In the latest clip from NBC's Running Wild with Bear Grylls, Zac Efron and the outdoorsman test their strength as they both go shirtless to rappel down a mountain!

The Neighbors star, who reportedly asked for the "biggest, baddest adventure," got just that as the 40-year-old host chose an area in the Catskills Mountains which was once used to train special forces in the 1800s for the series premiere.

They're on the move!

On Friday, Victoria Beckham showed that she's even more stylish while traveling as she and her adorable daughter Harper arrived at LAX last night with the help of hubby David Beckham.

The 40-year-old mother rocked a wide brimmed hat to go with her black blazer, t-shirt and skinny jeans as she held her baby girl close as they make their way back to England.

In quite the cute contrast to her airport style, Harper clearly was comfortably dressed as any 3-year-old should be on such a long flight.

With the couple's latest employee being reportedly a former Royal butler, something tells us their London home will be impeccable upon their arrival!

Paris Hilton arrived at LAX after a quick trip to Korea this week, and the heiress jumped at the chance to cuddle a fan's baby before she took off in her chauffeured car.

The blonde beauty looked patriotic in a blue and white striped dress, which she accessorized with a red handbag. We wonder what she was doing over in Asia? If we had to guess she was probably promoting her new song "Come Alive", which is pretty much the best jam of the summer!

"It's all about love and how it makes you feel alive," she recently explained of the inspiration behind the tune. Speaking of love, we haven't seen our favorite socialite with her beau River Viiperi in a while. If she's secretly single, we doubt it will stay that way for long. The reality TV star showed us her giant booty in a yellow bikini yesterday, and this afternoon she posted the picture on the right and wrote, "It's a little blurry but you know what it is..." Rachel Bilson and her mom Janice Stango took a walk on Friday after grabbing lunch in Los Angeles, and earlier today the news broke that the former OC starlet is expecting a girl with partner Hayden Christensen!

Of course, a rep for Bilson denied the report, calling it “speculation and gossip," but we're guessing this was the same source who told People that Bilson had a bun in the oven, and as you can see from the size of her baby bump, that turned out to be true!

And not only that, but it seems as though she dropped a hint about her pregnancy back in May when she told Health Magazine, "I didn't eat beef for three years, but I recently started eating it again because I needed iron. So this is the latest thing we do, with vegetables from my organic garden. It's so yummy." Funny, because it's widely known that red meat is one of the best sources of iron for pregnant women...

She definitely had babies on the brain, because she also added during the interview, "I've always looked young because I'm so short, and especially if I'm dressed down. When I have a baby, everybody's going to be like, 'Awww, poor teen mom. Poor girl.' And Teen Mom is my favorite show. That's what I download and watch on the plane. Like, don't talk to me, I'm watching Teen Mom. I know, pathetic. But it's true."

She's normally so private with her love life!

Blake Lively got unusually candid about husband Ryan Reynolds in the newest issue of Vogue, and from the sounds of it, the couple is still in the honeymoon stage!

"He's a part of it because everything we do in life we do together. If I'm working on a movie, he helps me with my character; I do the same with him. Picking out a coffee table. What we're going to eat. He's a beautiful writer - he's written a lot of stuff for us. And he's got a great barometer and he knows me, so he will tell me if it's not as good as it can be," she gushed about her man when discussing his input with her lifestyle blog.

The couple have yet to start a family, but the Gossip Girl star knows her love will be an amazing father because he had already matured by the time they began dating.

"He's going to be a great father and leader and patriarch—he's so meant to be all of those things. The fact that he lived so much before we got together, he's the exact realized person that he should be. And so I get to share my life with the person he's become, and we get to grow from there," she explained.

Speaking about her September 2012 wedding to the Green Lantern star, the blonde beauty revealed that a sparkler burned her Marchesa gown, something that was originally upsetting but is now her favorite memory.

"And later, my dress was hanging up and Ryan said, 'Isn't that beautiful?' I said, 'What?' And he pointed to the burn. My heart just stopped, because it was such a sensitive little subject. And he said, 'You'll always remember that moment with Florence singing and the sparklers. You have that forever, right there, preserved.' Now that's my favorite part of the dress," she recounted.

Are Lil Wayne and Christina Milian hooking up? That's certainly what it looks like!

Just after her high-profile split with fiance Jas Prince last month, Christina ignited romance rumors when she held hands with Lil Wayne the ESPYs on Wednesday.

We first spotted the talked-about duo on June 29 at the BET Awards -- but just figured they were together due to their business relationship -- Milian is his Young Money protege. But after this PDA sesh we don't know what to think!

"It is totally true," a source told Us Weekly. "They are hooking up."

On June 12, the singer announced her split with the Rap-A-Lot Records CEO via social media, writing, "There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living."

We wonder if Weezy is the one making her happy now?!

While we can kind of see them as a couple -- it would definitely a weird union. Christina was married to and has a child with The-Dream, who had children with Lil Wayne's ex baby mama Nivea. Is that a love triangle or square? Whatever it it -- it's messy.

Things between the teacher and his Young Money student may have been brewing for awhile. Prior to Christina's breakup, the rapper put out a song called “Tina Turn Up Needs A Tune Up" -- which seem to take aims at Prince. The lyrics included, “I’ll take your Tina” and “She needs a king, f-ck a prince." Sounds like Weezy's been wanting to be Tina's king for a while now!

Haters gonna hate!

Cheryl Burke recently came under fire for appearing too skinny in a bikini selfie she posted on Twitter, and the Dancing with the Stars star wants people to know she shed pounds the healthy way, rather than disregarding her well being and going wild like she did in her twenties.

"It was one big party. And now, that's not the way I want to live my life. I've had to change my lifestyle. I'm happy. I'm eating well. I'm working out every day. And I'm more responsible," she explained to People.

After Twitter followers commented that she looked like she was "dying", the dancer got her feelings hurt and felt that she needed to silence her critics.

"When you change your lifestyle, your body changes. I'm completely healthy. My curves are never going to go away. Have I lost weight? Absolutely. But not in an unhealthy way. I want everyone to know that. I love my fans. But words are hurtful, especially coming from people you think always have your back," she confessed.

So how exactly did she achieve her slimmed down bod?

"I'm not on a diet. I'm not on Atkins or anything. It's just the fact that I'm eating right,' the professional hoofer clarified. I'm taking care of my body. 80 percent of it is what you eat and what you consume. It's all about portion control," she revealed.
