headquarters. Still, we'll post this pic for the people who care about these sorts of things.

The new furry friend's name is obviously an homage to the former Bruce Jenner, Kylie's dad now known as Caitlyn.

Looking super glam Khloe Kardashian jetted out of LAX with her supermodel sister on Wednesday afternoon, hours after reports surfaced that the 19-year-old is dating Nick Jonas.

For the flight, Kendall went incognito, wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap. The 19-year-old donned a casual combo of a black t-shirt, moto jeans and black heels. We wonder what the sexy Jo Bro would think of this ensemble?!

Meanwhile, the heavily dolled-up Khloe wore leggings and a t-shirt with the words "I Love You" printed on it. Speaking of love, Khloe just spoke to Women's Health mag about her split with Lamar Odom. "I love Lamar to death. He is the love of my life. We had a fantastic marriage. Do I wish he had tried harder? Yes. Do I think that he maybe didn't have the energy to fight because he was fighting so many other things? Yeah," said Khloe.

The sisters look simple and put together -- the perfect plane ensembles! But it looks like we aren't the only ones who thought think these ladies look dyno-mite! Mom Kris Jenner's boyfriend was also flying out with the gals, which we think is a bit odd, and seems to be very taken with Kendall's backside. We've seen Kendall in a bikini so we get it -- but we just aren't sure that's so appropriate!
