Justin Bieber and pal Lil' Za headed out for an early morning hike in L.A. today with an entourage of bodyguards, and the singer looked like he had just rolled out of the sack because his hair was disheveled and sticking straight up! Clearly the Biebs knew it wasn't a good day for his 'do because he kept fussing with it and trying to get it to behave.

We almost thought JB was sporting a George Michael-esque dangly cross earring, but upon closer inspection we realized it was simply his neck tattoo. He might want to think before getting inked next time! The Canadian crooner has certainly been on a fitness kick recently, and judging by the looks of his muscles in that wife beater, his exercise regime is paying off!

Basically what we're saying is that he looks sexy no matter what he does!

David Beckham (and his abs) are so hardcore that he traded a bucket of ice water in for a barrel of ice water when he did his very own ALS Ice Bucket Challenge!

Nominated by Ryan Seacrest, Becks accepted the challenge with vim and vigor as three of his buddies poured a barrel of water on the shirtless hunk. The icy endeavor is part of a worldwide viral campaign to raise money to fund a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Motor Neurone Disease.

After the waterfall, the hunky soccer stud called out heavyweights Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and Leonardo DiCaprio. Umm not gonna lie -- we really want to see Leo's Ice Bucket Challenge!

But Victoria's main man isn't the only one getting doused -- Britney Spears, who was challenged by sister Jamie Lynn, also accepted her ALS call to action. And boy does BritBrit look cooooold! But at least it's for a good cause! Along with the vid, the "Womanizer" singer wrote, "I accept the #ALSIceBucketChallenge @JamieLynnSpears & I nominate Adam Sandler! #BreakTheIce #SoCold #OMG."

It hasn't even been two weeks since she revealed that she was expecting her second child with hubby Hayes MacArthur, and Ali Larter already looks like she's going to pop! Well, not quite yet, but she's definitely well into her second trimester...

The 38-year-old actress is currently on vacation, and on Monday she posted the poolside shot above on Twitter and simply wrote,"Bumpin."

On August 8, Ali appeared on The Tonight Show to promote her new show Legends, and she confirmed that she was expecting baby number two. Before her interview, she posted a pic on Instagram and wrote, "Backstage at @fallontonight I'm going to surprise @jimmyfallon with some big news!"

Larter and MacArthur already have a three-year-old son, Theodore, and the last time Larter appeared on the show, she announced that she was expecting. "Yeah, I came on and I was pregnant and it went so well," she joked with Jimmy Fallon. "So I told my husband I was going on Fallon so I gotta get pregnant!"

She may have extended a big "f*ck you" to the media when the news broke that she was pregnant, but Zoe Saldana seems to be in a much better mood lately -- in fact, the Guardians of the Galaxy star is absolutely glowing!

The pregnant actress and her hunky hubby Marco Perego went for a hike in the Hollywood Hills on Tuesday morning, and the parents-to-be couldn't stop smiling and giggling. And their dog?! So cute!

After working up a sweat, the couple cooled off at home with -- you guessed it -- the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. "I am accepting James Gunn's challenge to take on the ice bucket challenge,” Zoe says in the video below. But there's a twist! While turning to the side and rubbing her pregnant belly, she says, "Obviously, I can't do it myself so I nominate my husband to take on the challenge."

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott took their kids on a beach day outing in Malibu yesterday, and we have to hand it to the former 90210 star for keeping her brood in tact in the wake of her hubby's cheating scandal and subsequent rehab stay earlier this year. That said, the troubled couple look a little tense around each other! Clearly she meant the "for better or worse" part in her wedding vows!

The reality star appeared frail and thin from stress mere months ago, but she looked healthier in jean shorts and a fringe top as she strolled along the sand holding her youngest son Finn. We have a feeling pal Jennie Garth counseled her back into a better place! "[Jennie] brings out a side of me that I need and love. I don't laugh with anyone as much as I laugh with [her]," the mother-of-four recently gushed to Us Weekly about her Mystery Girls co-star and longtime friend.

Dean should be thanking his lucky stars he has such a forgiving, supportive spouse!

Sofia Vergara and boyfriend Joe Manganiello have been joined at the hip lately, but on Monday she took a break from her hunky new beau and spent time with the other man in her life: Her son Manolo! The two got lunch at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, and after that Sofia went shopping in Beverly Hills. Everyone loves a little retail therapy, but we have a feeling her mood had more to do with Mr. Manganiello than finding the perfect pair of pumps.

Sofia and Joe first met at the White House Correspondents Dinner in May, and at the time she was still engaged to Nick Loeb. After a number of dinner dates and a romantic getaway to New Orleans, Sofia has already introduced the True Blood actor to her family, and most recently we caught the two arm-in-arm at Justin Timberlake's concert. While they're still in the honeymoon phase, it's safe to say we NEVER saw Sofia like this with her former fiance.

And not only that, but we noticed that Sofia was rocking a pretty substantial gemstone on her ring finger. Sure, it's on her right hand and not her left, but maybe this is her not-so-subtle way of hinting to her honey that she's ready for him to pop the question? Or is she simply promoting her new collection for Kay Jewelers? Interestingly enough, earlier in the day she was wearing the topaz pinky ring (pictured above) on her left ring finger, so maybe she's just screwing with us!

When we asked the Modern Family hottie if Joe is the one, she wasn't too chatty with us, but based on her ear-to-ear smile, it's pretty obvious!

James Franco has made us laugh in a number of movies, and most of the time we get weak in the knees when we see him on the red carpet (or in those old Gucci ads!), but lately we're getting kinda sick of him. It seems like everything he does is a desperate cry for attention, and his latest stunt is no exception.

On Monday night James posted the video above and wrote on Instagram, "#ICEBUCKETCHALLENGE!!!! Thank you @selenagomez for nominating me!!!! I nominate: @zackbraff @joeyking @keeganallen You have 24 hours!!" What would have been yet another celeb raising awareness for the ALS Association ended up being more about James and the fact that his genitalia were covered by a small piece of plastic. Sigh.
