Despite the fact that he seemingly dropped his lawsuit against the NBA, disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has changed his mind and he WILL go through with the $1 billion federal suit against the organization and commissioner Adam Silver. Additionally, he has withdrawn his support for the sale of the team negotiated by his estranged wife Shelly.

"I have decided that I must fight to protect my rights," Sterling said in a statement on Monday. "While my position may not be popular, I believe that my rights to privacy and the preservation of my rights to due process should not be trampled. From the onset, I did not want to sell the Los Angeles Clippers. I believe that Adam Silver acted in haste by illegally ordering the forced sale of the Clippers, banning me for life from the NBA and imposing the fine. Adam Silver's conduct in doing so without conducting any real investigation was wrong. The action taken by Adam Silver and the NBA constitutes a violation of my rights and fly in the face of the freedoms that are afforded to all Americans."

Last week, both Donald Sterling and his attorney Max Blecher said they would accept the $2 billion sale of the Clippers to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, but then Blecher told ESPN in an e-mail, "The deal is off." Blecher added that Sterling would be challenging his wife's actions and negotiation of the sale in probate court Tuesday, but no action has been taken as of yet.

Anna Paquin took to her Twitter on Monday to call for equal rights for all, and the actress wasn't shy about making a bold statement to bring attention to the cause.

"Proud to be a happily married bisexual mother. Marriage is about love not gender," she tweeted along with the hashtags #equalitycalifornia #NOH8campaign and #Itgetsbetter.

The True Blood star opened up about her sexuality in 2010, shortly before marrying husband Stephen Moyer.

"If you're going to talk about some cause in a way that's meaningful, you should identify why it means something to you. For a bisexual, it's not about gender. That's not the deciding factor for who they're attracted to," she previously told Zooey magazine.

Love is love!

Angelina Jolie and British Foreign Secretary William Hague have teamed up once again, this time in London at the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict. The duo will co-host the event, which lasts through June 13.

Jolie, who is a special envoy of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), said political action is needed globally to treat sexual violence as a priority. "It is a myth that rape is an inevitable part of conflict. It is a weapon of war aimed at civilians .. done to torture and humiliate people and often to very young children," she said. "We need to see real commitment and go after the worst perpetrators, to fund proper protection for vulnerable people, and to step in to help the worst-affected countries."

Around 1,200 government ministers, military and judicial officials from over 150 nations are attending the summit, so it sounds like Jolie and Hague really can make a difference. The Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict took two years to organize.

Jennifer Lopez made an appearance on The Tonight Show on Monday and showed her comedic side by performing the skit "Tight Pants" with host Jimmy Fallon!

The singer was clad in white jeans and a crop top that showed off her unbelievably toned physique, but the fact that she was wearing a bowl cut wig made her slightly less attractive.

Jenny from the Block seems to be holding up fine since her split from Casper Smart!

"It has actually been an amicable process that started a few months ago. It wasn't an easy decision, but they decided to stay friends," a source told Us Weekly of the breakup.

Since she's all the way down in South Africa, she might as well mix a little business with pleasure before she spends almost an entire day jetting back to the United States!

On Monday afternoon Khloe Kardashian posted the snapshot above on Instagram and wrote, "Such a blessing!!! Great memories with great people @frenchmontana @spifftv @miguelunlimited yes we really went on Safari!!!"

The 29-year-old reality TV star attended the MTV Africa Music Awards on Saturday night to support beau French Montana, who was performing at the show. Khlo told reporters, "I’m really excited to be back in South Africa. It’s my fourth time here, so I’m really looking forward to this trip." We bet!

But she's gotta get to work filming her spin-off show in the Hamptons, so we're thinking she'll be back in the states by the end of the week...

Hot mama!

On Monday afternoon Fergie and hubby Josh Duhamel jetted out of Los Angeles International Airport, and we're not sure where they were headed, but their 9-month-old son Axl Jack wasn't along for the ride, so we're thinking something business related or a romantic retreat!

We don't want to suggest that this might be a baby making trip, but Fergie Ferg did recently reveal that she and Josh want to expand their family! The 39-year-old singer chatted with Us Weekly earlier this spring and said, “We definitely want another one. But there are no plans anytime in the near future.” Hey, a lot can change in a few months...

We may give Kris Jenner a fair amount of crap from time to time, but we'll admit that she has a pretty bangin' bod for a 58-year-old. Still, the slinky brown dress she wore to the airport on Monday afternoon did absolutely nothing for her figure. And the color? There's only one thing that comes to mind, and it rhymes with snoop...

We're thinking the momager was heading to the Hamptons to shoot some scenes with daughters Khloe and Kourtney, who are currently on the east coast filming their reality spin-off show. Well, Khloe took a trip to Africa a few days ago, so it's really just Kourt, which would explain why Kris is flying out. The news broke last week that Kourtney is expecting her third child with Scott Disick, so it seems like Kris is there to give her oldest daughter some help with the kids and the house.

But back to that dress! We did a little digging, and on May 15 Kris wore the same one in black, with nearly identical accessories! On both trips Kris wore her fav Azzedine Alaia laser-cut heels and oversize diamond studs, and while she carried different bags (she toted a Hermes black croc bag on the 15th; on Monday she had an Alaia laser-cut leather bag), she seems to think this is a good look:



Maybe in black, but hopefully she never brings the brown one back again!

Justin Bieber didn't kick off the month of June with a bang; rather, he came under fire when a pair of old videos of him using the N-word surfaced online, forcing him to publicly apologize for making racist jokes.

"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with," the pop star said in a statement last week. "But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did ... Once again I am sorry for all those I have let down and offended. I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made."

After the scandal broke, Bieber immediately went MIA, and it turns out he was spending the week with his dad Jeremy and his younger siblings. Jeremy posted the video above, which Justin re-tweeted, and the pop star's father wrote, "I had an incredible weekend at a private cottage with my kids for my 40th birthday. Justin, Jazmyn and Jaxon are my life. I would be nothing without them. They make me a stronger person every single day."

Aww! Looks like a little R&R with the fam was just what Bieber needed to right himself ... but when will he step out in Los Angeles again?
