Yep -- it's THAT photo again!

Now the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is launching an investigation into Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's care of their kids after a photo of 13-year-old daughter Willow in bed with 20-year-old male friend Moises Arias went viral recently.

Jada told X17online earlier this month, when we caught up with her at LAX, that there is "nothing sexual" about the photo. But it seems L.A. social services believes otherwise, according to a new report by RadarOnline: "The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand," an insider told Radar.

The website's source says investigators will be interviewing Willow separately and that they'll also talk to Moises -- it's claimed the inquiry will be a month-long process, not just a one-time thing.

But for reals, the Canadian hunk joined Christina Hendricks, whom he previously co-starred in Drive with, at the photocall for his directorial debut, Lost River, during the 67th Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday. The Notebook star rolled up his sleeves under the French Riviera's hot sun and we couldn't be happier about it -- we love to see those guns!

But where's Ryan's longtime lady love, Eva Mendes? We haven't seen her at the film fest yet and we think it's a bit odd considering this is the first film her man's directed. Could things be headed south yet again for the private couple? We hope so! Or does Eva just hate sunshine, picturesque views, good food, dazzling parties and the French?

Who needs to know how to read when you're the skinny Kardashian?!

On Sunday night, Kendall Jenner made a serious flub when reading the teleprompter to announce the band 5 Seconds of Summer during the Billboard Music Award, admitting to the audience, "I'm the worst reader." But it looks like the Jenner gal is laughing off the gaff less than a day later.

On Monday, the 18-year-old touched down at LAX and when asked if she was going to hire a reading coach, the leggy lady was able to laugh about it. At least she has a sense of humor about her being borderline illiterate!

Hey Kendall, we are glad you are so cheery about looking like an idiot in front of millions of people (clearly being a Kardashian has trained you well). But maybe take some time away from shopping at the mall and actually bone up on some reading -- it's kind of an important life skill!

Let's hope for Kendall's sake she doesn't have to do a reading at Kimye's wedding -- because it probably wouldn't be good for anyone!

After daughter Vivienne made her film debut at age 5 in Maleficent, mommy Angelina Jolie tells the Daily Mail of her six kids: "Neither of us want [sic] our children to be actors, Brad and I."

Jolie says the reason daughter Viv was cast in that role because no other child could do it: "I really couldn't ask another 4 and 5 year old to do it because kids would get scared. I only put her in the film because the other children her age would be scared of me because I looked quite scary in [costume]. In the scene, little Aurora has to really want to be near me and be loving to me, and I had to be quite mean. So Vivian and I practiced it a few times, and I was shocked by how well she did."

Maleficent hits theaters May 30 ... let's see how long it takes before another Jolie-Pitt shows up on the big screen!

Hot couple alert? Oh we hope not!

Justin Bieber added some fuel to the constantly burning fires surrounding his love life by posting a pic of himself partying down with newly single supermodel Adriana Lima during the Cannes Film Festival on Monday night. Sorry Selena (and the various other pieces the Biebs has been banging) -- you are no match for the Brazilian beauty.

Along with the pic of the red-lipped model, the 20-year-old superstar added the caption, "I think she foreign, I think she foreign," which is a reference to his song "Confident."

Wow, Bieber is quite the wordsmith. Just another reminder that the Canadian troublemaker might just be the Bob Dylan of our generation.

Enough about Bieber -- let's talk Adriana! Earlier this month, the 32-year-old announced her split from husband Marko Jaric after five years of marriage and two children.

After long and careful consideration, we have decided to separate after five years of marriage,' the couple said, in a joint statement to People.

Despite the marriage meltdown, it looks like the single lady has been using her time at the French film fest to really live it up.

Before her selfie-tastic snap with JB, the gorgeous gal glittered down the red carpet in a white ballgown at the Chopard Backstage Dinner & Afterparty on Monday night. It looks like once inside the Chopard soiree, Adriana changed into a slinkier ensemble and then mixed it up with the "Boyfriend" singer. If you got it, flaunt it -- and if you are single, have some fun.

Certainly looks like Adriana is doing just that! We just hope she doesn't get wooed by Bieber's swagger -- he's like a the Bermuda Triangle, very few who have passed through have made it out alive!

But Adriana wasn't the only one having fun last night -- the 20-year-old "Baby" singer was living the high life at the bash's after party at the Gotha club. At the wild event, Bieber joined rapper Rick Ross for a crowd-energizing performance.

This isn't the first time that the pair have kicked it. A couple of months ago, the sweet-faced singer hung out with Ross and Diddy at the recording studio, as they were finishing Ross' album Mastermind.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian do NOT take confetti, or clowns, seriously. In fact, these ladies apparently have NO sense of humor at all -- because they filed battery charges against Richie the Barber for an April 11 incident in which he confetti bombed the sisters, according to TMZ.

Wow! Apparently Channing Tatum is a high-functioning alcoholic -- and he's totally fine with it. Just ask him!

In the June issue of GQ magazine, the Magic Mike star admitted he had a drinking problem, saying, "I probably drink too much, you know. My wife [Jenna Dewan Tatum], that's what she bought into." Lucky lady!

The 34-year-old actor and father continued, "I'm probably a pretty high-functioning, I guess, you know, I would say, alcoholic, I guess. There's probably a tendency to escape. I equate it to creativity, and I definitely equate it to having a good time."

Uhh well they say the first step is admitting you have a problem -- but Channing seems like he has a pretty cavalier attitude about his drinking habits.

Other than his drinking issues, the Gambit star also says he's a "fat kid" at heart, explaining that he loves watching The Biggest Loser. "I really do love it. I can completely lose myself into just absolutely satisfying things -- a really amazing cheeseburger, a pizza, good fries, a beer. I enjoy being comfortable and eating whatever the hell I like."

Ciara and fiance Future welcomed their first child on Monday. The sultry singer confirmed the birth hersel, via Twitter and Facebook, earlier this morning, when she posted a photo of the newborn's arm, along with the caption, "FUTURE ZAHIR WILBURN 9lbs 10oz May 19 2014."

Umm well at least he's not named Past ...

Ciara, 28, announced her pregnancy back in January in an appearance on The View and then the singer announced three months later that she was engaged to rapper-producer Future (nee Nayvadius D. Wilburn).

The couple had already chosen the name before the birth. Previously, Ciara said that was the easy part: "It was kind of easy. But the middle name was a little hard for me… I went with what felt right in my soul and my gut. I didn't second guess it."

This is Ciara's first child and the second for Future, who has a son from a previous relationship.
