These two just can't keep their hands off of one another!

On Tuesday night Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello were among the many celebs who attended Justin Timberlake's concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and the couple looked like they were about to make out when X17 photographers snapped them in the parking lot. Seriously -- Sofia looks totally lovedrunk in these photos! We NEVER saw her like this with former fiance Nick Loeb...

And from celebrating her birthday together to a romantic trip to New Orleans, Sofia and Joe both seem to be falling head over heels -- and fast! The lovebirds first met at the White House Correspondents Dinner in May, when the Modern Family was still engaged to Loeb, and since then we've also spotted them at Lady Gaga's L.A. concert and out to dinner. "It's very, very new. They're having fun and getting to know each other," a source told Us Weekly shortly after the news broke that the two were dating.

Hmm, seems to us like they're ready to move in together ... if they haven't already!

Robin Williams' daughter Zelda and his wife Susan Schneider were the first to speak out following the news of the Oscar winner's shocking death on Monday afternoon, and now Williams' two sons have released statements as well. Zelda added a longer message late on Tuesday evening, following the news that Williams hanged himself at his Northern California home.

Zak Williams, 31, wrote in a statement:

"Yesterday, I lost my father and a best friend and the world got a little grayer. I will carry his heart with me every day. I would ask those that loved him to remember him by being as gentle, kind, and generous as he would be. Seek to bring joy to the world as he sought."

Cody Williams, 22, added:

"There are no words strong enough to describe the love and respect I have for my father. The world will never be the same without him. I will miss him and take him with me everywhere I go for the rest of my life, and will look forward, forever, to the moment when I get to see him again."

Though Zelda Williams previously posted a quote from the Antoine De Saint-Exupery book The Little Prince, she added a lengthy statement on Tuesday evening which read:

"My family has always been private about our time spent together. It was our way of keeping one thing that was ours, with a man we shared with an entire world. But now that’s gone, and I feel stripped bare. My last day with him was his birthday, and I will be forever grateful that my brothers and I got to spend that time alone with him, sharing gifts and laughter. He was always warm, even in his darkest moments. While I’ll never, ever understand how he could be loved so deeply and not find it in his heart to stay, there’s minor comfort in knowing our grief and loss, in some small way, is shared with millions. It doesn’t help the pain, but at least it’s a burden countless others now know we carry, and so many have offered to help lighten the load. Thank you for that. To those he touched who are sending kind words, know that one of his favorite things in the world was to make you all laugh. As for those who are sending negativity, know that some small, giggling part of him is sending a flock of pigeons to your house to poop on your car. Right after you’ve had it washed. After all, he loved to laugh too… Dad was, is and always will be one of the kindest, most generous, gentlest souls I’ve ever known, and while there are few things I know for certain right now, one of them is that not just my world, but the entire world is forever a little darker, less colorful and less full of laughter in his absence. We’ll just have to work twice as hard to fill it back up again."

In the late Oscar winner's final Instagram post last month, he posted a throwback picture above of the two and wrote, "#tbt and Happy Birthday to Ms. Zelda Rae Williams! Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl. Happy Birthday @zeldawilliams Love you!"

Williams' ex-wife Marsha Garces Williams also released a statement, which read, "My heart is split wide open and scattered over the planet with all of you. Please remember the gentle, loving, generous -- and yes, brilliant and funny man that was Robin Williams. My arms are wrapped around our children as we attempt to grapple with celebrating the man we love, while dealing with this immeasurable loss," she wrote.

Authorities confirmed on Tuesday afternoon at a press conference that Williams hanged himself with a belt on Monday morning. The Marin County Sheriff’s Department noted that there were superficial wounds found on one of Williams' wrists, indicating that the late actor may have tried to cut himself before the hanging.

Silver screen and theater legend Lauren Bacall died at the age of 89 on Tuesday.

A rep for the Humphrey Bogart estate posted a statement on Facebook which read, "With deep sorrow for the magnitude of our loss, yet with great gratitude for her amazing life, we confirm the passing of Lauren Bacall."

