Turns out it was a little more painful than she originally let on!

Madonna told fans she was "fine" after a nasty on-stage fall during a performance at the Brit awards on Wednesday, but the singer is now admitting that she actually was injured, and she wasn't happy about ruining her perfectly rehearsed show.

"I didn't hurt my butt, I hurt my head. I know how to fall. I've fallen off my horse many times, and I tucked, and I have good core strength … but the thing is, I had a little bit of a whiplash, and I smacked the back of my head. So, there was a man standing over me with a flashlight until about 3 a.m. making sure that I was still compos mantis," she revealed on ITV's The Jonathan Ross Show.

What almost hurt more, though, was the fact that it didn't go exactly as she had planned.

"It was a horrible nightmare, because I like to be amazing. Seriously, I rehearse and I rehearse and I rehearse, so that when I do the show it's effortless and I create magic, and I did the opposite. I actually created a horror show for everyone," she quipped. "I'm a creature of habit, and I rehearse everything – everything, everything, everything – and I was thrown a wrench at the very beginning of my entrance. I was told to tie my cape and start much further back than we had rehearsed," she added.

Madge did manage to find a little humor in the situation!

"Everybody was worried that my cape was going to slide off because it's quite heavy, so they tied it really tight around my neck … So here I am marching in like a queen, and I got to the top of the stairs and I pulled my silky string, and it would not come undone. And my two lovely Japanese dancers basically strangled me off the stage. I had a choice: I could either be strangled or fall with the cape, and I fell," she explained.

Kylie Jenner caught a red eye flight out of LAX last night, and the reality star had her displeasure written all over her face when she was pulled out of line for a random security check by TSA agents. Just because you're famous doesn't mean you get special treatment!

The makeup-free reality star could have been in a bad mood for other reasons, though! The 17-year-old was reportedly turned down from appearing in Vogue after pleading with momager Kris Jenner to get her in the high fashion glossy.

"Kendall has appeared in three consecutive issues of Vogue and Kylie believes it’s now her turn. Even though Kylie doesn’t have as much modeling experience as Kendall, she thinks Vogue readers would love to read about her life," a source dished to Radar. Unfortunately, poor Kylie was only offered a chance to do Teen Vogue! "[She] was less than thrilled with the offer, and is holding out for Vogue. Kylie just isn’t on the same level of a model as Kendall is, and there is nothing wrong with that. There should be no expectation that just because of her family connections to Vogue she will score a spot in the magazine," the source added. Ouch!

On top of that, the Jan Brady of the family is said to be worried that 25-year-old boyfriend Tyga will be pressured to dump her after all the negative attention they've received for their age difference. "It terrified her that Tyga may actually be convinced by his people to leave her. Tyga has reassured her he wouldn’t do that but part of her still worries about it. He’s become so incredibly important to her and would be lost without him in her life," a source revealed to Hollywood Life.

Aww, Kanye West has a heart after all! Or at least a very concerned PR team...

West has gone on some pretty epic Twitter rants over the years, but yesterday the rapper used his social media account to issue an apology to both Beck and Bruno Mars after slamming them this month.

West famously dissed Beck for winning Album of the Year at the Grammys two weeks ago, and back in 2013 he insulted Bruno Mars, calling him overrated and suggesting that he's popular only because of his looks. Yeezy tweeted:

"I would like to publicly apologize to Beck, I’m sorry Beck ... I also want to publicly apologize to Bruno Mars, I used to hate on him but I really respect what he does as an artist. I also would love for Bruno to sing this hook on this song 88 Keys / Puff I produced…I even asked Tyler [the Creator] to shoot the vid."

Seeing as West is now working with Taylor Swift, who he famously embarrassed at the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2009, we have to wonder if this is some sort of a ploy to get artists to work with him. I mean, this is the man who has compared himself to Steve Jobs and other brilliant minds, so it's not out of the question, right?

And that isn't the only touching Kanye news of the day! While in London for the Brit Awards, the rapper got the birth dates of his daughter Nori and late mom Donda inked onto his arms, and wife Kim Kardashian posted a few snapshots on her Instagram. The curvaceous reality star wrote, "I talked him out of getting a face tattoo....for now. He got it on his wrists instead. His mothers birthdate and North's birthdate in Roman numerals."

Kristen Stewart and girlfriend Alicia Cargile made their daily coffee run on Thursday, and K. Stew even flashed a quick smile while she smoked a cigarette afterwards! Aww, it looks like she's happier than ever these days!

