Kevin Federline and wife Victoria welcomed their second daughter over the weekend, the backup dancer announced on Instagram yesterday.

"Words cannot express the joy my children bring me. We are very excited to welcome the newest member of our family. I love you with all my heart, @crownv_16," he captioned a snapshot of an "It's A Girl" flower arrangement.

The couple are already parents to daughter Jordan, 2. The Fresno native is also father to son Kaleb and daughter Kori with ex Shar Jackson and sons Sean and Jayden with ex-wife Britney Spears.

Gwyneth Paltrow's grandmother has passed away, according to a Florida newspaper.

The Palm Beach Post reported that the mother of late director Bruce Paltrow, Dorothy W. Paltrow, died on March 31. Originally living in Great Neck, New York, Dorothy relocated to Palm Beach, Fla. The matriarch is survived by two children, five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will hold a private memorial, reported the publication.

Unfortunately this bad news comes during a recent hardship for Gwyneth. The Oscar winner announced her separation from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin on March 24 after 10 years of marriage. The duo have two children, Apple, 9, and son Moses, 8.

Peaches Geldof has died at the age of 25, according to BBC News.

Police said they were called to a home near Wrotham, Kent in England on Monday after a "report of concern for the welfare of a woman," who was later pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service. “At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden,” the Kent Police told reporters.

Peaches' father Bob Geldof said in a statement, “Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken. Bob, Jeanne, Fifi, Pixie and Tiger Geldof.”

Peaches' mother was British TV presenter Paula Yates, who died of a drug overdose in September 2000. Peaches was 11 at the time, and in 2012 she spoke to Elle Magazine about her mom's passing.

"I remember the day my mother died, and it's still hard to talk about it. I just blocked it out. I went to school the next day because my father's mentality was 'keep calm and carry on'," she said. "So we all went to school and tried to act as if nothing had happened. But it had happened. I didn't grieve. I didn't cry at her funeral. I couldn't express anything because I was just numb to it all. I didn't start grieving for my mother properly until I was maybe 16."

Peaches is survived by her husband Thomas Cohen and their two sons, Astala, 23 months, and Phaedra, 11 months.

Liam Hemsworth caught a flight out of Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday, and when asked about the passing of ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus' dog Floyd, he kept his head down and stayed mum.

As you know, Miley and Liam got Floyd when they were still together, and last week the 21-year-old singer announced on Twitter that her beloved pooch had died. It was not initially reported how Floyd passed away, but one of Miley's dancers revealed in an Instagram post that Floyd died after being attacked by a coyote.

At her concert in New York City over the weekend Miley nearly broke down while singing "Can't Be Tamed," and she told the crowd, "That was the hardest song of the night to do. As y'all know, because I lost my Floydie this week ... Sometimes I just can't stop from breaking down crying. But it's so healing for me to be here with you."

Chris Martin is shooting down rumors that he had an affair with an SNL assistant after meeting her during a performance on the late night show in 2011, when he was still with wife Gwyneth Paltrow.

"He had an affair with a woman who was backstage and was part of an entourage. Everyone was talking about it because he was openly flirting with her at one of the show after parties," a source tells Page Six.

The Coldplay frontman maintains there's no shred of truth to the report!

"This is completely untrue, we totally deny it," a rep for Martin said in a statement.

The A-list couple allegedly had an "open" marriage and the Oscar winner "didn't care" if her husband had dalliances with other woman, according to People, so even if this whole story is true, it doesn't exactly make him a cheater!

We might never be royals -- but they certainly are!

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George looked picture perfect when they disembarked from their private plane together upon touching down at Wellington Military Terminal in New Zealand.

Wearing a scarlet Catherine Walker coat and matching Gina Foster pillbox hat, the duchess played the perfect part to represent England. It appears as though William's lady love selected this ensemble due to its similarity to a red coat that Princess Diana wore in March 1984, when she and Prince Charles visited Leicester, England.

Looking quite princely, the 31-year-old was dressed in a classic navy suit and maroon tie and baby George in all white. Eight-month-old George looks a little grumpy from his long flight!

Leaving the plane, Kate carried her lil' man down the stairs -- we love that she's a hands-on mom! It appears as though baby George is teething -- which is normal at eight months old.

The Australian tour has been carefully scheduled to minimize the impact on the young prince. Rather than changing their location daily (as is usually done), the royals are basing their tour around three main hubs: Wellington, Sydney and Canberra. The unusual decision is believed to be a result of minimize the trauma to the royal baby while teething.

The royal family received a traditional Maori Haka ceremonial welcome at Government House in Wellington, New Zealand. It looks like the young couple got quite the eyeful from the Maori tribesman upon their welcome! The couple looks completely unfazed -- and that's why we love them!

But her hair isn't the only thing she's looking to change! Apparently Kelly is looking to drop a few pounds before it's officially bikini season. According to Now Magazine, Kelly has reportedly put herself in "food rehab" after gaining nearly 20 pounds following her split from fiance Matthew Mosshart four months ago. But don't call it a diet! The mag reports that the Fashion Police host is referring to her new routine as a "cleanse." Of course.

Chris Brown's exes narrowly avoided a SUPER awkward run-in last night at a Hollywood nightclub, but Karrueche Tran took the high road when the infinitely more famous Rihanna arrived.

Karrueche Tran arrived at Greystone Manor Sunday night around 1:00am and spent only 30 minutes inside because her rival Rihanna arrived at 1:30am so Ms. Tran gave up and ditched the club rather than face her nemesis.

A source inside the club tells X17online: "One of the doormen sent word to Karrueche that Rihanna had just arrived. Karraueche kind of laughed and she and her friends basically hauled ass out the door. She definitely didn't want to see Rihanna face-to-face."

Even though Rihanna is apparently dating Drake now, we're guessing she wasn't happy to see Karrueche posting a video of Chris Brown calling her from jail telling her how much he loves her. When we asked Karrueche about that, she smiled and said nothing!
