Angelina Jolie escaped a copyright lawsuit last year over her movie In The Land Of Blood And Honey but the plaintiff has filed an appeal for the same case.

James Braddock, author of the book The Soul Shattering, claims that Jolie copied his work for her film in which the judge ruled against him in the original lawsuit.

Braddock insists that the judge was biased and didn’t use a proper system for deciding the copyright issues.

“The Court’s decision noted a number of material errors, starting with clear descriptions that are interpreted or translated incorrectly, to the downgrading of a complex of the work," according to court documents Braddock filed. "The court did not compare the whole scene at all elements, but he pulled the individual parts!”

Braddock's book was published in 2007 and centered around the love between a Muslim and a Croatian in a Bosnian village in 1992, torn apart by war. Jolie's film had a similar story and the author even insists that one of Jolie's producers said they discussed his book before making the movie, adding that "they all decided they wanted to adapt it into a film."

Jolie previously denied the allegations and has yet to respond to the new appeal.

On Thursday, Zoe Saldana and hubby Marco Perego kept the quality time going as the two got in some shopping while out and about West Hollywood.

The 36-year-old pregnant A-lister and her husband have been spending lots of time together outdoors recently, possibly an attempt to get as much together time as possible before the birth of her baby.

While Zoe hasn't officially announced her pregnancy, it's pretty apparent based on her physique and comments she made about raising her kids multi-lingual.

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore seem to have come to the last straw in regards to their daughter Tallulah Willis as the former A-list couple gave her one last opportunity to seek help.

"Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum," a source told People. "Her parents were about to take away everything from her."

The source also added that the 20-year-old was heavily affected by her parent's divorce in 2000 but things got worse when her mom divorced for a second time, which led to Moore's hospitalization and stint in rehab in 2012.

"When Demi was hospitalized, Tallulah didn't show up to school for days because she was too embarrassed," the classmate says. "She was very open about Demi's issues and would sort of imply, 'Of course I have issues too, look at my mom.'"

Both parents hope her treatment goes well despite their differing opinions on how to approach it.

"If Bruce suspected that Tallulah had any kind of substance abuse problem, he would have demanded for her to get help," the source said. "Demi's take is that Tallulah is still very young and trying to find herself."

Katy Perry wants to school you!

In a recent interview with Yahoo to promote her "Make Roar Happen" classroom initiative, Katy admits she wishes she had had a better education.

"I was being pulled out of school even in the middle of school and sometimes being homeschooled," said Katy, who was raised in a very Christian home. "Sometimes we were sent to these really half-Christian, half-education, I-don't-know-what-they-were schools."

Education wasn't a big part of her teens -- the 29-year-old dropped out of high school and instead got a GED so that she could pursue her music career. But despite her chart-topping success, the "Roar" singer says she wishes she had stayed in school longer.

"I'm kind of bummed at this stage that I didn't have a great education because I could really use that these days," she told Yahoo.

Stay in school kids! And by kids, we mean the Jenner girls!

Even though she lacks a formal education, "This Is How We Do" singer she has a thirst for knowledge,"I've learned to educate myself at this stage and how to continue my education at any age." The popstar added, "I'm going on 30 and I'm still very thirsty for information. On tour, we go to different museums and get to soak up all kinds of different cultural experiences."

Robin Williams was battling the early stages of Parkinson's Disease, his widow Susan Schneider revealed in a statement released Thursday.

"Robin spent so much of his life helping others. Whether he was entertaining millions on stage, film, or television, our troops on the frontlines, or comforting a sick child -- Robin wanted us to laugh and to feel less afraid. Since his passing, all of us who loved Robin have found some solace in the tremendous outpouring of affection and admiration from the millions of people whose lives he touched. His greatest legacy, besides his three children, is the joy and happiness he offered to others, particularly to those fighting personal battles. Robin's sobriety was intact and he was brave as he struggled with his own battles of depression, anxiety, as well as early stages of Parkinson's Disease, which he was not yet ready to share publicly. It is our hope in the wake of Robin's tragic passing, that others will find the strength to seek the care and support they need to treat whatever battles they are facing so they may feel less afraid," the statement reads.

Leonardo DiCaprio has long been a supporter of environmental conservation efforts, and he proved his dedication to the cause by promoting the Netflix documentary Mission Blue in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

The scruffy actor lent his celebrity to the film, which focuses on the importance oceans and marine life play in the balance of the planet. Oceanographer Sylvia Earle is campaigning to create a global network of marine sanctuaries, and hopes to raise awareness with the movie.

The Wolf of Wall Street star held a fundraiser for his own foundation last month, and spoke about the importance of protecting defenseless wildlife from extinction. "The wild species that depend on us to protect their habitat, like tigers whose numbers have plummeted to under 3,200 left in the wild, or African elephants, who are being slaughtered at a rate of over 30,000 a year for their ivory tusks - they have no voice. We must be their ambassadors. We must be their protectors. We must stop their slaughter," he explained.
