Madonna may have butted heads with Elton John in the past, but she's totally on his side now in the fight against designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for their shocking comments about IVF.

If you're not familiar with the story, it all started when the D&G boys chatted with Italy's Panorama magazine and slammed gay adoptions, remarking that children created via IVF were "synthetic." Elton, who has two children born via surrogate with husband David Furnish, wrote on Sunday on his Instagram account, "How dare you refer to my beautiful children as 'synthetic.' And shame on you for wagging your judgmental little fingers at IVF - a miracle that has allowed legions of loving people, both straight and gay, to fulfill their dream of having children."

Elton then asked his famous friends to boycott the fashion label, and though Ricky Martin and Courtney Love came through, on Monday the "Tiny Dancer" singer was photographed carrying a D&G shopping bag. Oops! A rep for Elton told E! News, "Yes he was carrying the bag but he hadn't been shopping. And it should not detract from their original message or the boycott." Hmm, we're not buying it...

After watching Elton and D&G go back and forth, Madonna chimed in on Wednesday night by sharing a photo on Instagram of her ad for D&G's Fall/Winter 2010 collection in which she's lying on a bed with a baby in her arms. The queen of pop wrote:

"All babies contain a soul however they come to this earth and their families. There is nothing synthetic about a soul!! So how can we dismiss IVF and surrogacy? Every soul comes to us to teach us a lesson. God has his hand in everything even technology! We are arrogant to think Man does anything on his own. As above so below! Think before you speak #livingforlove."

Demi Lovato held her first annual Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program fundraiser at the Troubadour in West Hollywood on Wednesday night, and not only was she accompanied by on-again (and much older) beau Wilmer Valderrama, but her ex Joe Jonas DJed the event! Demi and Wilmer have been on and off for years, but after Demi claimed Joe broke her heart back in 2010, we weren't sure if they were on good terms. Now we know!

And speaking of Wilmer, just a few days ago Demi expressed her love for him in an Instagram post, thanking him for being by her side during the tough times. "I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for this man right here,” she captioned a black and white photo of them kissing. “But my love has grown to a level that words could never possibly express how much this man completes me. He’s loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day making my 3rd year sober… After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery… he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is. I really wouldn’t be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer."

Anyway, who else attended the event? In addition to several speakers, there were performances by Bea Miller, Christina Perri and Sirah, and Khloe Kardashian and Lance Bass showed their support as well. Demi thanked her famous friends for attending and added, "Each dollar we raise supports the Lovatic Scholarship & helps those struggling with mental health + addiction issues.” The scholarship fund "covers expenses for individuals struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues."

Good for her!

Kendall Jenner was quoted talking about her father Bruce's transition earlier today, which she almost immediately claimed never happened, and so the model must have called sister Khloe to give her emotional support and keep her company at Performance Fitness Concepts in Santa Monica this afternoon.

The reality stars appeared sullen as they made their way out of the nutritionist practice, and we don't blame them! It's been a tough time for the Kardashian clan as their patriarch goes from male to female, and the cat walker must feel terrible that her father's private journey has been the talk of the Internet today because of a false report.

In case you missed it, the fashionista allegedly spoke out in support of her former Olympian father changing genders. "I love my dad. He's always been there for me and my sisters. He's a wonderful man. And just because he's changing shoes now, so to speak, doesn't make him less wonderful. I will always love my dad, whether he's a man or a woman," she was quoted as saying to Us Weekly.

Given how secretive the family has been on the topic, we had a feeling her "statement" sounded a little suspect. Keep your head up Kenny, we know you would never betray Bruce!

There's been another sad development in Bobbi Kristina Brown's health crisis. The 22-year-old's family is said to be coming together this week to reach a final decision about whether or not to terminate life support for Whitney Houston's brain-dead daughter, reports RadarOnline.com.

While several family members are flying to the Atlanta hospital for the summit, the decision will ultimately be made by Bobby Brown and her grandmother, Cissy Houston.

Bobbi Kristina has been in a medically-induced coma since being rushed to an Atlanta-area hospital on January 31. Soon after she was moved to the intensive care unit at Emory University Hospital, where she has remained for six weeks. There have been no signs of improvement in her case.

