Julia Roberts just celebrated her 47th birthday last week and the Pretty Woman star is looking better than ever!

We spotted Julia out grabbing a fresh-pressed juice in Malibu, wearing a blue and red kimono-style jacket with navy blue T-shirt, jeans and red clogs. Now, we don't see red clogs every day, but perhaps her most impressive accessory were the hand-knitted glovelettes ... interesting! This isn't your typical Hollywood pretty woman -- Julia Roberts is 100% Malibu hippie!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got so turned on by the art and film at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's Art + Film Gala, they just couldn't keep their hands off each other! That, and the fact that Kim's belly looked a little on the bumpy side, shall we say, leads us to believe these two might be celebrating some happy baby news!

Kim's blue Cuchine et Ochs satin gown appears to be stretched over a slightly larger middle section on Kim. The one-shouldered look with a rhinestone choker wasn't our favorite look for her. But if she's dressing for two (her and her embryo, not her and Kanye), then maybe it wasn't half bad.

Rihanna lead the pack as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle; Adam Lambert ditched the glam and went werewolf ... while Ice-T and Coco were a gangster and sexy G.I. Jane. Joanna Krupa went as an S&M Catwoman, Kelly Osbourne as Margot Tenenbaum (Gwyneth Paltrow's character in The Royal Tenenbaums) and Heidi Klum, the QUEEN of Halloween, had an amazing technicolor bug costume!

West-coast celebs partied at David Arquette's club Bootsy Bellows and the New Yorkers partied with Heidi at her annual bash at TAO Downtown.

Amanda Bynes and her parents are ready for a fight. The troubled actress showed up at court on Friday to battle her parents and the judge, in yet another attempt to rid herself of her parents' conservatorship and prove to the world she is sane.

The hearing is Amanda's opportunity to convince a judge that she is mentally competent to have legal and financial custody over herself.

Despite her assertion that she is sane enough to make her own decisions -- the 28-year-old actress was late to her 1:30 pm court date in Ventura County, reports TMZ. Less than 45 minutes before the scheduled court time, the former What I like About You actress was spotted eating watermelon at Mel's Diner in Hollywood, which seemingly caused her to be late, reports the site. This definitely doesn't seem like the behavior of a person who is well ...

On Thursday, Bynes left the psychiatric facility where she had been for more than two weeks. Doctors had deemed her incompetent to live on her own, but a judge overruled the doctors' decision, saying she shouldn't be held against her will.

Since being released on Thursday, the Sydney White actress has been seen wandering the Sunset Strip, throwing fits and going on another epic Twitter rants.

Let's hope the judge does whatever is in Amanda's best interest ...

UPDATE: The judge shot down Amanda's request, and as a result her parents' conservatorship is still in place, reports TMZ. A lawyer, who said he represented the actress, came to fight for her independence in court today, however the judge ruled Amanda could not hire him because she was still under conservatorship and therefore did not have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. That means: the conservatorship stays.

Just days after ex French Montana (who was looking much slimmer) posted a shirtless selfie Khloe Kardashian was all skin and bones when she caught an early flight out of LAX this morning. We love that the reality star was slightly in disguise in her adorable skeleton sweatsuit. Could she be trying to go unnoticed to avoid questions about her rumored rekindled romance with ex French? We thought the two were dunzo after they broke up this summer, but according to the rapper, they are maybe still an item and she will always hold a special place in his heart. Does she know this?

"She's my baby forever. She's good. She's the best. There's no bad blood with her. I love how she is. She inspires me as a person. I'm sure I inspire her in many different ways. We just have that special relationship. Right now we're in a special zone… She's a beautiful person. I don't think a lot of people know how beautiful she is," he gushed to Us Weekly.

"You never know, we might be together. We might not. It's a great thing to keep it in the air," he added. Maybe French should keep his mouth shut and stop using her for publicity if he wants another chance!

She probably doesn't want to miss trick-or-treating with her kiddos!

Gisele Bundchen caught a flight out of Charles de Gaulle airport in France today, and it looks like the supermodel is going to make it home just in time to celebrate Halloween with husband Tom Brady and children Benjamin and Vivian.

The bombshell recently explained that she thinks it's essential for moms not get lost in motherhood and forget their own priorities. "You know how they say on the plane that you have to put the oxygen mask on first and then put it on your child. So, I think it is the same, as a mum, to take care of myself. You can feel a bit guilty - you feel guilty if you do and if you don't. But if I put my oxygen mask on first, if I'm feeling fulfilled and present and good about myself, then I'm going to be a much more patient, loving, understanding mother and wife," she revealed to Sunday Times magazine.

Kim Kardashian is known for her sexy Halloween costumes, but it was daughter North that stole the show this year in her adorable skunk costume! The toddler was running around Kris Jenner's Calabasas home in her get-up, and couldn't wait for Kanye to get home so she could show it off.

"A skunk is on the loose!!!! My little stinker is waiting to show daddy her costume. Halloween has started early this morning," she captioned the adorable snapshot.

Earlier this month, Kesha made shocking allegations in a lawsuit claiming that the famed music producer Dr. Luke emotionally, sexually and physically abused her for 10 years. Dr. Luke has subsequently filed two lawsuits against Kesha's mother for defamation , asserting they were trying to extort him to get out of a record contract. Since the news hit, it's been a pretty sticky situation for both parties. Many artists have kept mum on the subject, refusing to take sides but -- it's pretty clear whose side the "F*ck You" singer is on!