While Rob Pattinson basically laughed when asked about his ex's new flame when we bumped into him at the airport earlier this week, it seems like the actress may be comfortable enough to come out at some point and make the relationship public.

K. Stew's BFF Riley Keough has been one of the main supporters through all this, and a source told In Touch earlier this year, "Riley knows Kristen would be happier if she stopped hiding her feelings. She told Kristen she shouldn’t hide who she is and who she loves." Agreed!

Kanye West gave a revealing new interview to BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe today, and while the rapper talked about classism and cried over the death of his fashion design professor friend Louise Wilson, what really caught our attention was when he admitted that he's banging wife Kim Kardashian as much as possible in an attempt to give their daughter North a sibling. Barf!

"Oh, I'm practicing really hard. I try as many times a day I can. Nori, this one is for you. You need a sibling," he revealed about his constant sex with Kimmy K.

Doing the deed with Yeezy all the time must be so exhausting that she can't even muster the strength to put clothes on, because the reality star posted this sexy image of herself in nothing but a thong today as a "thank you" to her 27 million followers. "27 mil!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I love you all!!!!!" she captioned the snapshot, which gives us an eyeful of her gigantic ass in leopard print lingerie.

After hearing and seeing all this, we think it's a miracle Kimye makes it out of bed in the morning!

Justin Bieber lunched at in E Baldi Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon, and rather than using a hat to cover up his fried blonde locks, the pop star removed his jacket and used that to shield himself from photographers. The Biebs must REALLY not want us to see his hair!

After going platinum blonde about three months ago, the Biebs had a change of heart and dyed his hair brown in late January, but it's faded so much since then it's now back to pale yellow. Or did he dye it again?! We don't know, and we don't want to suggest that the Canadian crooner shave his head, but it seems like the best option at this point. But even with his ratty mop, we bet Selena Gomez would still let him come and get it...

Bieber, who turns 21 next week, recently moved into a new pad just a few miles away, so it looks like we'll be seeing more of him in the neighborhood. After getting into trouble at his condo (and then some drama at his Hollywood Hills rental mansion), Biebs has settled in to a $6 million estate in a nice section of Beverly Hills. We'll see how long he lasts!

Thems fightin' words! Music's original mouthy bad boy Liam Gallagher is taking a bite out of Kanye West -- and his performance at the 2015 Brit Awards.

Last night Kim K's big man performed a new tune, "All Day," at the 02 Arena in London -- and the unruly Oasis singer was having NONE of it.

After the performance, which included back up performers as well as collaborators, Gallagher took to Twitter to slam the rapper, simply writing, "Kanye West. Utter Sh-t. LG x." The 42-year-old Brit also added another dig, "@kanyewest ...And you're a million miles away from ."

Take that Kanye! We wonder how the outspoken "Black Skinhead" will respond? Whatever the reaction -- Liam better arm himself because a battle's been waged!

Justin Bieber has found a new place to call home -- and X17online has the exclusive details on the pop star's new Beverly Hills crib!

The 6,000-square-foot mansion has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and though it's about 1,500 square feet smaller than Bieber's last pad, the gorgeous pool and stunning interiors make up for the difference in size. The original structure was torn down and rebuilt in 2010, and according to listing info it was remodeled in 2011, but we have a feeling that's when construction was completed. Last spring it was put on the market for just under $6 million, but no transactions appear to have taken place since then.

The pad has terrazzo floors and hardwood throughout, and from a steam shower to a home theater, this seems like the perfect spot for Bieber. There are large windows and sweeping city views, and the pool area has a colorful lighting system, which is something Bieber has been a fan of at his other residences.

After moving out of his Calabasas mansion last year, Bieber briefly settled in to a Beverly Hills condo, and after causing chaos there, he started leasing a $60k-a-month mansion in the Hollywood Hills. Of course, wherever the Biebs goes, the all-night ragers follow, and after a number of complaints from his neighbors, the pop star moved out earlier this month.

But just as soon as Bieber cleared the last of his things out, rapper Meek Mill rented the place for a week to throw a wild Grammy party, and according to reports, the place was totally trashed. Yikes! But it seems as though Bieber is in the clear re: the Grammy fiasco...

We're just wondering how long Bieber will last at this pad? He's just as fickle with his real estate as he is with his women!
