Justin Bieber is currently in Paris after taking a romantic vacation to the Caribbean with Selena Gomez, and he tweeted about getting back in the studio the other day, so something tells us he might be working on new tunes in the City of Light.

If you believe the rumors, The Biebs might be whipping up sweet love songs with his on-again lady love! "They are working on songs together but there is no timetable to release anything soon. They want it to be perfect, which is making things a little difficult because they only have one chance to release a song together for the first time," a source dished to Hollywood Life. "Justin also considers it to be a big step in their relationship if he releases a song with her. So he is not really ready to show that commitment," the source added.

Michael Phelps was arrested for driving under the influence in Baltimore City, Maryland at 1:40 a.m., and according to reports, the Olympic swimmer's blood alcohol level was approximately twice the legal limit.

The Maryland Transportation Authority said in a statement:

"A [MDTA] Police Officer was operating stationary radar on southbound I-395 leaving Baltimore City when a White 2014 Land Rover entered the radar’s area of influence at excessive speed (84 mph in a 45 mph zone). The officer followed the vehicle onto northbound I-95, through the tunnel and initiated an enforcement stop just beyond the tunnel’s toll plaza. Mr. Phelps was identified as the driver by his driver’s license and appeared to be under the influence. He was unable to perform satisfactorily a series of standard field sobriety tests. Mr. Phelps was cooperative throughout the process.

This is Phelps' second DUI arrest. In 2004, was charged with DUI, DWI, violation of a license restriction and failure to obey a stop sign when he was busted by local police near stopped near Salisbury University in Maryland. After striking a deal, Phelps was sentenced to 18 months probation after pleading guilty to drunk driving.

Phelps released the following statement:

"Earlier this morning, I was arrested and charged with DUI, excessive speeding, and crossing double lane lines. I understand the severity of my actions and take full responsibility. I know these words may not mean much right now but I am deeply sorry to everyone I have let down."

Brian Austin Green recently joined Instagram, and like any proud dad, decided to share some sweet snapshots of his and Megan Fox's sons. We rarely see the boys in public, so we're happy the 90210 star treated us to a glimpse of their little bundles of joy.

Their 2-year-old Noah looks identical to his beautiful mom, while 7-month-old Bodhi is the spitting image of his actor papa. "Bodhi is finally starting to talk a little bit. He's an enormous child. He's in the 95 percentile for height and weight. So I've got a beast on my hands," the Transformers actress recently gushed to Us Weekly.

While appearing on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Ben Affleck gave fans a glimpse into the Affleck/Garner house -- and it's pretty damn adorable.

While talking to Fallon, Affleck talked about how his kids aren't that impressed by his Batman role. "Despite the fact that I'm playing Batman now, people would say, 'Are your kids into it?' The truth is, [they're] not,” Affleck explained. “If I was doing the sequel to Frozen I would be a hero. My two older daughters could give a sh-t about Batman and they've now passed that affection onto my son. He's always like, 'Papa, can I watch Frozen?' And I'm like, 'No, dude, it's not on again!"

Amanda Bynes was under the influence of Adderall when she was arrested for DUI, according to reports.

The 28-year-old actress was pulled over in Sherman Oaks around 3am on Sunday and taken to the California Highway Patrol West Valley Office, where it was determined that she was under the influence of a controlled substance.

A CHP spokesperson said in a statement:

"Amanda was displaying symptoms that led us to believe she may have been under the influence of a stimulant. It possibly could be a combination of a stimulant and other drugs. We do not know."

The Adderall was reportedly prescribed by a doctor, but Bynes was clearly unable to operate her motor vehicle when she was stopped. While Bynes faces a probation violation (this stems from her 2013 reckless driving charges), the fact that the medication was prescribed could help her.

I mean, what are they going to do, throw her in jail? She clearly needs help, so here's to hoping someone can get her back on track...

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin got married just 3 days ago, but they already released their first official wedding photos to People and Hello Magazine. Cha-ching! Wonder how much they're getting paid for this?

Alamuddin looked stunning in a hand-embroidered Oscar de la Renta gown encrusted with pearls and diamante stones, and in addition to her platinum wedding band, she wore pearl earrings with square-cut diamond accents, which were a gift from her parents, Baria and Ramzi Alamuddin. George looked dapper as ever in an Armani tux, and he told Hello, "[Being married] feels pretty damn great."

The duo got married at the Aman Canal Grande Venice in Italy on Saturday, and guests included Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, U2 singer Bono and his wife Ali Hewson, Cindy Crawford and her hubby Rande Gerber (who is also Clooney's business partner), John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, Bill Murray and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

The former mayor of Rome, Walter Veltroni, conducted the ceremony, but yesterday the couple made everything official with a civil ceremony at Venice's Palazzo Ca' Loredan.
