Wearing a voluminous Midnight Blue Duchesse and Taffeta Strapless Ball Gown from the Zac Posen Resort 2015 collection, the 26-year-old is pictured seating in the middle of her posse, smoking a cigar and being the bad gal we all know and love!

The first annual Diamond Ball was a charity event, raising money for Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation, which was founded in 2012 in honor of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite.

Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy may have officially called off their engagement since X17online broke the story of their split last week, but it seems the "former" couple is having second thoughts!

X17 photographers spotted Kate and Matt leaving her Pacific Palisades home this morning to head out for breakfast after having spent the night together. Lindsay Lohan touched down in LA last night after spending the past several months in London, and the actress seemed elated to be back despite trashing the city just last week and declaring she would never be a permanent resident again.

"I won't live in LA again, hell no! In LA I didn’t know what to do, apart from go out every night. That’s when my friends were free. And I would go out and there would be all these cameras there and that’s when it became difficult. I needed to grow up and London is a better place for me to do that than anywhere else," she told The Observer.

Sony isn't taking any chances … After threats of a 9/11 style terrorist attack against Seth Rogen and James Franco's movie The Interview -- the satirical comedy's New York premiere has a been canceled.

On Tuesday, the group behind the Sony hack, Guardians of Peace (GOP), released a statement online that warned audiences to avoid the film and for people who reside close to the movie theaters to leave their homes.

Sony itself didn't cancel the premiere. However, it did give its blessing to theaters to cancel the comedy in which Rogen and Franco play TV journalists recruited by the CIA to assassinate Kim Jong Un, North Korea's maniacal leader.

The premiere was scheduled to take place on Thursday, Dec. 18 at the Sunshine Cinema on Manhattan's Lower East Side, but was canceled by Landmark on Tuesday.

The two funny men were also to do several TV appearances to promote their film including spots on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and Late Night with Seth Meyers -- which have all been canceled as a result of the threats.

The Department of Homeland Security also issued a statement saying there was, “no credible intelligence to indicate an active plot against movie theaters.”

However, Rogen spoke about the hoopla when he called into KROQ's Kevin and Bean show, saying he wanted the whole situation to be over.

"I'm just going to go and try not to think about any of this stuff for a few days ... I've been playing mental acrobatics. It's a very funny movie and amidst all the stuff surrounding it, it's just a comedy. Its prime goal was not to be controversial."

Hmm ... well the movie is about trying to assassinate Kim Jong-Un -- that seems pretty controversial if you ask us!

UPDATE: - Sony has decided to pull The Interview's release date as of Wednesday afternoon.

"In light of the decision by the majority of our exhibitors not to show the film The Interview, we have decided not to move forward with the planned December 25 theatrical release," Sony Pictures announced in a statement. "We respect and understand our partners' decision and, of course, completely share their paramount interest in the safety of employees and theater-goers."

In addition to canceling the theatrical release of the film this afternoon, CNN just reported that U.S. investigators deemed that the Sony hackers were working with or for North Korea.

In Tuesday's Tonight Show sketch, Timberlake and Fallon play awkward teens who can't sleep in their cabins so they decide to play a little game of Truth or Dare, followed by a Third Eye Blind sing-a-long sesh.

Meanwhile, fellow 'N Syncer Joey Fatone officially let the cat out of the bag about Jessica Biel's pregnancy. The boybander told In Touch that he, along with the couple’s friends and family have known for months!

“He told me a while ago, and I kept my mouth shut,” Fatone admitted. “But now I can talk about it!”

Umm we aren't sure you were supposed to do that -- but we'll take it!

Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger hit Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, on Tuesday, for some Christmas shopping ahead of the holiday. The lovey-dovey couple walked hand-in-hand as they window shopped at some of LA's most expensive boutiques.

Angelina Jolie is keeping her kids safe and taking every precaution to do so, having hired someone to monitor the tykes on the street -- a bodyguard -- but also an online bodyguard of sorts, to protect her brood of six online!

The Unbroken director tells People magazine she's "old school" when it comes to technology -- not using Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. She also says she prefers to use a notebook rather than keeping digital notes on a computer or on her phone. Pretty Luddite for a 39 year-old!

Still, the actress-director understand her kids will be online and there's nothing she can do to prevent it -- but she CAN monitor it. She and husband Brad Pitt have hired a cyber security team to monitor the Internet and social media with which their kids engage.

"It's a scary new world," Angelina tells the mag. "It's so beyond what we understand," she says of she and her hubby Brad. "We wouldn't even know what to look for."
