Justin Bieber and on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez are taking their relationship so seriously this time around that they recently swapped rings and have been discussing marriage!

"They held a secret commitment ceremony in LA and exchanged Cartier promise rings!” a source tells Life & Style. That sounds sweet, but knowing him, JB will kick her to the curb for a random chick in about a week, unless he's actually considering making it truly official. "Justin has wanted to take Selena back to his native Canada and marry her," the source adds.

We will have to wait and see how this turns out for these lovebirds!

After her snippy comment about Taylor Swift (well, allegedly snippy comment), Katy Perry's claws are definitely out this week, and she looks totally fierce in the new issue of Harper's Bazaar. We're still not sure whose side we're on, but based on their competing magazine spreads, we think Katy has T. Swizzle beat by a few points...

Katy doesn't mention her drama with Taylor, but she does open up about her love life and how she tries not to let rumors bug her. After becoming single yet again earlier this year, Perry says she started seeing "an oracle of a therapist" and tells the mag:

"What I’ve learned is that if you don’t have the foundation of self-love first, you really have nowhere to pull love from to give it away. I had to learn about taking care of myself before I could take care of others. I want to mommy everyone. I want to take care of them. I want to save them, and I forget myself in the meantime. I learned that through therapy."

So what about new love interests? "Well, I’m not really on the street,” she says. “It’s usually just through friends of friends. We have a lot of dinner parties. I’m definitely not on Tinder, even though I joke about it. Sometimes I feel like a sense of humor does not translate into print.”

As far how she's changed, Katy proclaims:

"I’m heading into my 30s I have less time for bullsh*t. I look for the same characteristics: a sense of humor—someone who makes me laugh off the charts— someone who is sensitive, someone who loves and understands music, and who is really smart. A lot of times I’ve ended up with people who have been intimidated by me, unfortunately. They say they’re not, but it comes out in the long run. They’re threatened, or there’s resentment because they don’t know how to handle it."

As she gets older, Perry gives “less of a sh*t," and on the nasty things she sees online, she says:

“When I do these interviews, a lot of these clips people pull out are like, ‘Katy Perry doesn’t want a man to have babies. I’m like, ‘I didn’t say that. I just said, I’m good.’ Why am I a baby machine? Why can’t I be a mogul? I want to have a baby, sure, but I want to have a career. I want to have a record label. I want to have an incredible tour. So I’m going to have all of those things. Let’s talk about that. It’s like, get out of my ovaries, okay? I’ll do it in time.”

Looks like her emotions are getting the best of her! But who could blame her?? She's preggers!

Carrie Underwood, who announced on Sept. 1 she was expecting, got overwhelmed on Tuesday night when she received the Gene Weed Special Achievement Award during Eighth Annual ACM Honors.

The bubbly superstar got teary when she accepted the award in front a plethora of her peers at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. The big-voiced singer took the stage in loose-fitting ballgown which showed a slight baby bump.

While the "Jesus Take the Wheel" singer may have had a bit of a cry fest last night, as least she has a good sense of humor about it. The singer took to social media, writing, "Had such a great night at the ACM Honors! Now everyone can go back to making fun of me for crying..."

The singer's husband of four years, hockey player Mike Fisher, accompanied her to the glittering event. The American Idol and the Nashville Predators player were married in Greensboro, Ga., in 2010. This is their first child.

Looks like he's taking responsibility for his actions!

On Wednesday, Shia LaBeouf pled guilty to disorderly conduct charges after causing a disturbance at a Broadway performance of Cabaret in June.

The Transformers actor has been very dedicated to seeking treatment for his substance abuse problem since his arrest. The judge is requiring the 28-year-old to continue treatment for another three months, according to WCBS 880. In addition to the treatment, the judge said that if the actor keeps his nose out of trouble for the next six months -- he can withdraw his guilty plea and the case will be dismissed.

However, if the actor doesn't comply with the terms, the judge has stated that he could face up to 15 days in jail, reports CBS 2’s Janelle Burrell.

LaBeouf’s attorney Robert Gage gave a statement after the court appearance, “We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the resolution of the matter by the district attorney’s office."

When media asked the lawyer if the unruly actor regretted the incident, Gage commented, “I appreciate everyone’s courtesy, but that’s the only statement I’m going to make today.”

Let's hope LaBeouf can keep up the good work!

Asked who she thought had a better butt, the newly single star was quick to respond, "For sure her!". She's so humble, because we honestly think Khlo has the best body! "I think she looks great right now," she added.

She may be promoting her sexy lingerie collection, The Intimate Britney Spears, but in typical Brit Brit fashion, the pop star skipped wearing a bra on Tuesday evening when she debuted her undies at New York Fashion Week.

"I think with our world, [dressing up in lingerie for a man] is probably culturally what you're expected to do. But normally, I wear it alone in bed, with myself, and I'm happy," Spears told People at the event. "It's empowering for a girl to do that alone!" And I guess she also knows that free-boobing it can be quite liberating...

And speaking of her love life, how is Britney getting on after her split from David Lucado? Actually, pretty good! So would she ever join Tinder? "Maybe!" she said with a laugh. "Who knows? Possibly."

This morning Britney appeared appeared on Good Morning America, and she opened up even more about her relationship status. “[Being] single in Vegas, it’s mind-blowing,” she said. “My mom is like, ‘You need to take three or four different guys at one time and just have a lot of fun.’ I’m like, ‘Mom, we are not that old-school anymore,’ but I guess I could try to do that.”

Some shocking new details are being reported about Joan Rivers' tragic passing, and if they're true, we have a feeling it's only a matter of time before there's a wrongful death lawsuit...

Rivers, 81, went to Yorkville Endoscopy in New York City on August 28 for a "diagnostic procedure [to] see why her voice had gotten raspy," according to the New York Daily News.

Apparently the doctor performing the endoscopy found "something" on Rivers' vocal cords, but then another doctor, whom Rivers reportedly brought with her (and didn't work for the clinic), "asked if he could use their instruments" to perform an unplanned throat biopsy.

The paper reports that Rivers had agreed to the endoscopy, but NOT the biopsy, and that it was "a huge no-no" for Yorkville Endoscopy to allow another doctor to perform the operation.

During the biopsy, Rivers reportedly suffered a vocal cord contraction laryngospasm, which stopped her breathing. Sources told the NYDN that if the biopsy had been done in a hospital, the legendary TV personality "might have been okay."

Rivers passed away on Thursday, September 4, approximately a week after initially being rushed to the ER following the procedure. Neither Rivers' daughter Melissa nor representatives from Yorkville Endoscopy have commented on the report...
