Justin Bieber covers the new issue of Seventeen, and not only does he look like a total dreamboat in these pictures, but he dishes the deets on what he's looking for in a lady friend.

Biebs tells the mag:

"I need healthy relationships with people I can feel safe with. People I can say whatever to, and I’m not going to be judged. In a girl, I want someone who’s confident in herself and honest. I have to find her very attractive and as someone I can see myself with for the rest of my life."

So what does he have to say about the bad rep he earned over the last few years? "I was rebelling a little bit," he said. "I was getting cockier and cockier. I didn’t have people to check me. I looked back and I was disappointed in myself."

The 21-year-old pop superstar continued:

"You have to own up to the mistakes. You have to say, I’m sorry if I’ve let you down. I always want to be honest and let people know that those mistakes aren’t who I am. Who I am is someone who really cares about people."

While injured boxer Manny Pacquiao might be smiling through the pain at LAX on Monday, not everyone is in such a good mood following his epic fight (and subsequent loss) to Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Ever since Pacquiao revealed in his post-fight interview that he fought with what turned out to be a torn rotator cuff, the pint-sized fighter has been under fire for how he handled the injury. Pacquiao is being sued by disgruntled fans whom are claiming that he kept the fight on schedule to preserve his payday of over $100 million.

But the boxer seemed unfazed by the controversy when we caught him leaving Los Angeles lasat night ...

On Monday night, the boxer was wearing a noticeable shoulder brace and was surrounded by his entourage and security guards as the group caught a flight back to the Philippines at LAX.

When our cameraman questioned about the 36-year-old boxer about the class-action lawsuit, Pacquiao just flashed a big smile and kept quiet.

According to Business Insider, Mayweather is expected to make $178 million for the fight, more than any athlete has ever earned in a year. On HBO's boxing broadcast last Saturday, analyst Max Kellerman explained why he thought the boxer made the best out of a bad situation.

The analyst said:

I think some people have the sense that Manny Pacquiao sold out for the money. And by fighting with a torn rotator cuff, not giving himself the best chance to win, he somehow perpetuated a fraud on the public. I strongly disagree with this. A dilemma is not a tough choice; a dilemma is a choice between two bad options. What was Manny Pacquiao supposed to do three weeks to go before the fight when he was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff that needed surgery? Was he supposed to postpone the fight? So 12 months off — he was already off for five months — he was supposed to come back after shoulder surgery and a 17-plus-month ring absence to fight and try to beat Floyd Mayweather? Does that give him his best chance to win?

Kim Kardashian arrived back in L.A. after a long flight from Brazil this morning, and the reality star wore such a tight black dress for her travel day that we could see every detail of her huge nipples. The only person that should see this much of Kimmy K's assets is husband Kanye West!

The brunette beauty was in South America promoting her new fashion line for C&A, and we have to wonder if the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star consulted her idol J.Lo on design advice? "Oh, I’ve met Kim many times. She tells me all the time that I’m her idol and stories about when she used to follow me when my first album was out, and stuff like that. It’s really sweet. She’s a sweet girl, and it’s very flattering to meet any of your fans! She’s always been very open about that and it’s very flattering to me. She’s a sweetheart,” Jenny from the Block recently gushed about her new pal.

We gotta hand it to Kim for never being shy about flaunting her figure!

If you watch Girls, you know Lena Dunham has a very self-deprecating sense of humor, and her Instagram selfie yesterday was just that.

Lena posted the pic on the left and wrote, "Late to @tracyandersonmethod & forgot my workout clothes so had to snag a size large bra and size small pants (wrong in myriad ways.) But do we soldier on? Yes, yes we do because we want to be a strong & happy lady #largebrasmallpantscantlose."

Ha! Who hasn't had a muffin top moment? And not only that, but we love the fact that the writer/producer is proud of the progress she's made at the gym this year and encouraging other women to work on their fitness. Last month Lena posted a similar selfie (plus the shot above on the right) and wrote:

"Promised myself I would not let exercise be the first thing to go by the wayside when I got busy with Girls Season 5 and here is why: it has helped with my anxiety in ways I never dreamed possible. To those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression: I know it’s mad annoying when people tell you to exercise, and it took me about 16 medicated years to listen. I’m glad I did. Brooke Burke got extremely cozy with a mystery man at the ATM in Malibu on Monday, and we have to wonder if she's cheating on husband David Charvet? These photos look mighty incriminating, because who let's a man that is not their spouse give a hug from behind and kiss their neck? Nobody!

The brunette beauty and the Baywatch star have been married since 2011 and have two children together, so we hope for their sake that this isn't the nail in the coffin for their relationship. The timing of this incident is a bit strange, because four days ago the couple was spotted together on a shopping trip.

Jimmy Fallon has really outdone himself with this zany stunt! The funny man played a dress up game last night with Oscar winner Charlize Theron on the Tonight Show -- and it was pretty weird!

Sporting a pretty wild style of gold pants, flashy top and one frizzy wig, Charlize and Jimmy had a blast joking around together on the late-night talk show. The leggy South African was on the show to promote her new film, Mad Max: Fury Road, in which she plays "Imperator Furiosa."

Sean Penn's lady decided to play a character called "Bonanza," who used to play guitar on tour with Prince. Jimmy, on the other hand, was dressed in a hot pink pantsuit and got dubbed "Rosetta McKlintog."

What?! We have no clue what's going on -- and it doesn't seem like they do either. But we definitely love those outfits!

Earlier in the day, the 39-year-old arrived at her NYC hotel with her adorable son Jackson. The on-the-go mom is pretty hands on with her adorable son. Too cute!

No more college dropout!

Kanye West received an honorary doctorate from the Art Institute of Chicago yesterday, and the rapper gave quite the odd acceptance speech, talking about everything from George W. Bush to his own upbringing.

"I am a pop artist. So my medium is public opinion. And the world is my canvas," he started out. "I felt my nerves a bit. And I don’t feel that feeling a lot. The nerves, and modesty, with being honored. A humanization, a reality, of being recognized," he continued.

Then came the really weird rant!

"And it’s these Floyd Mayweather belts that are needed, to prove what I’ve been saying my entire life. Whether it’s the co-sign of Paul McCartney grabbing me and saying, it’s okay, he doesn’t bite white people, or the New York Times [magazine] cover, or the Time ‘Most Influential’ cover. And now, a doctorate, at the Art Institute of Chicago. When I was giving a lecture at Oxford, I brought up this school, because when I went on that mission to create in other spaces, it would have been easier if I could have said, ‘I have a degree from the Art Institute of Chicago.’ Thank you," he concluded.

Introducing Dr. Yeezy!

After attending the Fox Upfronts in New York City on Monday night, Lea Michele hit the town, and despite the fact that it was a very emotional day for the 28-year-old actress, she looked confident and at peace. As you may know, yesterday would have been the 33rd birthday of Lea's ex-boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died of a drug overdose in June of 2013.

Earlier in the day Lea posted a photo of her late ex playing the drums and wrote, "I know you're serenading everyone right now," and last year she uploaded a picture of the two of them and wrote, "The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday." Though Lea has been dating beau Matthew Paetz for about a year now, she definitely still holds a special place in her heart for Cory.

It was announced last year that Glee was dunzo, but we'll be seeing Lea back on the small screen in the new Ryan Murphy series, Scream Queens. Can't wait for that!
