Ryan Reynolds is one seriously buff dude! The 38-year-old is bulking up for his new role in the X-Men spinoff, Deadpool -- and has been using his gym time to get a rockin' -- as well as meet some little fans!

The new dad posted an adorable pic on his Twitter account of himself and a little boy named Adley. Ryan captioned the adorable post, "This stud out-benched me in the gym Sunday. Nice meeting you Adley.” OMG! HE'S SO CUTE! WE LOVE HIM!

Not only is Ryan hot -- but he seems to be in love with being a dad with wife Blake Lively. At the New York premiere of his new film Woman in Gold on Monday, the movie's director said of the famous father, "I can't imagine a better dad than Ryan."

The director added, "He's such a sweet, funny guy. He seems besotted with his new baby, and I think he'll be a remarkable father."

In the new movie, which is based on a true story, Reynolds plays an inexperienced lawyer who takes on a new client, an elderly Jewish woman, looking to fight the Austrian government in an attempt to recover five stolen Gustav Klimt paintings.

The film opens in select cities tomorrow and nationwide April 10.

On Monday afternoon Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte caught a flight out of LAX, and despite the fact that the two have been plagued with all sorts of crazy rumors lately, they seemed to be doing just fine.

Gwen Stefani and baby Apollo are just the cutest duo ever! The mother/son team were decked out to head to Gwen's parents' house in Los Angeles. Earlier in the day, the 45-year-old and her youngest made a trip to the acupuncturist.

For the day's events, the mom-of-three opted for a pair of plaid harem pants and a white tank. We dream of Gwennie! Similarly, her 13-month-old was dressed in a plaid diaper cover and funky t-shirt. That's one stylish baby!

The mom on the go has been busy prepping to release her third solo album latest this year. It's her first solo record since The Sweet Escape, which came out all the way back in 2006! The album was originally slated for this past December but got shelved for a spring release. When she stopped by Ryan Seacrest's radio show in January, the blonde beauty explained why she delayed the album drop.

"I've been working on it. I feel excited now because when I first started working on it, I was like, 'I'm gonna put it out this year!'" She added, "I was very kind of rushed about it."

We can't wait!

Vanessa Hudgens decided to do some reflecting back on her failed relationship with High School Musical co-star to the New York Times , and the actress revealed that she struggled with insecurities over her actor beau's legions of admiring female fans.

"I went through a phase when I was really mean because I was so fed up. Girls were running after him, and I was giving them death stares. Then I realised that's not what that's about. 'Spread the love, be a good person, they support you, be nice,'" the Spring Breakers star confessed to the outlet.

Bruce Jenner secretly underwent a breast augmentation two weeks ago, which was one of the final steps in making the former Olympian's gender reassignment complete.

"Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago. He went with a smaller implant because he didn’t want to look ridiculous," a source dished to Radar.

"Recovery hasn’t been that difficult, but Bruce has had to sleep in a recliner to help with the healing. He’s not allowed to lift anything, and he has to wear a bra 24/7, but he’s expected to resume normal activities in the next six weeks. He has been emotional, but finally feels like this is the body he has meant to have," the source added.

The reality star's final operation to make his transition complete is set to take place in May or June, according to sources, and he hopes to be fully recovered in time to make his big debut as a woman contestant on the fall season of Dancing With The Stars. "This is a very exciting but scary time for Bruce​," the insider revealed.

At first we thought Joel Madden and a dressed-down Nicole Richie were arriving at Los Angeles International Airport last night, but after zooming in a bit we realized that it was actually the family's nanny!

Joel pushed son Sparrow in a luggage cart while the nanny held on tight to little miss Harlow, and the group were returning from Australia, where Joel hosts The Voice. Nicole was visiting Joel in Australia, so we're not sure where she was yesterday, but she recently revealed that she's grown quite accustomed to traveling there with the kids to be with her hubby.

"I feel very close to Australia," Nic told The Sydney Morning Herald earlier this month. "I really do feel like it's my second home. We've spent so much time there, Joel is an honorary Australian. So I'm going to ride on his coattails there and I just assume that I'm an honorary Australian also."

Well Zayn certainly isn't wasting any time! Less than a week after making the Internet cry by leaving One Direction, the former boy bander has a new song, "I Won't Mind."

British music producer Naughty Boy, who has worked with Sam Smith and Emeli Sande, released Zayn's first solo work on Monday. The 22-year-old was said to have joined the producer in the studio over the weekend and recorded the moody tune. Clearly Naughty Boy couldn't wait to share the demo with the world. Along with the song, Naughty Boy tweeted some digs at One Direction and wrote, "Let the music do the talking guys. thank us later. :) x." Naughty Boy also tweeted at Zayn, "You're the most important part of this jigsaw" and "Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy."

It looks like Louis Tomlinson didn't appreciate the jabs and tweeted at Naughty Boy, "Wow @NaughtyBoyMusic you're so inconsiderate pal , seriously how f*cking old are you ? Grow up ! #masterofallwisdom." But it seems like the producer should have waited until things have cooled down on the Internet because 1D fans are rabid! Less than 12 hours after posting, the song was removed from SoundCloud and there's been a Twitter backlash against the producer and his criticism of Zayn's former band.

Meanwhile, One Direction is moving on without their fifth member, planning on an upcoming tour and getting ready to release a new album. Zayn who?!

The song in question is actually an old song that recorded for One Direction's aptly named last album, FOUR, reports the Daily Mail.

The insider said, "It's important fans know this isn't a solo Zayn song or even representative of material he might record in the future. If you listen to the track it is clearly a song written with One Direction in mind for their last album. It's not new, nor is it a Zayn Malik solo track."
