Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange Knowles have finally commented on the now infamous fight that occurred between the rapper and Solange inside an elevator at the Standard Hotel in New York City after the Met Gala last week. While it doesn't provide us with the answers we really wanted, it does sound like they're moving past the bizarre altercation.

The trio said in a statement:

"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it.

Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family.

The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false. At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."

Earlier today a rep for the Standard Hotel confirmed that the employee who leaked the video has been fired, and up until this afternoon, both Beyonce and Solange have been keeping us guessing with cryptic social media posts.

First Solange deleted a handful of Instagram photos with her older sister, and though Bey posted a seemingly negative message two days after the incident occurred, this week she uploaded a series of throwback pictures of the two. This morning Solange Instagrammed an adorable throwback photo of herself with Beyonce, so it does appear as though the ladies have patched things up.

But what triggered this? And has Solange been kicked off Jay's Roc Nation label?

The 21-year-old looked a bit beaten down by the sweltering temps when she got a quick bite and a drink to-go. Maybe the Spring Breakers star braved the hot sun because she's just glad to get out of the house after her reps squashed pregnancy rumors that were swirling about the Internets. We know the lady loves her fast food, so perhaps the singer was celebrating with a frosty beverage and a tasty treat.

Meanwhile, her former flame has been in some trouble with Johnny Law recently. The unruly man child is under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department for attempted robbery of a woman and her 13-year-old daughter while at a "family entertainment center" in Sherman Oaks, Calif. The woman alleged that the 20-year-old believed she had taken photos of the popstar, demanded her phone and then tried to "wrestle" the woman's phone from her.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian left their New York City hotel and headed to the NBC Universal upfronts on Thursday afternoon, and while the ladies both looked great, isn't Kim's cleavage-baring dress a little bit too much for a daytime press event? I mean, if we were interviewing Kim, we wouldn't be able to take our eyes off her tatas!

Giuliana Rancic and Ross Mathews hosted the event live from the Javits Center, and other famous faces on hand were Andy Cohen, most of the Real Housewives, Joel McHale and Joan Rivers.

While Khloe and Kim are promoting their reality show, we have a feeling the sisters will be bombarded with questions about Kim's wedding, as it was JUST reported that she's not getting married in Paris, but rather, Florence, Italy! Kimye are having a dinner in Paris the night before the wedding, and Entertainment Tonight reports that they will fly their guests to Italy on private planes for the ceremony.

Over the weekend, the Dark Angel star celebrated her 33rd birthday with a bunch of girlfriends in Las Vegas. The gals partied down poolside at the Wet Republic Ultra Pool at the MGM Grand Hotel. The mother-of-two, her friends and her hubby Cash Warren kept the celebration going with a big birthday bash at Hakkasan nightclub.

The actress was enjoyed a gluten-free dinner, drinks and a three-tier fondant cake decorated with cherry blossoms, "Happy Birthday Jessica!"

On Thursday morning a scruffy and sleepy Ben Affleck stopped by Brentwood Country Mart to pick up some goodies, and though he appeared a bit disheveled, he looked significantly tanner than usual. Just the lighting or did big daddy Ben get a spray tan?

Ben is set to return to the Detroit set of Batman in the next few weeks, and while wife Jennifer Garner and their three kids are supposedly going to spend the summer in Michigan with him, there's a report going around that Jen's been putting her hubby on daddy duty when he's here in LA to keep him in line!

“Jen gives the nannies a paid vacation when she travels, in order to keep Ben out of trouble," according to a source for Star Magazine. “She doesn’t think Ben will cheat. She just fears that he could have a weak moment when she’s gone and will go out on the town and get into trouble.”

Blake Lively walked the red carpet for the Mr. Turner premiere at the Cannes Film Festival today, and the actress opted to wear an off white sequined Chanel gown that highlighted just how tiny her waist is!

The Gossip Girl star is known for the fact she doesn't have a stylist and dresses herself, and although usually she nails it, this time we think she missed the mark!

The blonde beauty has been laying low since tying the knot with husband Ryan Reynolds, so it's nice to see her stepping back into the spotlight!

Kendall Jenner and a pal posed for pictures on the deck of the Martinez Hotel on the Croisette, and it looks like the 18-year-old model/reality starlet is having a blast in France!

Last night she made her debut on the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, and we're not sure how long she's staying, but we're expecting at least a few more days of fabulous outfits from Kim's little sister.

And speaking of Kim, we're wondering how much she's revealed to her family members about her wedding. As you know, the news just broke that Kim and fiance Kanye West will be getting married in Florence, Italy instead of Paris, France, and a source tells Us Weekly, "Kim and Kanye have told all guests different info ... No one knows all of the details."

Prince Harry sent his first-ever tweet yesterday while at an event to promote the upcoming Invictus Games in London. While at the event, the hosts encouraged the Brit to tweet something from their Twitter handle, @InvictusLondon. We know Harry's always up for trying something new -- so he did!

Using an iPad to type, the 29-year-old royal joked and seemed jovial as he tried to compose his tweet before crowd of people. Apparently the red head was typing rather slowly as a host of the event asked, "Are you clear how to do it, sir?" Harry responded with his famous wit, "This is why I joined the army—I can't type properly."

Eventually the newly single royal managed to type out: "Hope everyone will get behind #invictusgames. Great opportunity to support and thank the men and women who have given so much. Harry."

The Invictus Games are an international sporting event that was created for wounded soldiers. The games lasts five days and will be held in London in September. Approximately 300 athletes from 13 countries, including the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Germany, will compete. Sounds like a great cause!
