It's not all fun and games in Paris for Kim and Kanye!

The couple caused utter chaos at the Balmain show runway show tonight in Paris, with more than 200 people rushing a small room to be close to the American super-star couple.

Kim got shoved to the ground and trampled, according to our videographer: "Kim fell down and got crushed. Her bodyguard had to help her up and fended off fans."

The uber-pair were supposed to be celebrating with Kim's half-sister Kendall who walking the show, but before the young Jenner left the runway, all hell broke lose.

First, Kim and Kanye couldn't even drive a couple blocks down the street from their hotel to the show -- it took 45 minutes because fans were blocking the road! Once the couple arrived and entered the Royal Monceau hotel where the show was to take place, fans started pushing and rushing the building. Tables were overturned, bottles upon bottles of Champagne were broken and glasses crashed to the floor. Only two bodyguards had been hired to monitor what was supposed to be a small, VIP-only event, but it turned into a huge mess!

After a quick trip to New York City to promote her new childen's clothing collection, Jessica Simpson landed back in Los Angeles on Wednesday night with a smile on her face -- and some serious bedhead! And is she seriously looking this good in sweatpants and giant platforms?! Nice work...

While the 34-year-old star did a number of interviews and chatted about her latest endeavor in the fashion world, she also opened up about her personal life. From her hubby Eric Johnson to how she shed the weight after her second child, no subject was off limits.

When she stopped by The Today Show, host Matt Layer mentioned how Jess was slammed for her post-baby body, but she said she tried not to let it get to her. "[It] empowered me to rise above and stand up for all the women out there that do have trouble losing the weight," she explained. "It wasn't really my priority to please the public and make them feel like I'm supposed to be looking like i did when I was 25."

"I'm not saying they didn't hurt," she added. "I have feelings and hormones. I got emotional about it at times, but if anything I just kind of wanted to be a champion for other women and say, 'We can do this.'"

And it looks like it was still on her mind! Shortly after landing, Jess tweeted, "Thanks @WeightWatchers! I'm so proud to be at my goal and maintaining. What got me here is what will keep me here." She looks great -- and she's doing it the right way, so good for her! Now, if only we could forget that wretched plaid ensemble she wore yesterday...

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West brought daughter Nori to the Balenciaga show last night in Paris and let's just remember, the girl is all of 15 months old!!!

Surely the most fashionable tot around, Nori is getting a complete education in style at fashion week in Paris. Dad Kanye gave her a sweet kiss as the family loaded into his Porsche Panamera, while mom Kim checked her phone (surprise, surprise).

The only thing not so fashionable in this photo? Kim still uses a Blackberry! Hey, Kim, the iPhone 6 is out, in case you haven't heard. Oh, and NO ONE uses Blackberry anymore ... maybe you missed the memo!

If this dress was one inch shorter, she would literally be walking around with her lady parts hanging out!

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian enjoyed some sisterly bonding over lunch at Joan's On Third in West Hollywood today, and Scott Disick's lady love wore the shortest nude minidress we've ever seen! The mother-of-two attempted to make her outfit slightly less vulgar by tying a jean shirt around her waist, but she failed. She might as well bring us to her next gynecologist appointment while she's at it!

The 35-year-old only has a couple more months left in her pregnancy until she gives birth to her third child, so let's hope the reports that she and her baby daddy are on the verge of a split are false. Lord Disick was allegedly spotted checking out a 1-bedroom bachelor pad in Beverly Hills without his family earlier this month, according to In Touch.

At least Aunt Koko is there to lend a helping hand with the kiddos should Kourt need it!

We think Kirsten Dunst looks great (well, her body anyway), but the 32-year-old actress recently admitted that she's put on some comfort weight since she's been with her hunky beau Garrett Hedlund. Maybe that's why we caught the spandex-clad starlet sweating it out on Tuesday afternoon at the gym?

In a recent interview with The Edit Kristen revealed that if she wasn’t in a relationship, she'd be thinner.

"I’ve got a little bit more of a tummy now, so although I own about 20 pairs of jeans, I’ll wear the same three for a year because the rest are from when I was skinnier," Kirsten told the fashion mag. "I guess if I wasn't comfortable and in a relationship I’d be thinner. When you're with someone, you eat so much more and you chill out a bit – but I don’t criticize myself more than is healthy, because there’s such a lot of that, isn’t there? Whether it’s girls among themselves or gossip magazines, it’s all about women tearing apart other women. I don’t get why that’s so prevalent right now."

We're not sure where she's gained the weight, but ok!

The 37-year-old is already a mom to son Milo, 9, from her previous marriage to rocker Royston Langdon. So how did Steven Tyler's daughter get involved with her current beau? Apparently the pair were set up by mutual pal Kate Moss!

Despite being a fashion victim, Jess says she is a lucky girl (and not because her bod' is looking better than ever).

"Eric is the best. Being married, for me, it defines so much more than even having kids. We still feel like we're on a honeymoon," she recently gushed to Us Weekly. The mother-of-two also revealed that being a Mrs. has changed her style and made her much more confident in her sexuality. "It actually has changed my style. I'm very into slip dresses and everything a little bit sexier. I feel sexier as a wife and a mom!" she added.

We're not sure if she wanted to one-up sisters Scout and Tallulah after their recent naked photos were splashed all over the internet, but now Rumer Willis has put her body on display in the new look book for designer Franziska Fox.

If the name sounds familiar, it's because Rumer, 26, got quite a bit of attention when she wore one of Fox's dresses to the Elle Women In Music Awards earlier this summer and nearly exposed herself. As you can see, the New York-based Fox is a big fan of cut-out details on her garments -- in fact, it seems like there's more skin showing than actual fabric!