Bacall, who was born Betty Joan Perske, rose to fame in the 1940s after being featured on the cover of Harper's Bazaar, and her first major movie role was in To Have and Have Not famed leading man Humphrey Bogart, whom she later married. The couple had two children together, Stephen and Leslie, and starred in several other movies together, including The Big Sleep and Key Largo.

Bogart died in 1957, and in 1961 Bacall married actor Jason Robards, with whom she had one son.


In 1970, she won a Best Actress Tony Award for her portrayal of Margo Channing in the Broadway musical Applause, and in 1997 Bacall was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her work in The Mirror Has Two Faces. Bacall went on to win an honorary award from the Academy in 2010.

Kanye West left his Hollywood Hills home this morning and caught a flight out of LAX en route to Mexico, and the rapper was flying solo because wife Kim Kardashian and daughter Nori are currently in New York City.

At first we thought Yeezy was headed south of the border for vacation, but after a little investigation we realized the Louis Vuitton Don has been working on his upcoming album at a recording studio in Puerto Vallarta! "His whole crew is out there recording. His whole music studio was shipped out. It's been amazing," a source recently dished to E! News.

We wonder if he kicks it with Kimmy K's pal Joe Francis, who owns a house nearby, on his off time?

Congrats are in order! Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton has just gotten engaged to her boyfriend, James Rothschild, who is the heir to the famed European banking family, over the weekend in Lake Como, Italy.

Umm we are trying not be jealous -- but it's not really working ...

"They are both really excited and incredibly happy," a source told Us.

The 30-year-old Hilton first began dating the heir after meeting at Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt's wedding in Italy back in 2011.

For the engagement, it looks like the Brit pulled out all the traditional stops. The source tells the mag, "Last month, he actually flew from England (where he is based) to the States to ask her parents for her hand in marriage!"

The insider continued that post engagement, "They are going on a road trip now throughout Europe and celebrating."

UMM WE ARE TRYING REALLY HARD NOT TO BE JEALOUS!

Robin Williams died of hanging on Monday morning, Marin County sheriffs confirmed at a press conference on Tuesday.

Lieutenant Keith Boyd made the announcement outside of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office in San Rafael, California, adding that Williams, 63, was suspended with a belt around his neck and found in a seated position.

The Oscar winner was clothed and rigor mortis had set in, and authorities noted that there were superficial wounds found on one of his wrists, indicating that the late actor may have tried to cut himself before the hanging. A pocket knife was also found nearby the scene of the death.

Williams was last seen alive by his wife, Susan Schneider, on Sunday night before she went to bed at their Northern California home. When she left the house on Monday morning around 10:30am, she apparently thought Williams was still asleep in a separate room, and it wasn't until over an hour later that Williams' assistant entered the room and discovered the body.

A toxicology report will be conducted, but will take two to six weeks to be completed.

Denise Richards took daughters Sam and Lola shopping in Beverly Hills on Monday afternoon, and prior to that, the group got manicures and pedicures at a local salon. Sounds like the perfect day to us!

While Denise has been chauffeuring the girls to and from their summer activities, dad Charlie Sheen is getting ready to walk down the aisle with his 25-year-old former porn star fiancee, Brett Rossi. While it seems like the Anger Management star will be the one footing the bill for the couple's autumn nuptials, Brett has taken over the planning, and according to Radar, she's an absolute nightmare to deal with!

According to an insider, Rossi has already fired one wedding coordinator and she is dying to have a celeb magazine cover the ceremony. Um, good luck with that. "Charlie had asked Brett to hire his friend, a small time party planner to handle their wedding," a source tells the website. "In the beginning, Brett agreed, just to make Charlie happy, as he was trying to give the guy some business. But when it became clear to Brett that he couldn’t deliver the over-the-top wedding of her dreams, he was fired. Now Brett wants a big-name celebrity wedding planner, because she is obsessed with being in the press. She also wants a celebrity weekly magazine to do a full-length feature on the ceremony and reception!"

While Sheen's other ex-wife Brooke Mueller will be attending the wedding with the former couple's twin sons, Bob and Max, we doubt Denise and company got an invite...

Christina Aguilera has been hard at work on new music in the studio lately, and the singer decided to treat her unborn daughter to some melodies by placing a set of headphones on her growing baby bump!
