James Franco has some 'splainin' to do!

The 35-year-old actor has found himself in some hot water after a racy text conversation with a 17-year-old Scottish girl were leaked to the Internet. And it's looking all sorts of pervy for the Oscar nominee.

On Monday night, Scottish lasse, Lucy Clode, waited outside of James' Broadway production of Of Mice & Men. When Franco emerged, she took a photo of herself and the actor in the background, posted it to Instagram and then the 27 Hours actor reached out to her via Instagram direct message and struck up a dialogue with the pretty blonde. Even though she is more than half his age -- the This Is The End star asked her if she wanted to meet up. The conversation got even more heated when Franco asks if he should get a hotel room.

Umm ... what?! While film star doesn't say anything explicit, we don't think the actor is looking to have a PG-rated pizza party with the teen.

Classy move, Franco!

The age of consent in New York state is 17, so he isn't doing anything that's illegal -- just super creepy.

It's also very possible the one-time Oscar host was pulling a social media blitz for his new film, Palo Alto. In the film, Franco plays Mr. B -- a high school soccer coach who seduces his much younger student (played by Emma Roberts). Is this latest incident life imitating art, or is art imitating life?

We don't know! But if this is a prank to drum up press for the film -- we think it's a bit of an odd/TERRIBLE choice. Couldn't the producers just organize some type of flash mob or something? Not a perv-tastic possible hook up with Scottish almost-jail bate!

Franco has yet to comment on the potential sticky situation (pun intended), but the actor did tweet, "I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you."

Whatever is going on here -- we don't like it!

Brandon Jenner decided to poke a little fun at his stepsister Kim Kardashian's recent poolside hair flipping video by recreating his own version, and we couldn't have done it better ourselves!

Bruce Jenner's son posted the spoof to his Instagram, and took a slight dig at Kimmy K by joking that he's the looker of the family!

"We all know who's the hottest @kimkardashian," he captioned the vid.

In case you missed it, during her vacation in Thailand, the reality star took the opportunity to share the most ridiculous slow motion clip of her wearing a bikini and waving her wet hair around, so we have to hand it to Brandon for knocking her down to size!

Paris Hilton and her pup Peter Pan landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday evening, and after spending the last week in Miami, Miss P looked happy to be home. Paris was in MIA for the Ultra Music festival, and she was also working on some new music with Birdman.

Later in the evening the heiress tweeted, "So happy to be home. Just took a bubble bath, ordered dope italian food & now in bed with my puppies watching my favorite shows on #AppleTV." Sounds like a great night to us!

Paris opened the Paris Beach Club in the Philippines last month, and a week after that she jetted off to Germany for a promotional appearance. Where to next?!

Miley Cyrus' beloved dog Floyd passed away on Tuesday, and during her concert in Boston last night, the 21-year-old singer broke down after performing a cover of "Landslide."

"It's gonna be hard for me to sing this next song. I'm not sounding myself, I don't feel myself," Cyrus told the crowd. "I'm sure you guys already know, but the reason that I'm so upset is my dog. I shouldn't say he was my favorite, but he was my favorite, and he passed away. I just want to do a song for him. We used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together. This is his favorite song...so I wanna do this song for Floyd. This song is 'Landslide.'"

"Today is the 2nd worst day of my life," the pop star wrote on Twitter after learning that her Alaskan Klee Kai had died. "I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real...But my precious baby Floyd has passed away. I am broken. I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him. This is unbearable. What am I gonna do without him? I am miserable...I'm sorry in advance if I am not myself tomorrow, Boston. I will try my best to be my best."

Signing autographs with her enamored fans, January Jones, who plays Betty Draper on the show, wore a dramatically futuristic black-and-blue chevron look by Roksanda Ilincic dress that featured an asymmetrical skirt.For the bash, Elisabeth Moss, who plays Peggy Olson, turned up the sex with a racy black leather skirt. Christina Hendricks went for a very un-Joan ensemble, pairing a button-down black top with a glitzy pencil skirt.

Kim Kardashian flew back from Asia with daughter North and the rest of the K clan yesterday, and the first thing the reality star did is meet up with fiancé and baby daddy Kanye West for a late night stroll.

The Louis Vuitton Don skipped the family vacay because he had a business trip to China to work on the new line of Adidas shoes he's designing.

Kimmy K was still wearing the all white outfit she wore on her flight, while the "Bound 2" rapper donned leather pants, a hoodie, and white running shoes. Nori's certainly got stylish parents!

Speaking of parents, Kimye is reportedly planning to honor her late father and his late mother at their upcoming nuptials in Paris on May 24, and we bet there won't be a dry eye in the house!

"A part of the wedding is going to be devoted to remembering Kanye's mom and Kim's dad. Kanye really wants to make a point of having them both be a part of the wedding by honoring their memory," a source told Hollywood Life.

"It's going to be an emotional day for Kanye, and his mother will be on his mind for sure. It was his dream to show his mother the love of his life and their child," the source added.

Yeezus is the picture of domesticity!

On Wednesday afternoon Tori Spelling visited her husband Dean McDermott in rehab, and she looked rather frazzled when she arrived at the facility.

Dean was reportedly caught cheating in December, and he sought treatment shortly thereafter to "address some health and personal issues," according to a rep for the couple. Dean made a visit to their Los Angeles home last month, and the other day it was confirmed that the parents of four will be documenting all their family drama on the new reality show True Tori, which premieres on April 22.

In an effort to make the docu-series is as authentic as possible, shooting just started, and it appears as though their kids will be on camera quite a bit as well. Hopefully this works out for the best!

Talk about an unlikely trio!

On Wednesday afternoon Lady Gaga made an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman, and the pop star got some assistance from Dave and Bill Murray, who was also a guest on the show last night. Gaga has fallen in her crazy platforms before, so it's not a bad idea to have a little support on either side of her!

The singer stomped into the Ed Sullivan Theater on her own, but rather than performing or hiring someone to barf on her, she found another way to shock the audience -- by inviting them to the Roseland Ballroom to watch one of her concerts there! Gaga is currently in the middle of a seven-night run to close the legendary venue, which opened in 1919. “You can come over and I’ll sing some songs,” Gaga told the crowd.
