On Monday X17online broke the news that Shia LaBeouf had begun seeking treatment at a rehab facility in Los Angeles for alcohol abuse, and on Wednesday morning the 27-year-old star attended yet another therapy session. Shia may have forgotten to zip up his fly, but we're glad that he's taking his physical and emotional health seriously!

Last Thursday the actor was arrested in New York for disorderly conduct after slapping people in the back of the head during a performance of Cabaret and getting belligerent with cops. Shia then stepped out on Tuesday in Los Angeles with a copy of the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Blue Book in his hand, and he spent three hours at a private facility the day before that.

Despite numerous run-ins with the law over the years, Shia has sought treatment for substance abuse issues in the past. Following a nasty car crash in 2008, Shia opened up to Playboy in 2009 about knowing when to get help.

Jewel and rodeo star Ty Murray are calling it quits after six years of marriage, the singer just announced on her blog.

"Dear World. It is infinitely strange to write those words, especially considering the personal nature of the topic, which is the purpose of my writing today. But the truth is I have lived my life in the public eye since I was nineteen. And while it is intimidating to live a life in the public, it has also been a privilege to make a living with my words, my thoughts, my feelings," she wrote.

"Which brings me to this highly personal announcement today. My husband, friend and partner of 16 years and I have decided to get a divorce," she continued.

The songstress wants the public to know that she and her love of sixteen years plan on keeping their split as amicable as possible.

"Ty and I have always tried to live the most authentic life possible, and we wanted our separation as husband and wife to be nothing less loving than the way we came together. For some time we have been engaged in a private and difficult, but thoughtful and tender undoing of ourselves. Allowing ourselves the time and space to redefine what we are to each other with love rather than malice," she explained.

The pair are parents to son Kase, and plan to co-parent in a loving manner.

"Lastly, a message from us both. Our dedication to our son is unwavering and we are both committed to being the best partners in raising our son. Due to the spirit in which we have gone about this separation, we trust we can remain dear friends who hold each other in high esteem, which is so important to us as parents- as we wish only what is best for our son," she concluded.

The 47-year-old actor quickly defended himself and said he only lashed out because the man hit him first (with a poster...), but the autograph seeker wasn't ready to give up! The man approached Kiefer again when he was walking to his car, and the Lost Boys star softened up and finally signed his photo, along with those of a half dozen other fans.

Kiefer ignored questions about his wild night out over the weekend in London (apparently he got so hammered he had to be carried to his hotel by two men), but he did tell our X17 videographer that fans have nothing to worry about.
