Bruce Jenner is anything but in the clear after the fatal car crash that killed Kim Howe earlier this year. The deceased woman's stepchildren are gearing up to sue the reality star in a wrongful death lawsuit, reports TMZ. Interestingly enough, the outlet is also reporting that Howe's stepchildren had almost no relationship with her.

On Feb. 7, the Olympian slammed into Howe when she was driving her Lexus on PCH, which caused her car to veer into the lane of oncoming traffic where she was hit and killed by a Hummer.

Howe herself had no children and no immediate relatives. However, her husband, who died in 2003, had two children from a previous relationship. Despite claims that the step children and Howe had no relationship, stepchildren do have legal standing to sue for wrongful death even if they are estranged from a stepparent, according to California law.

Howe's stepchildren will not inherit her property. The trust she set up leaves millions to charity and in her will it states that $55k will go to various animal charities, including, PETA, Lange Foundation, PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society), Doris Day Animal League and The Elephant Sanctuary of Tennessee.

Zayn Malik may have broken up with One Direction, but his relationship with fiancee Perrie Edwards is certainly going strong!

On Wednesday Zayn shared the above snapshot with his lady love and simply captioned the photo "Oui." Before he split from 1D, Malik was plagued by rumors that he had cheated on Edwards. Zayn addressed the reports on Twitter last month and wrote, "I'm 22 years old... I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there's a lot of jealous f*cks in this world I'm sorry for what it looks like."

While Zayn released a statement on his departure from the mega-successful boy band, he didn't go into too many details about his feelings. However, Zayn's former bandmate Liam Payne tweeted his feelings on the matter and wrote, "This last week has been some of the worst times, possibly the worst it's something we are all deeply saddened by. It's sad to think for the time being we won't grace the stage as five bros or have the same fun on a tour bus or laughs in a hotel together that we have over the years but I'm super sure us and Zayn will always remain the closest friends… it's ok to be sad and upset but I do ask everyone who is a fan of us to please keep ur faith in us I'm sure there's a lot more to come." So emo!!!

Jon Hamm went under the radar and completed a 30-day stint in rehab for alcohol abuse last month, and on Wednesday evening we saw the Mad Men star out and about for the first time since he checked out of Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut.

Hamm kept his head down, and though he tried to cover up his face with the brim of his baseball hay, we couldn't help but notice how gaunt and exhausted he looked. Hopefully he's going to rest up and relax over the next week -- after all, the final season of his hit AMC show premieres on April 6, so he will undoubtedly be attending a number of events to promote it.

Last week Jon's rep confirmed that the actor had checked in (and out) of rehab and said in a statement, "With the support of his longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his struggle with alcohol addiction. They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward."

There have been a handful of blind items about the star, and in 2011 The Enquirer ran a story detailing his hard partying ways. "On the set, Jon’s always as sober as a preacher. But when he’s not working, he likes to cut loose with a drink or two… or more! By the end of night, he often seems blotto. His nickname is 'Hammered,'" a source told the tabloid.

We bet Rob Kardashian is fuming after seeing this new clip from Keeping Up With the Kardashians! In fact, this might be what prompted him to post a photo on Instagram comparing his older sister to "the b*tch from Gone Girl."

In a teaser for this week's episode of the family's reality TV show, Kim Kardashian sits down with sister Khloe and mom Kris Jenner to talk about ways to help Rob, and Kim's suggestion is a bit harsh! "I'm not a therapist. I'm not a doctor," Jenner tells her daughters. "But I do know that we've got all of the resources in the world, and yet he doesn't access."

Kim's reaction? "I think that now what we have to do is everyone back off," she says, while Khloe makes faces indicating that she disagrees. "Everyone licks Rob's a** and does whatever he says," Kim whines. "And it's just at some point, you just have to give it up!"

"We all make his life so easy," she continued. "'Okay, we'll drive you around with a chauffeur so no one has to look at you!' We had a chef on standby, a trainer. 'We'll send people to run out and buy you socks and underwear!' Like, this is pathetic!"

"We're not going to cater to him anymore, but it has to be all of us," Kim says, suggesting that the family cut Rob off. Kris still seems torn about the issue and said, "The other way to look at it is that he has something that maybe he can't help himself."

We were wondering why Rihanna showed up to Jimmy Kimmel Live with a smirk on her face, and now we know why!

On Wednesday the 26-year-old R&B superstar made an appearance on the show, but the previous night she participated in a totally hilarious prank in which she woke up the late night host. Assisted by Jimmy's wife Molly McNearney, Rihanna crept into his house in the wee hours of Wednesday morning with some bandmates and gave a loud (and well-lit) performance of "B*tch Better Have My Money."

Bad Gal RiRi threw money and confetti on Kimmel and then danced on the bed, and we have to say, it looks like Kimmel truly had no idea what was happening. Not only did he appear totally dazed, but he took a moment to remove his mouthguard when he realized what was going on.

When she appeared on the show, Rihanna said, "I am a really big fan of your April Fools' pranks so I was like, 'I want to do that! If I'm going to go on the couch, let's get him back!'" she said. She wins!

Kim Kardashian is finally pregnant again!

Like many other liberals, Miley Cyrus is not a fan of Indiana's controversial new religious freedom law, which legally allows religious business leaders to discriminate against the gay community.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer took to Time to share her thoughts, which will be published in an upcoming issue of the mag.'

I lived a life where I had to be something every day and had to be a character, and it wasn’t necessarily who I wanted to be. And now I’ve dedicated my life to being whoever it is that I want to be, and also constantly learning and evolving.

That’s what’s wrong with [supporters of the Indiana law]—they’re not choosing to live that way. And if you don’t choose to live that way, you’re not going to last in this generation because we are overtaking you. They are dinosaurs, and they are dying off. We are the new generation, and with that will come so much.

We are moving forward. As much as we get distracted by stupid laws that make us feel like we’re regressing, we’re not. We are moving forward because it’s our turn as young people. It’s a new rights movement. There’s so much that young people want to do and change and see, and I think a lot of that can come through social media.

I put something on my Instagram today about how people are trying now to make the Indiana law look like something that it’s not. They’re trying to make it look like it’s not discriminatory. It’s confusing for my fans, so I’m happy to [speak up about it]. They won’t listen to Tim Cook, maybe. But they’ll listen to me, you know? And people are starting to listen, I think.

Let's hope she knocks some sense into people. Maybe she can do some good with that wrecking ball!