Meanwhile, there are some other alarming details springing up about the dire situation. Bobbi Kristina's 10-carat, $250K diamond ring, which was wearing on the day she was found unresponsive in her Atlanta home and was gifted to her by her late mother, has gone missing, according to Radar.

According to reports, Bobbi Kristina’s family realized the ring had gone missing after Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon spoke about it during his interview with Dr. Phil last week.

On the show, Gordon asked his mother about the ring in question, and she said she was keeping it safe. After the interview, a member of the Houston family contacted the Gordons about the ring, but apparently they claimed they were talking about a different ring and not the $250K, a source reportedly said.

Sounds very suspicious to us, but given all we know about Nick Gordon we aren't surprised ...

Police have launched an investigation into Bobbi Kristina's incident after injuries consistent with foul play were found on her body.

Say it ain't so, Duckie?! Sitcom star and '80s movie icon Jon Cryer just admitted to hiring a hooker -- and guess who helped him with the dirty deed? None other than lady-of-the-night lover Charlie Sheen!

The Two and a Half Men star has written a racy memoir, So That Happened, in which he opens up about paying for sex in 2004 after splitting from his wife, Sarah Trigger, whom he was with for five years, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

“I was in a bad state right after my divorce, and I certainly didn't feel dateable,” Cryer writes. “I was an emotional basket case… I decided I might as well pay someone for company and certain intimate pleasures so that I could at least get my equilibrium back with the opposite sex. Charlie suggested a few online purveyors he used, as this was when prostitution was gaining a foothold on the Internet.”

While we think it's super sketch that Cryer paid for sex, at least he sought the help of a man who is certainly an expert when it comes to pay-to-play relationships. Charlie's basically a call-girl connoisseur!

The Pretty in Pink actor continued with his story, “It was really a very friendly experience, maybe because the act of having sex is quite the conversational icebreaker,” he continued. “The next time, I went to her place, which probably wasn't really her place. We sat down, tried to make small talk and halfheartedly stumbled into a conversation about recent fluctuations in the stock market. Somehow I ended up spending 25 minutes of my hour helping her with financial planning.”

Sounds like she got something out of the deal too!

Eva Mendes looked glamorous in a bright green coat and heels to catch a flight out of LAX on Tuesday, and we were hoping to get a glimpse of her baby, but sadly the actress left daughter Esmeralda at home. It doesn't surprise us, though, with how protective the brunette bombshell and partner Ryan Gosling are about their little girl's privacy!

Apparently the hunky actor is taking the whole protective dad role a bit too far, and it's starting to annoy his baby mama. "“He insists Eva hire security, including a diversion vehicle, whenever she ventures out with Esme," a source dished to OK! magazine. "Eva thinks Ryan needs to loosen up a bit about security," the source added.

Eva and Ryan are hiding Esmeralda more than Tom and Katie hid Suri!

Kendall Jenner has given subtle hints on social media that she's 100% supportive of her father Bruce, but she finally spoke out about his gender transition at Comedy Central's roast of Justin Bieber on Saturday.

Kendall told Us Weekly:

"I love my dad. He's always been there for me and my sisters. He's a wonderful man. And just because he's changing shoes now, so to speak, doesn't make him less wonderful. I will always love my dad, whether he's a man or a woman."

While Kendall is behind her dad's decision, things got a little bit crazy with the family when the news first broke. Bruce is on the cover of the new issue of People, and a Kardashian insider told the mag:

"The whole family went through a rough patch. It's naturally a difficult thing to process and work through. The divorce caused a divide, but Bruce's decision to share his transition has caused an even greater divide."

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe were "hysterical," as they were the last ones to know. "There were weeks when they didn't hear from Bruce," the Kardashian insider added. Still, Bruce remains committed to being a good dad. Er, mom? "His kids all love him very much," the source said, "and would do anything for him."

The family source also reveals that Kris and Bruce are no longer speaking, and Bruce is set on having this be his own story, as he feels like he's recently been "taking a backseat in his own life." Not anymore!
