Hayden Panettiere recently chatted with Cosmopolitan.com, and the 24-year-old starlet opens up about how she was not asked join the upcoming miniseries, Heroes: Reborn.

"It was a shock to me," Hayden tells the site. "In fact, I believe I became privy to that through my cousin. She sent me a text message and told me about it." It was a shock to us too -- what the heck is NBC thinking?

"I mean, we had nothing, nothing to do with it," she added. "It will definitely be interesting to see how they reinvent that." When asked about the fate of her character, the superhuman cheerleader Claire Bennet, Hayden replied, "Who knows?" She added:

"It's a little bit of an interesting feeling because you go, 'That was our show, our home, our family,' something that we had a major part in creating. I mean, I hope that they don't have somebody else playing our characters ... That would be a little dagger in the heart. But, you never know. I wish them success in it, for sure."

As far as we're concerned, no Hayden, no Heroes! And if Zachary Quinto isn't on board, we're definitely not watching. In the meantime, we can get our Hayden fix on ABC's Nashville...

Oprah Winfrey has pulled the plug on the next season of Lindsay Lohan's docu-reality show Lindsay, according to The Daily Mail.

"Oprah grew tired of hearing about Lindsay and her private life in other media outlets," a source told the DM. "It became a little worrying when stories about her private life appeared in magazines, while Lindsay never talked about anything like that on the show."

"Leaked stories from those around her also generated what many felt was trashy publicity, which didn't really improve her image or send out a message that her star was on the rise," the source added. "A story about Lindsay's supposed sex list story left many with a bad feelings too. Lindsay did very little publicity for the show either. Oprah kind of expected that, but it would've been nice if Lindsay went some chat shows to talk about the reality show."

While most of this sounds about right, we'd like to point out that Lindsay did appear on a handful of late night shows to promote her own program, even if she did insinuate that she wasn't happy with the way Lindsay was edited.

Apparently the talk show queen was "appalled" by Lindsay's behavior, including her squabbles with producers and her apparent lack of interest in staying sober. We have to wonder if this decision was made after those reports came out that Lilo was chugging vodka at Coachella...

So what about the ratings? It was "an absolute disaster," the source said. "It didn't pull in the viewers that Oprah had hoped for. On paper this show had huge potential, but in practice it has been a poor show."

"In reality the series has simply showed that Lindsay is a long way from returning to Hollywood," the insider concluded. "And her attitude towards the advice and help Oprah gave her seemed to be ignored in the main ... Oprah has cut her losses and said there will be no second season for Lindsay."

Miley's canceling another concert!

Last night, Miley had to cancel her Bangerz show in Kansas after being hospitalized from a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics she was taking. The marijuana-loving singer thought she'd be all set for her concert in Saint Louis tonight -- but it turns out that she has to say at the hospital for another day, forcing her to cancel her previously scheduled show.

This morning Miley tweeted the bad news to her fans:

"the hospital is sayin i wont b released today therefore Im not going 2 make it 2 St Louis. Im so sorry but somethings are outta my control … I can't get a hold of my team because it is so early so I want to be the one to tell my fans especially the ones trekking to get there(tbc)."

There appears to be some backlash from fans and the Twitterverse because a few minutes after those tweets the sickly "Wrecking Ball" singer wrote: "humans can b so selfish. if any1 thinks id rather b layin n a hospital bed than doing what i love on stage theyre f*ckin LAME. im miserable."

While Miley is definitely known for her wild and wicked ways -- it definitely appears as if the twerktastic star is pretty sick.

Last night, Kansas City's Sprint Center released a press release that said that the 21-year-old pop princess was "placed on medical rest by her doctors." Miley tweeted the photo above and wrote, "Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me," and added, "Kansas I promise I'm as heartbroken as you are. I wanted to badly 2 b there 2night. Not being with yall makes me feel sh*ttier than I already do."

The Saint Louis show marks the third concert she's had to cancel on her high-profile tour. Last week she came down with the flu and had to pull the plug on her Charlotte, North Carolina just 30 minutes before show time.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are expecting a baby girl, sources confirm to Us Weekly.

This will be the first child for the engaged couple, although the actor got a taste of parenthood by acting as stepdad to ex-wife Demi Moore's daughters during their six year marriage.

"Ashton is doting on Mila," a source dished to the mag.

The brunette actress has yet to publicly comment on her pregnancy, but her bump was visible last Sunday at the MTV Movie Awards, and according to pals, she's enjoying every moment of this special time in their lives.

"Mila absolutely loves being pregnant," another source added.

That's going to be one genetically blessed child!

Hip hop's royal couple is taking it on the road!

Beyonce and Jay Z are planning on touring together this summer, Page Six reports.

The pair will embark on a 20-stadium tour across the U.S. beginning in June, with rehearsals beginning in late May.

Blue Ivy's parents will bring the house down in their adopted hometown of NYC on July 4, too!

Although they've recorded multiple songs together and gave a rendition of "Drunk In Love" at this year's Grammy Awards, this will mark their first joint concert series.

Ticket sales will no doubt be record breaking!

On Tuesday afternoon Zoe Saldana and her sister jetted out of Los Angeles International Airport, and noticeably absent was the Avatar star's hunky hubby Marco Perego -- boo!

In other news, the trailer for Rosemary's Baby has hit the web, and Zoe gives one heck of a performance. This is of course the small screen adaptation of Ira Levin’s 1967 bestseller, which was made into a movie by Roman Polanski the following year with Mia Farrow cast as the lead. Kourtney Kardashian and son Mason ran errands in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon, and we're not sure where his little sister Penelope was, but Mase didn't seem to mind having his mom all to himself!

Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons is going to start shooting in the next few months, and since Scott Disick will be tagging along as Kourt and Khloe shoot the spinoff series, we're guessing the kids will be staying with them as well.

Apparently the group will be residing in the Hamptons through Labor Day weekend, and the series premieres on E! this fall. Kourtney and Khloe will open Dash's first pop-up boutique, so it looks like Scott will be on daddy duty some of the time. What could possibly go wrong?

Has Dave Chapelle always been this jacked? Somehow we really don't remember the comedian having biceps quite this big, but maybe we weren't paying close enough attention!

On Tuesday afternoon the 40-year-old funnyman left a meeting at Live Nation in Los Angeles, and aside from the cigarette hanging out of his mouth, he looked pretty good. After spending much of the last decade out of the public eye, Dave is kick-starting his career again with a series of shows this summer in New York's Radio City Music Hall.

Last summer, Dave performed at Montreal’s Just For Laughs comedy festival and at Funny Or Die’s traveling Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival, so hopefully he's back for good this time!

As you might remember, Chappelle went to South Africa in 2005 right in the middle of the third season of Chappelle’s Show, which put a halt on production. He didn’t tell Comedy Central (or his friends!), and we haven't seen him on TV since then. But would he come back? We'd certainly love to see him return to the small screen...
