Love's in bloom for Orlando Bloom! The Lord of the Rings actor has moved on from ex Miranda Kerr to a new mystery blonde. The new couple, who have also been spotted in Malibu together, had a romantic dinner at Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi on Tuesday night -- just in time to cement their status before Valentine's Day.

The British actor has been seen with the leggy lady more than a few times in recent days, cuddling with her on the beach in Malibu during an outing with friends.

Just like her ex husband, Miranda has also moved on. In the recent issue of Harper's Bazaar Australia, the sexy Aussie talked about sex on the first date, "My philosophy is that until you get to know them it's better not to, because energetically as a woman you get attached. So you're better off to go on a few dates and see if you want to get attached or not."

Since the 2013 split, the mother of four-year-old son Flynn has been rumored to be dating Australian billionaire James Packer, but neither have confirmed a relationship.

Kanye West did his best to try and explain his recent Grammys rant against Beck during an interview with Ryan Seacrest this morning, but all he accomplished was making himself sound more absurd. Specifically, like how his inner thoughts guided his ridiculous behavior on music's biggest night.

"You know, I felt like just the whole Grammys, right when that happened, everybody was looking at me, and then people started screaming, 'Kanye! Kanye! Go do it!' Okay, that didn't really happen, these were voices in my head. So the voices in my head told me to go up, and then I just walked up, like, halfway up the stage," he confessed.

The rapper also insisted that he wasn't trying to detract from Beck's big moment. "You know, what I really wanted to do is just joke around with what had happened before [with Taylor Swift at the 2009 VMAs], but I just really didn't want to take away from Beck's moment or the time he's having to talk, because, you know, the Grammys, they play music really quick no matter who you are and everything. So I didn't want anything to take away from his screen time. So I just walked back down because, you know, it was kind of a joke, like the Grammys themselves," he revealed.

While he has been criticized for being disrespectful, KW still stands by the fact that he had some valid points. "The weird thing is — and I don't feel like I have the right to take away from people's moments, but the reality of it is — it's almost like a chiropractor. You know, you just get a little crook out, like, 'Wow, this crook has been there!' It's just a little jolt of truth, right? And then, you know, everyone feels better after the fact, or everyone sells way more albums after the fact, and then Kanye just goes on being an a**hole to everyone," he stated.

The Louis Vuitton also claims that being asked for his opinion provoked his outburst!

"Well, you know what happened? It's because I sat there and I kind of let that [smolder] and I was asked my opinion and I was given a platform. And when given a platform, it's very hard, as we know -- and I'm going to talk in third person like I'm a crazy person — but it's very hard for Kanye West to not be very true and vocal to what he feels," he professed.

An unlikely supporter of his antics? T-Swizzle! In fact, the pop star is going to collaborate with Mr. West on some new tunes. She wants to get in the studio, and we're definitely going to go in," he told Seacrest. "Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base — I'm down to get in the studio and work. I don't discriminate. I don't have an elitism of music because of how many Grammys or, you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album."

Leolah Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt, has spoken with Atlanta's Fox 5, and not only does she SLAM Bobbi's boyfriend Nick Gordon, but she reveals that the 21-year-old starlet's condition has improved slightly.

"I was very numb when I saw her," Leolah said. "It's been very, very painful for everybody. Mainly Bobby, because that's his baby." Leolah said she's "hopeful" about her niece's health, adding, "There are so many signs showing us that she will be OK. Krissi is fine. She's opening her eyes. Krissi is doing well right now. She is."

Leolah also made sure to note that Bobbi Kristin and Nick are not married, and she noted that he's not a good influence. "I have my reasons," she said. When asked about whether Nick should face charges in the criminal investigation, she said, "Oh yes, 110 percent. ... I HOPE that he will be charged ... Soon."

On whether Bobbi Kristina would have taken her own life, Leolah added, "Krissi would never do anything to herself. Everybody in the family knows that. There's no doubt in my mind. Krissi loved life too much."

"She is doing better," Leolah concluded. "So let's be hopeful. I'm asking people to pray."

Kris Jenner arrived at Los Angeles International Airport just after 5am on Wednesday to catch a flight, and even though we rag on the momager for pimping out her daughters at all costs, she looked pretty damn good. Hottest grandma in Hollywood? Perhaps...

Christina Aguilera gave birth to daughter Summer Rain this past August, but the singer is just now giving us our first glimpse of her tiny princess, and she's adorable! Covering People with her little girl, The Voice coach gushed about motherhood and her newest addition.

"I want her to be surrounded by love and grow up feeling safe. That's something I didn't have when I was young and something I have been very vocal about providing for my children," she explained to the mag.

"Summer is a pretty Zen baby. She loves people. She has these big, blue, soulful eyes and really takes you in when meeting someone new," the 34-year-old cooed.

Despite being head over heels in love with her child, the blonde beauty admits there are certain things about parenthood that are a struggle. "'Mom guilt' is the worst. It's hard to know you won't have all the right answers at the right time. We can be our own worst critics sometimes," she lamented.

So what about marrying her fiancé Matt Rutler? "I have my hands full and am not in a rush to set a date. Our love is secure enough that we don't need a wedding to prove our love or commitment," she confidently declared.

We think Bad Gal Riri may have baby fever!

Baby Majesty, who is the daughter of Rihanna's cousin Noella Alstrom, was Rihanna's date at the Grammys and now she's Rihanna's dinner date! Not a bad life for a baby!

But don't think have a wee one would change Rihanna's wild ways -- the stylish star still stepped out in sexy heels and an over-the-top vintage faux fur jacket from Donnybrook. Baby or no baby in hand -- this gal can't be tamed!

Pink is the latest celeb to pose for PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign, and not only do we love the message she's sending, but the 35-year-old singer looks smokin' hot!

"I’ve always felt that animals are the purest spirits in the world," Pink told Us Weekly. "They don’t fake or hide their feelings, and they are the most loyal creatures on Earth."

Pink was also honest about wearing fur in the past. "I would like to say I've always been fur-free," she added. "Unfortunately, I went through a selfish phase and wore fur on a couple of occasions. But I wised up and now boycott fur completely. I wish everyone was forced to learn the horrors that these animals go through for fashion trends. I hope fur wearers get bitten in the ass by the same kind of animal they wear on their back."

After being involved in a fatal crash over the weekend, Bruce Jenner has stepped out a handful of times, but he has remained tight-lipped when asked about the horrific accident.

X17 photographers caught up with Bruce on yet another coffee run, and he was still cruising around Malibu in his temporary ride. Police have stated that Bruce wasn't speeding when he struck another car on Saturday, and though source close to the Jenner family told TMZ that the reality TV dad was being chased by photographers, police have noted that the paparazzi were not a factor in the wreck.

And now a video of the accident has surfaced, which was taken seconds after the initial impact. TMZ reports that this will be a "critical piece of evidence for law enforcement investigating the accident." Not only does it show the immediate aftermath of the crash, but it shows several people who witnessed the whole thing.

So what does this mean for Bruce? It's been reported that the car Bruce hit (the white Lexus, whose driver died on the scene), first hit a Prius that was stopped on the Pacific Coast Highway. According to the website, cops "the actions of the Prius and Lexus drivers could have a significant impact on Bruce's culpability for the fatal crash." If Bruce is found to be in any sort of violation of traffic laws (i.e., tailgating, distracted driving), he could face manslaughter charges. On Tuesday the news broke that he hired famed attorney Blair Berk, who has represented stars like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.

Bruce said in a statement on Monday, "My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
