Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are trying to make this as easy as possible on the kids, pulling them from the LA media storm and escaping to their family vacation home in the Bahamas, according to Us Weekly.

As soon as the kids were out of school, the soon-to-divorce couple took Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, to their island getaway.

The couple announced Tuesday, after ten years of marriage, that they will divorce, saying in a statement: "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

The Jenner's are mending fences!

Brody Jenner has a famously tense relationship with his father Bruce, now known as Caitlyn, but he recently confessed that her transition totally changed their dynamic for the better.

"I’ve known Bruce a long time, and I didn’t really get along with Bruce. Caitlyn I get along a little more because Caitlyn is actually who she really is, and she’s living her life finally now as the person she always was," he told E!.

The former Hills alum couldn't be happier about how the public has received the Olympian's transformation from male to female, either! "It’s incredible. I think that it’s probably one of the most historical things that happened in a long time. The fact that Caitlyn won the Olympics… Caitlyn is a much freer, happier person. And I think that’s very special and I think the most important thing is that the people who are in that situation — don’t be afraid to be yourself. And if you’re not accepted by your family there will be people out there that will accept you," he explained.

According to The Sun, the Argo star and Jenny from the Block have been in constant contact since reconnecting at the Oscars this year, and his Mrs. was none too pleased about it! "Everyone is talking about J.Lo and Ben and saying it's inevitable they will get together again at some point. They were pretty flirty sat the Oscars and have stayed in touch via email. Jennifer Garner never liked it," a source told the outlet. J.Lo's man Casper Smart better watch out!

Chris Brown has filed legal documents in Houston to establish his paternity of daughter Royalty, TMZ reports. The singer, who learned earlier this year that he fathered a child with fling Nia Guzman, wants to take his baby mama to court over child support and custody.

Currently, CB is shelling out $2,500 for his little girl, but Guzman is demanding a whopping $15k a month! Not only that, but the hip hop bad boy claims that Guzman is denying him the right to see his 12-month-old. The "Ayo" crooner has stepped up to the plate ever since he learned he's a dad, and it seems he's intent on proving he's not a deadbeat.

Little Royalty was the reason that the chart topper and girlfriend Karrueche Tran called it quits, but we have a feeling it's only a matter of time before they get back together. Miss Guzman was a former pal of Tran's, so that makes the situation even messier!

Paris is burning! Or at least we suspect her ears are!

Earlier this week Paris Hilton became the talk of the town when a death-defying plane crash prank video began circulating the Interwebs. The vid shows Paris believing she is plummeting to her death while being a passenger on a plane -- and then it turned out it was all an elaborate ruse put on by an Egyptian prank show. GOTCHA!

Only instead of finding it funny, everyone everywhere felt sorry for the damsel in distress -- but TMZ is reporting that Paris knew about the prank before and got a pretty pay day to fake her fears. The site is claiming the celebutante got somewhere in the million dollar range!

TMZ says it has a contract from the Egyptian production company, which reads, “We will act as if something is going wrong and ask all passengers to jump off the plane!!! Of course everyone will panic, we'll be having skydivers in disguise with us on board. We will monitor the funny reactions from our celebrity guest when they fear jumping off the plane."

Yesterday, out photogs caught the blonde beauty, wearing a shirt with her face on it OF COURSE, as she headed into a salon in Beverly Hills. When we asked about her televised nose dive, she said it was "so scary."

Fret not, the Miss USA Pageant has been saved!

After NBC fired Donald Trump over his racist comments in June and cut the media mogul's Miss USA Pageant, the Reelz channel has picked up the beloved beauty pageant, the Associated Press reports.

Reelz tweeted the updated yesterday from its official twitter: “Exciting news for those who want to #SavetheSash! The #MissUSA pageant is coming to #REELZ.”

Reelz CEO Stan E. Hubbard told the Associated Press, “As one of only a few independent networks, we decided to exercise our own voice and committed ourselves to bringing this pageant to American viewers everywhere. He also noted that the beauty pageant contestants, "are an integral part of American tradition.”

The pageant is slated for Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sunday, July 12.
