Donald Trump announced his 2016 presidential campaign on Tuesday morning at Trump Tower in New York City.

Trump told the press:

"Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially running for president of the United States and we are going to make our country great again! Our country is in serious trouble. We don't have victories anymore. We used to have victories, but we don't have them. When was the last time anybody saw us beating, let's say China in a trade deal? I beat China all the time. All the time."

"They will never make America great again. They don't even have a chance. They're controlled fully by the lobbyists, by the donors, and by the special interests — fully!" Trump said to his competitors. "Our country needs a truly great leader and we need a truly great leader now. We need a leader that wrote 'The Art of the Deal.' We need a leader that can bring back our jobs."

This isn't the first time Trump has expressed an interest in running for office, but this time it seems like he's serious. Not only did the real estate mogul hire staffers in key primary states, but he also formed a political fundraising committee and he's made plans to release financial disclosure documents indicating his net worth is $9 billion.

After attending niece Nori's second birthday bash at Disneyland in Anaheim, Kendall Jenner caught a flight out of Los Angeles International Airport on Monday evening. The 19-year-old model wore a pair of skintight leather pants and a Yeezus sweatshirt, and she skipped the makeup to let her skin take a breather.

But who's going to watch after that adorable lab puppy she just got over the weekend? Hopefully someone is looking out for the pooch!

We're not sure where Kendall was headed, but we're curious to see if she hooks up with Lewis Hamilton again. After all, the two got pretty close last month in Monaco after Kendall cheered him on at the Monaco Grand Prix. We thought he had a thing with Gigi Hadid, but photos later emerged of Kendall wearing the Formula One driver's diamond-encrusted gold chain.

According to The Sun, mom Kris Jenner is reaaaallly encouraging Kendall to go for Lewis. "She really wants Kendall to date him. Lewis and Kris have become friendly in recent months and she thinks he's perfect for her daughter. Kendall usually goes for bad boys like Chris Brown and Justin Bieber so Lewis could be a good influence on her," a source tells the tabloid.

We already knew Madonna as having Nicki Minaj join her for the upcoming "Bitch I'm Madonna" music video, but now she's recruited half of Hollywood!

On Tuesday morning the 56-year-old queen of pop posted the above photo to Twitter and Instagram, and she'll also be joined by Beyonce, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, and Rita Ora. Funny, because this seems like her answer to Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" collab, which is about Perry -- we can't wait to see what goes down when this clip finally hits the web!

Madonna was expected to premiere the video today on Jay Z's streaming service Tidal, but it looks there might be a delay. "Video coming soon!" Madonna wrote. "Just tryin to make it perfect for all of you. we are hard werking bitches! #bitchimmadonna."

She's not a celebrity, but everyone's been talking about former NAACP chapter president Rachel Dolezal, and now she's finally broken her silence. And not surprisingly, she's NOT singing a different tune -- or apologizing!

Dolezal appeared on The Today Show on Tuesday morning to chat with Matt Lauer, and in case you haven't been following the news, this is the gal who has pretended to be African-American for most of her life. She resigned from her position at the NAACP on Monday, a few days after her parents chatted with Today and revealed that Rachel has pretended to be black and made other false claims as a way to "damage her biological family."

So what does Rachel have to say? "I identify as black," she proclaimed, adding that she's felt that way since she was five years old. "I was drawing self-portraits with the brown crayon instead of the peach crayon, and black curly hair,” Rachel continued.

She also claims she has NOT lied to people about her face. She told Lauer, “I do take exception to that because it’s a little more complex than me identifying as black or answering a question of, are you black or white?" She continued:

"As much as this discussion has somewhat been at my expense recently, and in a very sort of viciously inhumane way come out of the woodwork, the discussion is really about what it is to be human. I hope that that can drive at the core of definitions of race, ethnicity, culture, self determination, personal agency and, ultimately, empowerment."

When asked if she had done anything to darken her complexion, Dolezal told Lauer, "I certainly don't stay out of the sun." Well, we think she MIGHT be telling the truth about that one!

Scottie Pippen's wife Lara Instagramed an adorable birthday video of BFF Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter North West, who turned two years old today.

In the cute Instagram, Nori, who is clad in a white leotard and itty bitty Timberlands, is dancing to Iggy Azalea's hit "Black Widow" with Larsa's young son. We gotta say -- she's got those jazz hands down!

The tiny tot has been getting a whole lotta social media love on her second birthday. Grandma Kris is living it up in Paris, so instead of celebrating the big day, the 59-year-old tweeted, "YOU and your precious cousins are the greatest blessings and gifts!!! #northwest #bestdirection #lovebug #youaretwo!!!!!"

We bet the two-year-old really appreciates Granny's thoughtful tweet ...

Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown have the most turbulent on-off relationship in Hollywood, so it's no surprise that after their most recent incident, they took to their Instagram accounts to publicly air their dirty laundry! The model lost her cool after Breezy appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and talked all about the tension between them.

"First off @chrisbrownofficial you just did an interview with Ryan Seacrest in which you spoke about me. My interview with Access Hollywood was not entirely about you... they asked a question and as a mature adult I answered. I'm not gonna shy away from something that I lived through. I'm talking about my life and experiences. I'm not speaking on you or bashing you (like I easily could). Don't be mad at me because our relationship is over due to your lack of loyalty. You know what's weak? You forcing yourself into my car... my broken window... blowing up my phone... trying to shower me with gifts... We expected a profanity laced tirade from CB in response to this, but he actually took the high road! Shocker!

Unicef Goodwill ambassador David Beckham is currently in Cambodia, where he is visiting with children who have been the victims of abuse. Seeing as he's been working with Unicef for over ten years now (not to mention the fact that he has four kids of his own), this is clearly a cause very close to his heart.

The retired soccer star said in a statement, “I am here in Cambodia to meet children who have experienced violence, hear their stories and see what UNICEF and its partners are doing to keep these children safe. It is shocking that every five minutes a child dies because of violence somewhere in the world. This has to stop.”

Becks posted the photo above and added, "Today's amazing visit with @unicef to meet children affected by violence. Violence against any child is unacceptable. Children should never be in danger...great to see @unicef work & the smiles on these children's faces ..."

Earlier this year Beckham and UNICEF launched 7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund to help protect children in danger. The Fund will help UNICEF deliver aid to children across the world, including those affected by violence in Cambodia.

Khloe Kardashian got the horrible news a friend had died from a drug overdose yesterday -- all as she was returning from a vacation with her BFF Malika Haqq in Hawaii.

The reality star looked stunned and sad she touched down at LAX last night .

The bad news comes at a confusing time for Khloe as she's reportedly flirting with estranged hubby Lamar (click HERE to watch the clip). Khloe never finalized her divorce to the troubled baller, so technically they're still married and a source tells X17, the two are spending time together and MAY have even been together in Hawaii!!!

Along with the picturesque snap, Khloe wrote, "Hawaii, you were great to us! Thank you for the memories. Beyond blessed and I thank God everyday for granting these beautiful blessings upon me. Life is good but even better when you experience it with fantastic people." Obviously Malik is Khloe's "us" and "fantastic people" reference, but maybe Lamar was included in that group???
